To expand the import functionality to a more all round use, we would like to
Be able to attach documents.We use the import module often and have a great installation at a big customer. When you have documents that need to be attached to one file, you could add commands in the DWCONTROL file.
Make a section Commands:
When there are none DWCONTROL and import work like it does today.
When there are arameters, like “Attach” and “Attachfield” and Value you would be abe to attach documents to other files. Just like COLD when a document has to many pags.DWCONTROL
COMMAND= None or Attach
ATTACH Field= “SQL Table Colum Name”
Value= “Search Value”.
When there are multiple results then it must give an error.Then the normal DWCONTROL Layout.
It would be great to attach documents (Hospitals, Customer Files etc ) directly with IMPORT. A VS partner wrote a little software called. It can do it to, but gives you loads of empty folders becuse of the attach afterwords.

problematisch mit freien SQL statements ist immer, dass sich damit auch sehr einfach Sicherheitsrisiken ergeben (beispielsweise mit SQL Injection). Welche SQL Funktionen möchten Sie denn gerne aus dem DocuWare Workflow heraus benutzen?

Did the user download a zip file or an msg file?

Wir erstellen ein Konzept für dieses Feature. Für weitere Details bitte auch die Kommentare lesen.
An error occurred while saving the comment Wir diskutieren das schon bei uns intern und haben uns gefragt wie wir es genau realsieren. Eine sehr einfach Idee wäre links , die in der Form http://xyz.com in ein Textfeld eingetragen werden in der Ergebnisliste klickbar zu machen. Das ist aber unter Umständen für die User etwas sperrig und links können ja auch sehr lang sein und das Textfeld "sprengen". Ihr Vorschlag geht ja davon aus, das man einen validen HTML hyperlink erzeugt, also etwas in der Art <a href="http...".... Da diese Links ja vermutlich maschinell in ein Indexfeld geschrieben werden und nicht von einem Menschen getippt werden müssten wäre da vermutlich OK.
Wie ist Ihre Meinung, vermultich brauchen wir beide Varianten, oder? -

An error occurred while saving the comment You can execute a fulltext search. Then DocuWare searches in all index fields and all documents of the selected file cabinets for the search item(s).

After one night sleep, we allways wake up with better sollutions. Docuware Import can be setup with multiple index data files. One of them is a DWCONTROL File.
Wy not make a DWATTACH file as well in order to attach files. Content is the unique field and the value it should have. Item solved
