Allow signatures on a prefilled form
I would like to be able to prefill forms with information and allow users to select the forms and obtain a signature using the signature control. For example, I want a dispatcher to fill out all of the delivery information onto a delivery ticket, which a driver will receive through DocuWare. Upon delivery, the driver can open the delivery ticket form and allow the recipient to apply their signature acknowledging delivery.

Zugferd Daten gehen bei Export verloren
"Beim Download von pdfs die Zugferd enthalten gibt es folgendes verhalten.
- Download Original: Zugferd enthalten
- Als pdf mit allen Anmerkungen: Zugferd nicht mehr enthalten
- Als pdf ohne Anmerkungen: Zugferd nicht mehr enthalten
Dies ist ein gewolltes Verhalten und passiert weil das PDF immer konvertiert wird wenn "Als pdf" benutzt wird um das Dokument herunterzuladen." - Aussage vom DocuWare SupportWünschenswert wäre, wenn die Zugferd Daten beim Download als PDF, egal ob mit oder ohne Anmerkungen, nicht verloren gehen würden.

Im Ordner Dialog ein Datum Type Feld als Unterstruktur verwenden können
Hallo,
Wir würden gerne den Ordner Dialog verwenden. (optimieren)
Hier soll ein Überordner mit dem Firmennamen die erste Ebene darstellen. In einer zweiten Eben hatten wir geplant, dass dort dann Unterordner mit den Daten der einzelnen Dokumente dargestellt werden sollen.
Somit versprechen wir und, dass eine gute Übersicht entsteht.Leider ist es aktuell scheinbar nicht möglich ein Datum Type Field als Eigenschaftsfeld einzufügen (vgl. Abbildung)

allow signatures in workflows
I have a long form that we use for enrollments with multiple merge forms. We would like to fill in the form ahead of time and then when the parent comes in review it and sign it. Unfortunately you can't sign a form signature box in a workflow.

Beim Versenden per Mail, Adresse und Betreffzeile in Outlook übernehmen
Möchte man ein Dokument per Mail versenden, öffnet sich Outlook und das Dokument ist angehangen.
Leider muss immer die E-Mailadresse manuell eingegeben werden. Auch der Betreff wird aus keinem Feld übernommen.
Bestehenden Signaturen müssen auch nachträglich eingefügt werden.
Generell wäre es schön, wenn der Versandt per Mail individueller möglich wäre. (eigener smtp Server pro Nutzer)Vielen Dank

Briefkorb und Viewer über URL Integration in einem Fenster anzeigen
Wenn man über den URL Creator den "Integration Type" auswählen will, gibt es für Briefkörbe nur die Möglichkeit, den Briefkorb alleine anzuzeigen. Möchte man dann ein Dokument ablegen, öffnet sich der Ablagedialog im Briefkorb-Fenster, der Viewer allerdings in einem Pop Up. Klickt man jetzt ein Indexfeld im Ablagedialog an, verschwindet das Pop Up oftmals im Hintergrund. Gerade für One Click Indexing ist das ziemlich nervig.
Es wäre sinnvoller, wenn Briefkorb und Viewer in einem Fenster laufen würden, so wie in anderen "Integration Types" wie der Suche mit Viewer, oder der Task List mit Viewer.

Zeiterfassung in Aufgaben - Start Ende - STOP Button
Wünschenswert ist eine Möglichkeit in den Aufgaben Zeit erfassen zu können.
z.B für Personal - Arbeitszeit Erfassung
Start = Jetzt
Ende = Stop Button / Bestätigen
Laufende ZeitFür alle, die die Bearbeitungszeit eines Dokumentes / Datensatzes einsehen wollen.
Im Anschluss könnte man sich eine graphische Auswertung der Bearbeitungszeit vorstellen

calculate rows in table fields in a workflow
I have users that complete a spreadsheet for daily activities every month. Columns at the end of the row perform calculations on that row. For example calculating the number of times a kid was seen by a therapist. I would like to be able to use a table field and do the calculations in a workflow. My current work around is only available to those with a local or hybrid system and that is to create a view in local sql database and do the calculations in sql.

Allow importation of preconfigured cloud solutions into on-premises systems
Preconfigured solutions is a very good tool. But it is now impossible to import a cloud solution into an on-premises system.

MDM Unterstützung für die App
Wir rollen die DocuWare App über unser Mobile Device Management (MobileIron) aus, und haben somit die Möglichkeit Apps gewisse Konfigurationen mit zu geben, die diese vor dem Start laden können. (iOS und Android)
Hier wäre es äußerst hilfreich wenn die App das unterstützen würde, da der Mitarbeiter sich nicht mehr an der App anmelden müsste.

option to choose font and force capitalisation on form entries
Ability to choose the font that is used within a field/text entry, also the ability to force capitalisation, for example if people are entering Vehicle registration numbers, serial numbers etc, so we dont have to rely on the end user to whack caps lock on.

The stamps been used for decision-making in Docuware Workflow should be aligned from the first layer to the last layer in ascending order.

Es wäre gut, wenn man in der DocuWare Platform neben den sonstigen Values (Location, ID, UserName, ...) auch den Stempelnamen entnehmen kann.

Access multi column select lists from .Net platform api
I'm writing a external component that check documents in the user tray.
If Intelligent Index confidence is greater that 90% i would like to complete indexing of "manual" input fields and confirm archiving.It would be great if i could select a value for fields linked to multi columns lists too, filtering values by other document indexes.
Actually, it seems that you can programmatically select values only from single column lists.

Zurückstellung aufgeben
Ein zurückgestelltes Dokument kann derzeit bis zum Ablauf des Rückstellungsdatums nur in Listen gesehen werden. Es ist nicht möglich dieses Datum zu ändern oder das Dokument freizugeben bzw. abzulehnen. Es muss möglich auch zurückgestellte Dokumente zu bearbeiten ohne sie zu löschen und neu zu indexieren.

Stamp the document as an automatic activity
This would be awesome. Many workflows and approval processes are automated and auto-approved if for example 1+1 = 2. However theres no way to see any indicator of this process on the document itself. If we could place a stamp on the document as an activity (not user task), this would be very helpful.

Ordner erstellen zum Verwalten von Formularen und Berechnungen im Formular durchführen
Wir benutzen schon viele Formulare. Mittlerweile wird es ein wenig unübersichtlich. Es wäre hilfreich die Formulare nach Themen in einem Ordner zu sortieren. Berechnungen innerhalb eines Formulars wären sehr hilfreich, z.B. bei Fahrtkosten oder ähnlichem

outlook schnellsuche AND OR NOT
Ich schlage vor dass bei der Konfiguration der Schnellsuche mehrere Bedingungen mittels AND, OR, NOT verknüpft werden können.

Remove Highlight Selections if Store Operation is Cancelled
Hello Everyone and please vote for this enhancement!
It would be a great enhancement to operations if the highlighted set was NOT still highlighted in the document tray if the Store operation is cancelled. An important client just lost a couple hundred documents due to the fact that after cancelling the Store operation the highlighted group was still highlighted when they attempted to delete a single document. I can't picture a scenario where keeping the highlighted set is a benefit, but can see (and have seen) how keeping the highlight can cause trouble.
