Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.Document trays are meant for individual temporary storage. If you want more security you should consider using a file cabinet.

UTC is universally suitable, For users it is always translated into their specific time zone settings. This way the timestamp is always valid.

Anonymous supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedI would like to be able to 'merge layers' as part of a workflow so this doesn't have to be a manual task, as an example i have a workflow that requires 4 approvals and then sends the document out to a set list of people, i want the approval stamps on the document but currently have to add an extra task after the 4 approvals for someone to manually 'merge layers' so the approval stamps will be on the attached document.
Can you add in the option to include the time zone on the stamp? we have a lot of documents that are stamped by people in both the US and China and it gets confusing as to the time stamps. we use the merge layers function to permanently attach the stamps to the document and then the document gets emailed out. The times on the emailed document seem to depend on who performed the merge layers operation (uses their timezone) but there is no way for the people receiving the document to know which timezone was used.
