scroll to the next page with mouse wheel
The users are used to scroll down pages (e.g. in Adobe Reader, Word, ...).
In the Viewer they always have to use the arrow key symbols on the right or top.
It would be nice to scroll through the pages of one file with the scroll wheel of the mouse.
Also this function could ask, if the end of the file is reached and the document consists of more than one file if the following file should be opened.244 votesThank you for your idea. We are planning to implement this idea for the next release of DocuWare.

Expand on the "Send Request" feature
The "Send Request" feature seems to already contain a lot of functionality, but for some reason the access has been made limited. The ability to export "Send Requests" with user, decision, and show everyone who still needs to make a decision would be extremely valuable. It appears all the data is collected in the database, we just don't have access to it.

Will we ever have the capability of having line items in a web form?
Would be really nice if we could define line items in the database, and allow multiple lines to be filled in a form...

enable sending a flattened PDF version of a document out of Docuware
Enable saving a flattened version of a document to in turn mail out of the system or within the email workflow tool, enable flattening a copy of the document for customer facing.

The DW built in REST client supports a http GET, POST, PUT and DELETE. Please add PATCH also.

Like the remote signature "Add New Remote Document"

I suggest that you provide the ability to change and save the wording in the Subject and Text fields of the Send Request Command.
Have the ability to allow users to save wording in the Subject and text fields on the Send Request command. This can will give some rationalization for user/groups and flexibility to there responsibilities.
