Allow special characters to be entered in Notification configurations (among others) and warn that entering special characters can lead to unexpected behavior.

Ability to send a document in a document tray to an import config
When a document is in a Document tray, It would be nice if we could process the document against a specified import configuration. In example, select the document, right click, send to ==> <import config>. (for splitting and indexing). Only way I am aware, is to download the file from the document tray, using Import from Desktop Apps. or manually split/index/store the document

Einfachere Navigation in der Konfiguration
Der Grad der Konfigurierbarkeit in DocuWare ist extrem groß.
Als DSC muss ich ständig von einer Stelle in der Konfiguration an eine andere.
Während ich den Trend zu einem klaren Interface in der Webkonfiguration begrüße, meine ich, dass man die Navigation in der Konfiguration effizienter machen könnte, so dass man sich nicht immer durch komplette Hierarchie klicken muss.
An einem Beispiel: Wenn ich eine Änderung an einen Suchdialog vornehmen möchte, warum muss ich die Seite anklicken (und laden) in der alle Einstellungen des Archivs zu sehen sind? Auf der Archivkachel ist ein Icon für die Dialoge und darunter steht die…1 vote -
Smart Connect Icon konfigurierbar
Für die Suche per Smart Connect können nur vordefinierte Icons verwendet werden. Wenn man z.B. auf einer Maske mehrere Buttons haben möchte (z.B. Suche nach Kunde oder Rechnungsnummer), wäre es schön, auch eigene Icons verwenden zu können, um sie unterschiedlich zu gestalten. So bleibt nur der nicht ganz so elegante Weg über die Beschriftung

Stempel mit Kostenstelle bzw. Projektnummer
Bei der Projektarbeit ist es uns sehr wichtig, dass wir nicht nur im Index die Projektnummer sehen, sondern auch die Personen die Projekte auf den Belegen als Stempel sehen, die diese mal freigegeben haben.
Ansonsten müssen sich die KollegInnen jeden beleg selbst nochmal eine Notiz auf den Beleg schreiben, was den Workflow auch unnötig aufbläht, wenn man schon bei der Prüfung den Beleg auf mehrere Projekte und Kostenstellen aufgeteilt hat und dies dann auch noch manuell auf dem Beleg nachholen "darf".Die Idee ob man nicht auch gleich einen Stempel mit Kontierung anbringt, drängt sich mir auf. Allow configuring Windows Authentication to still require entering a password
Perhaps a web.config setting already allows one to require user passwords even with Windows Authentication. This is a requirement at a bio-pharma manufacturer. We have fiddled with IIS settings such as specifying Kerberos with some success but without consistency. Can these web.config settings handle this now or can something to comply with this requirement be added?

Disable auto assignment of licenses in cloud.
If a License is held open a new AD user will auto-populate. This is a flaw and security issue. At the least it should be able to be disabled.

Datumsoption "Aktuelle(n) Woche / Monat / Jahr" innerhalb einer Liste konfigurieren
Momentan ist es innerhalb einer Liste leider nicht möglich, Zeiträume wie z.B. den aktuellen Monat einzustellen.
Man kann zwar definieren, dass das Datum zwischen X und Y ist, allerdings müsste man dann monatlich die Listen-Konfiguration ändern.
Dementsprechend wäre eine Bedingung wie z.b. "Aktuelle Woche/Monat/Jahr vom aktuellen Datum" wünschenswert

create automatic incremental number that is always consecutive
It is possible to create a auto increment field in DocuWare, however when you cancel the form before storing the document it will increment the number already. Please make it possible to create a metadata field with 100% consecutive numbering

Stempel Abschluss
Der Stempel "Abschluss (brutto) bzw. (netto)" sollte auch die angesprochenen Konten (Konto und Gegenkonto) zeigen. Das Problem wird nun manuell behandelt, was aber eine zusätzliche Fehlerquelle bedeutet und auch umständlich ist. Da die Information vorliegt, sollte es möglich sein, diese auch automatisiert sichtbar zu machen.

When a new user is added, assign a regular license, not a Workflow Read-Only license
The new Workflow Read-Only licenses in Cloud are great but they should be specifically assigned when needed instead of being the default. This causes confusion when new users are assigned to the correct roles and trays but then cannot access the trays or perform the expected tasks because they incorrectly received a limited license.

I suggest that you donate an extra admin license for partners at least for cloud basic
If the client is using four licenses, there is no license left for the admin user, which makes the support job more complicated

Make submitted DocuWare forms scrollable
One of the things I like least about DocuWare forms is that submitted forms are often multiple pages long. I will usually use form overlays to make them look nicer, but when that's not an option, it would be nice if the resulting multipage document would scroll in that window rather than having to click the next page icon.

Kompatibilität DocuWare Request mit Windows 10 ohne Nachinstallation .NET Framework
DocuWare Request sollte auch auf den neusten Betriebssystemen, in diesem Falle Windows 10, ohne Nachinstallation von Anwendungen (.NET Framework) funktionieren. Die Fehlermeldung führt zu Rückfragen und ist für Laien unverständlich.

You need to be able to assign a specific SENDER email address within a workflow
When setting up a workflow you should be able to choose a sender email address BY WORKFLOW. Example:
AP invoice workflow send emails from AP@MYCOMPANY.COM
Order workflow sends emails from ORDERS@MYCOMPANY.COMThese should be selectable IN THE WORKFLOW

Tabellenfeld per Shortcut/Tastenkombination abschließen
Das Tabellenfeld z.B. bei einer Splitbuchungserfassung sollte sich per Tastenkombination beenden lassen. Momentan muss zeitraubend die Maus genommen werden und "Bestätigen" geklickt werden.
Mit TAB wird nur eine neue Zeile in die Tabelle eingefügt (da vorausfüllen mit Bruttobetrag eingestellt ist) welche in diesem Fall auch wieder manuell gelöscht werden muss.

Is it possible to calculate a total while view a "List."
Is it possible to calculate a total while view a "List." For example, if you create a "Paid by Credit Card" list, one of the headers will show a "Gross_Amount" and other information about the document. Is it possible to generate a total for such a column at the bottom of that window/tab?

Indexeinträge nachträglich schneller ändern
1) mehrere Dokumente im Archiv auswählen
2) Rechtklick auf Dokument(e)
3) Indexeinträge ändernAktuell kann lediglich 1 Indexeintrag geändert und gespeichert werden.
Müssen mehrere geändert werden, muss man den Vorgang entsprechend oft wiederholen.Effizienter wäre es, wenn nicht nur 1 Dropdown-Menü zur Indexauswahl bereitstehen würde, sondern mind. 2 besser 3 oder 4 um deren Indexeinträge zeitgleich zu ändern.
Damit hätte man die meisten Änderungsanforderungen abgedeckt und reduziert den Aufwand.4 votes -
Allow folders and lists to be based on the same setup as normal searches
Please can you allow folders and lists to be controlled in the same way as normal searches - for example being able to remove the ability to edit without checking a document out first (currently, you have to remember to check it out and back in again when you upload a document to stop this) or allow the search to exclude files based on a field value such as retired documents.

intelligent index ordinal indicators on date
Add the ability for Intelligent Indexing to interpret ordinal indicators in date indexes i.e. 1st January 2021 (st not recognised).
