1. In ConnectToMail Dateianhänge filtern

   ConnectToMail archiviert die gesamte Email. Wenn Eingangsrechnungen per Email archiviert werden, dann sind teilweise die Firmenlogos als Anhang enthalten. Diese würden wir gerne rausfiltern, da dies keinen Mehrwert bringt.
   Gerade in einem Briefkorb taucht nicht die Rechnung als erstes auf, sondern das Firmenlogo und der User muss immer zur zweiten Datei springen, um den Beleg bearbeiten zu können.
   Alternativ könnte ich mir eine Option vorstellen, in der man angibt, in welcher Reihenfolge die verschiedenen Dateiendungen an das Archivdokument angehängt werden, so dass PDFs als erstes erscheinen.

2. Development mode for Workflows

   It would be nice to have a switch that would enable/disable notifications of non-controllers for workflows. This would allow the notifications to be put in place during testing and then enabled en masse when rolling the workflow out.

   It would be even better if there was a way to redirect all notifications to the Controllers/Admins on a development workflow. That way the workflows can be confirmed as working, without spamming the end users before the workflow is ready.

4. Versionierung über Import und Print direkt ins Archiv

   Aktuell muss zur Versionierung von Dokumenten immer über Checkout und Briefkorb gearbeitet werden.
   Sobald ERP-Systeme angebunden werden ist das vom Aufwand nicht mehr umsetzbar. Es werden mehrere tausend Dokumente pro Tag abgelegt. Deshalb ist es notwendig über Kriterien zu definieren, das ein Dokument eine neue Version eines im Archiv bereits vorhandenen Dokument ist (z.B. Version 2 eines Angebotes).

5. Stamp Bitmap with Form Field

   Currently, if I define a stamp using a bitmap (a nice big angled "Rejected.jpg" image for example), I also want to require the user to specify a rejection reason.

   If I do not use a bitmap, I can specify fields. But if I use a bitmap I cannot. This by definition means that I cannot combine a bitmap with a prompt to specify a region.

   Please add the ability to use fields with bitmap stamps so that we can prompt users for additional data to go with the stamp.

6. Allow parallel connections to multiple DocuWare Cloud-Systems within the Local Data Connector.

   Currently it is only possible to establish multiple connections between one DocuWare Cloud-Systems und multiple databases. Connecting multiple DocuWare Cloud-Systems with one or more databases in parallel is not possible right now.

7. Send email to the partner contact when 80% of the Intelling credit is reached

   Right now only the customer contact receives an English message when 80% of Intelligent Indexing credit is used

   The message should be in the langage configured in the portal and more important a copy should be send to the partner. So the partner could act before 100% of the limit is reached.

8. DW 6.10 Automatic Numbering - reuse number if cancelled. Allow alpha prefix.

   This new feature is great. Thank you, Docuware.

   Just couple of things: when the store dialog with AutoNumbering fieldi is envoked, and then the stor operation is cancelled, the number that appeared in the stor dialog is not reused any more - so there is a gap in numbers. Is this an intended behavior or can be it changed so if the store operation is cancelled, that number is still available for the next store.

   Since the field with Automatic Numbering is already a text field, would be nice to be allowed to prefix number portion of the field with some kind of alpha characters, for example instead of having Start Value = 1000 to allow INVOICE#1000.

9. Allow DocuWare Forms to be submitted to a Document Tray

   Currently, DocuWare Forms do not inherit File Cabinet field masks such as a Social Security Number regex validation. If a DocuWare Form could be submitted to a Document Tray instead of a File Cabinet, then I could use the store dialog to enforce the input and finish up the form. There's plenty of other reasons as well.

10. Echte Content-Folder-Funktionalität: Projektmappe

    Moin,

    Alle "Verlinkungs-Funktionen" im DW-Webclient von Docuware 6.9 (statisch/dynamisch) von User zu User (also ohne den Admin fragen zu müssen) sind leider noch immer nicht so mächtig, wie der frühere Content-Folder.
    Da Aufgabenlisten vom Task-Manager leider vom Admin in der Administration (auf nur 1 Archiv) eingerichtet werden müssen, scheidet der Task-Manager hier bereits aus.

    Gewünscht wäre folgendes: Ein Anwender sucht sich aus mehreren Archiven über entsprechende Suchen Dokumente heraus. Jetzt soll jeweils nur noch eine Teilmenge aus der Ergebnisliste (statisch auf die DID) verknüpft werden, so dass ein anderer Anwender eine Art "Projektmappe" zugeschickt bekommen könnte.
    Das reine Senden eines bzw. mehrerer markierter Zeilen der Ergebnisliste als Links funktioniert bereits mit 6.9, dies enthält aber Null Metadaten..
    Der Kunde wäre sicher mit folgenden "Exporten" einverstanden:
    Der Ersteller kann eine E-Mail / eine XLS (CSV) / eine HTML-Datei mit Teilmengen erzeugen in der
    1.) die Metadaten auftauchen
    2.) ein Link auf auf die entsprechenden Dokumente im DW mit drin stehen

    (aus meiner Sicht kann bei einer Teilmenge nur eine statische Verknüpfung auf die DID funktionieren, das wäre für den Kunden auch ausreichend)

    Der bisherige CSV-Export ist nicht optimal, da die DocID darin nicht auftaucht, mit der eine Verlinkung möglich wäre.
    CSV als Dateityp scheidet auch aus, da darin keine Verlinkungen möglich sind.
    Der bisherige CSV-Export exportiert bisher (6.9) immer die gesamte Ergebnisliste und keine markierten Teilmengen - was ebenfalls überdacht werden sollte (Alle/nur markierte Ergebnisse auswählbar)

    Wenn dieser Teilmengen-Export von Links/Metadaten auch bei einer Archivübergreifenden Suche möglich wäre, dann wäre HTML aus meiner Sicht keine so schlechte Option, da der Anwender sich das dann nicht in Excel aus verschiedenen Archiven zusammenkopieren muss.

    Das bisherige Versenden von Teilmengen per Mail käme dem Kundenwunsch schon sehr nahe, nur wie gesagt fehlen dem Kunden dabei die Metadaten.

11. Signature Stamps : Dynamic resize by mouse wheel

    When I use a signature stamps (BMP style), I would like to dynamically resize it when applying to the document. This would be a nice use of the mouse wheel for instance (like CTRL + mouse wheel in the web navigator).

    Have the viewer act similar to acrobat 9 (adobe editor) to edit documents easier. It would be nice to drag and drop to re-organize documents right from the viewer. Instead of unclipping a document just to re-organize a couple pages it would be nice to move them with a simple drag to the new spot as well as adding another PDF directly into the file by using drag and drop. Deleting a page from the PDF would be a nice functionality that acrobat 9 offers as well.

13. Accounting people want to type dollar amount without DOT ("."). We had this on 6.0 but not 6.9.

    Accounting people used to type dollar amount without "." (DOT). For example, 12345 will show as $123.45. Old 6.0 version had this but not 6.9. Is it easy to turn this function back on? Thanks.

14. Automate workflow tasks

    Currently tasks require a user to make a decision on them. However there are cases where an external system or DB might be updated and having it sync in to a workflow task to move an item would save the user from having to do it manually. For example, an item is on the approval task list and a user approves the deal in another system that can update an index field in DW. That update causes the item to be approved and move to another task for a different user.

    ich würde es mir wünschen, wenn man nicht nur den Startpunkt beim Index-Wiederherstellen (z.B. Datenbank überschreibt XML-Header) definieren kann, sondern auch (gleichzeitig!) das Ende definieren kann.
    z.B. DocID zwischen X und Y

    zusätzlich hätte ich im LOGGING gern die Information wie viele Dokumente erfolgreich aktualisiert wurden - derzeit sieht man nur die Fehlerhaften

    Der Auslöser:
    Angeblich soll das XML-File VOR der Datenbank zur Suche herangezogen werden - Aussage DW-Support. Wir hatten auf DB-Ebene ein paar Einträge geändert - nun verweigert Docuware (6.8) das Dokument über die Suche zu finden, obwohl ich das als Admin finden müsste, weil genau dieser Wert in der DB steht. Gehe ich über einen Hyperlink mit did= 12345678, dann öffnet sich das gesuchte Dokument.

17. Allow multiple attachements in an E-Mail to be stored as seperate documents

    When storing an E-Mail using CONNECT to Outlook, if the E-Mail has multiple attachments each attachment should be able to be stored as a separate document with a specific document type. Connect to outlook does not allow for this.

18. Please let "Keep entries” option to be checked by default. It will shorten 1 step for companies who only use that function in their imports.

    Unfortunately, this functionality is not implemented. It’s not posible to set “keep entries” option checked by default.
    I would suggest you develop this function in the upcoming version / patch.

20. Infomitteilung an alle Webclientnutzer

    Zu Wartungszwecken sollte vom Administrator ein Popup an den Webclient gesendet werden können, in dem eine Mitteilung wie eine Neustartankündigung zentral verteilt werden kann
