Einstellmöglichkeit in Ergebnisliste bei Wechseln der Seite
Wenn man die Seite in der Ergebnisliste ändert (zB von Seite 1 auf 2 wechselt), bleibt die Scroll-Position weiterhin unten ist. Man muss danach händisch raufscrollen. Es wäre sinnvoll, hier eine EInstellungsmöglichkeit einzubauen, dass der Benutzer wählen kann, ob er ganz unten stehen bleiben möchte, oder ob die Ergebnisliste automatisch hinaufscrollt und die obersten Treffer sichtbar sind.

Ability to remove commas
We have several clients that are migrating and in their Fortis setup they have check numbers or other numerical fields set as an INT field. These fields do no have a comma in them, in Fortis, but when they are migrated there is a comma. We would like to have the ability to turn off the commas in DocuWare for specific INT fields. Seeing as how SQL stores the data without commas, this has to be something that is being done on the website side.

Autoindex Zeit wieder kleiner machen
Die Ankündigung AI Zeitbasiert auf ein Minimum von 60 Min zu setzten stellt uns vor Probleme. Es ist nicht möglich alle AI Jobs Dokumentenbasiert zu steuern. Oft haben wir das Problem dass Dokumente ins Archiv kommen aber die Daten noch nicht da sind. Bei 60 Min ist dies für viele Anwendungsfälle m.E. nicht praxisrelevant. Zumindes bei On Premise Systemen würde ich mir Wünschen auch wieder eine Minute einstellen zu können. Hier Sollte man m.E. zwischen Cloud und On Premise unterscheiden

Beim Klammern sollte das Ursprungsdokument geöffnet bleiben oder automatisiert geöffnet werden
Wir bearbeiten 600 Aufträge täglich in DocuWare.
Für jeden Auftrag erhalten wir von der Krankenkasse eine Ablehnung oder Genehmigung die wir an den Ursprungsauftrag klammern müssen.
Nachdem das Ursprungsdokument über Stempel als genehmigt oder abgelehnt gekennzeichnet werden muss, wäre es für uns eine riesen Hilfe, wenn wir das Dokument nicht nochmal per Doppelklick öffnen müssten.5 votes -
allow for notifications to be sent on a timer as a group, rather than being sent individually
Every time a document gets assigned to a user a notification is sent to the user. Some users can end up getting hundreds of email notifications daily. Would be great if the notifications could be held and sent on a timer as a single email.

I suggest that you provide a way to find duplicate document in Docuware
Hi,
To help find duplicate document, i suggest that docuware creates a checksum of each stored document and provides a way to find the duplicates.

Desktop notifications
Windows Desktop Notifications should be a thing, in the same way as E-Mail notifications are. If one has Desktop Apps installed or allowed the WebClient to send notifications, a User should be able to receive Desktop notifications in addition to Mail notifications.

Spin up DocuWare on the FedRAMP servers for government customers.
If DocuWare was FedRAMP certified that would open government contractors and government agencies to DocuWare Cloud.

Werkzeug "Haken"
Setzt man fälschlicherweise einen Haken, kann man diesen nicht rückgängig machen.
Lösungvorschlag: In die Werkzeugleiste einen Haken einfügen, der dort mit der normalen Lösch-Funktion gelöscht werden kann (es gibt zwar einen Haken-Stempel, dieser ist aber nicht löschbar, alternativ diesen löschbar machen).5 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. "Kopieren nach" auch für einzelne Dateien ermöglichen
Es wäre schön, wenn man die Möglichkeit hätte einzelne Dateien in den Basket kopieren zu können - derzeit ist das leider nur aus der Ergebnisliste für ganze Dokumente (alle Dateien) möglich - gern auch als eigenständigen Button in der Werkzeugleiste.

Im Workflow-Formularfeldern sollte man Radio Buttons und DropDown-Menüs alternativ zu Stichwort-Feldern verwenden können.

Nutzer incl. Briefkorb über AD (Active Directory) löschen
Bei der Synchronisation mit dem einem AD sollte es optional möglich sein, den Nutzer und seinen Briefkorb zu löschen, wenn der entsprechende Nutzer aus dem Active Directory entfernt wird.

Set Logging Level for Local Data Connector
Requesting the ability to manage the logging level of the Local Data Connector logs. Currently, any event ran through the data connector is logged (including the sql query ran against the database). For one of our queries, this results in a log that grows in size by 250MB to 1GB (varies based on active purchase orders and invoices) over the course of 24 hours. Would like the ability to set this to be different levels from logging everything like it currently does, to only logging errors and critical events. So this logging control would be similar to the logging level…

automatische Weitergabe an physikalischen Drucker unter DW FORMS
Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn eine Möglichkeit bestünde, nach Ausfüllen eines DW Forms Formulars, eine Ausgabe an einen physikalischen Drucker zu starten (ähnlich der Möglichkeit im DW Printer), da zb: bei Rücknahmedatenblättern diese auch auf die Geräte angebracht werden müssen.

Enable sorting by Total Pages in document trays
Tray docs may be sorted by all fields except Total Pages. It's an interesting omission considering that it's the only attribute by which trays docs are not able to be sorted.
