autofill single value
Docuware 7.6 preview..
I simply can't understand why you haven't made the autofill single value function in the store dialogs.. because this is the main input source to get documents inside Docuware.. (Currently in 7.6 is only on forms). Please make this feature available in 7.6 final release.. i have many customers who are waiting for this feature where they are using filtered lists..2 votes -
enter the network ID after copying a user in Admin
I would like to be able to copy a user, then enter a new Network ID in Admin. Otherwise, for Windows users, there seems to be no copy functionality.

Improve error notification in a task activity validation tab.
The validation tab will give an error if configured incorrectly however if the activity or a field is renamed the validation will break. You can still save the task and publish the workflow without an error notification that the validation is broken. This results in an error when the user tries to confirm the task.

Indexwerte in Stempellayout integrieren
Wir lassen in einem automatischen Lauf die Eingangsrechnungen mit einem Stempel versehen, wenn sie bezahlt sind. Das Zahlungsdatum ist in einem Indexwert abgelegt. Praktisch wäre, dieses Datum mit in das Stempellayout zu integrieren.

Indexfelder Arithmetischer Ausdruck bzw. rechnende Indexfelder
In Indexfeldern arithmetische Ausdrücke ermöglichen bzw. die Möglichkeit schaffen, dass Indexfelder rechnen können. Diese Funktion sollte auch in Verbindung mit mehreren Indexfeldern funktionieren.
Wir haben bei Kunden den Fall, dass bei Rechnungen bestimmte Beträge vom Rechnungsbetrag abgezogen werden und der Zahlbetrag sich dadurch vom Rechnungsbetrag unterscheidet. Der Rechnungsbetrag kann per One Click Indexing oder Intelligent Indexing vom Dokument übernommen werden, die Abzüge und der Zahlbetrag sind aber nicht auf dem Dokument zu finden und werden manuell in die jeweiligen Indexfelder eingetragen. Bisher müssen die Anwender diesen Schritt manuell außerhalb von DocuWare durchführen. Auch über den Workflow Designer ist ein Workaround…

Extract Specific pages from a document then send as email/or store as new documents
We have a PDF document that contains multiple pages that is scanned as a whole to DocuWare, from this Document, The requirement is that we send only Page 3 to the Customer, Send Pages 2-end of document to Vendor, and Page 1 stored back in DocuWare as a separate document.
It would be great if we could have PDF manipulation tools in Workflow that would allow us to do us, without having to develop c# tools for this purpose.

Klammern ohne Briefkorb
Es sollte möglich sein, eine Datei direkt zu klammern ohne sie erst in den Briefkorb legen zu müssen.

Konfigurationen für Löschregel, E-Mail-Benachrichtigungen und Request nicht sichtbar bei Admin-User
Wenn Benutzer eigenständig Löschregel, E-Mail-Benachrichtigungen oder Request konfiguriert haben, dann kann der Admin-Benutzer diese nicht sehen, was dazu führen kann, dass Prozesse konfiguriert werden, die der Admin-User nicht beeinflussen kann. Der Admin-Benutzer sollte alle Konfigurationen sehen können.

Formulare - Ausgabe auf Vorlage
Bei der Ausgabe eines Formulars auf eine Vorlage sollten das Verhalten als Kriterium für den Andruck / die Ausgabe genutzt werden können.
Habe ich im Formular Felder, die dynamisch ein oder ausgeblendet werden, z.B. aufgrund der Einstellung eines anderen Formularfelds, so wäre es praktisch, auch bei der Ausgabe diese Felder entsprechend an- oder nicht anzudrucken.
Gerade bei ganz oder teilweise vorbefüllten Formularfeldern, lässt sich damit eine bessere Darstellung des erzeugten Dokuments erreichen.

Changeable label names have to display as column name in CSV files exported from DocuWare List.
When manually CSV exporting from DocuWare List, the column name of the exported CSV file is not the label name defined in DocuWare List of configuration. The database field names are displayed in exported CSV file.
The DocuWare CSV Export Tool can solve this problem, but customers who cannot install desktop apps will not be able to use this tool. It is necessary to get CSV file from the list of Web Client.
Expected result :
The label name displayed in the List is displayed in the CSV file instead of the field name in the database.2 votes -
Komplexe Filter in Export-Konfigurationen
Im Export sind komplexere Filter nötig (strukturiert UND / ODER) ähnlich dem Regeleditor in Listenkonfigurationen.
Beispielsweise ist jeder Dokumententyp manuell auszuschließen (ist nicht gleich) anstatt eine Positiv-Liste führen zu können, für welche Dokumententypen diese Export-Konfiguration gelten soll.
Dennoch sind zu dieser Oder-Verknüpfung zusätzliche Und-Bedingungen erforderlich, können aber nicht konfiguriert werden.
2 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Wir haben es unserer Sammlung von Ideen und Funktionen hinzugefügt und werden es weiter untersuchen. Wir können derzeit nicht genau sagen, wann diese Idee umgesetzt wird. Sobald wir weitere Informationen haben, werden wir den Status aktualisieren.

DocuWare REST API per Workflow verwenden
Es wäre hilfreich, für automatisierte Schritte in DocuWare Workflows per REST-API der DocuWare-Instanz Änderungen am Dokument vorzunehmen.
Speziell das automatische Aufbringen von Stempel für den automatisierten Schritt wäre interessant.

Ergebnislistenfunktionen auch in Ordneransichten konfigurierbar machen
Aktuell (DW 7.5) ist es leider immer noch so, dass in den Ordneransichten keine Ergebnislistenfunktionen konfiguriert werden können wie dies bei "normalen" Ergebnislisten möglich ist. Somit stehen im Kontextmenü einer Ordneransicht IMMER ALLE Funktionen der Ergebnisliste zur Verfügung. Insbesondere die Ergebnislistenfunktion "Mehrere Indexbegriffe ändern" birgt hier ein grosses Risiko für inkonsistente (oder falsche) Indexdaten die durch eine Benutzermanipulation entstehen können (gerade auch weil innerhalb dieser Funktion nicht alle Feldkonfigurationen berücksichtigt werden, z. B. selektive Auswahlliste).
Die Funktionen der Ergebnisliste sollen deshalb auch in der Konfiguration von Ordneransichten ermöglicht werden.

Docuware Export Tool
Have the ability to Save "Output Location" directory Path in the Docuware Export Tool without having to click on "Perform Export Now".
This would be handy to have because there a re times you need to set a directory but want to export any files yet.2 votes -
Workflow engine performance reporting tool
It would be nice if there were a cloud reporting tool that could analyze workflows for performance issues, long running queries, etc. and provide data on how long tasks are taking to complete behind the scenes. This would provide a good snapshot of what is going on under the hood. Currently any performance data or recommendations must come from support.

Überordner zur Identifizierung bei Dokumentenverarbeitung
In der Dokumentenverarbeitung kann man zur Identifizierung angeben, dass die Dateien in bestimmten Ordnern sein müssen (Beispiel: Dokument re1.pdf muss genau im Ordner "Rechnungen" liegen, also unter "C:/Rechnungen/re1.pdf".
Jedoch wäre es sinnvoll hier angeben zu können, dass sie in einem bestimmten Überordner sein müssen (Beispiel: Dokument re1.pdf soll im Überordner "Rechnungen" liegen, der tatsächliche Ordner ist aber egal, also darf sie auch in "C:/Rechnungen/2021/Januar/re1.pdf" liegen, nicht jedoch in "C:/Bestellungen/2021/Januar/re1.pdf)2 votes -
Add ability to unlock documents in cloud
Having the ability to unlock a document stored in a cloud version of DocuWare would be nice. Sometimes users leave documents locked which can cause an issue if the document is moving through a workflow.

i suggest that you put a zoom function in the document tracy
It would really be nice if I could see my documents in my tray instead of having to open them up one at a time and look at them., IF I have 10 doucments I would like to be able to read all of them.
