  1. enable sending a flattened PDF version of a document out of Docuware

    Enable saving a flattened version of a document to in turn mail out of the system or within the email workflow tool, enable flattening a copy of the document for customer facing.

  2. I suggest that you provide the ability to change and save the wording in the Subject and Text fields of the Send Request Command.

    Have the ability to allow users to save wording in the Subject and text fields on the Send Request command. This can will give some rationalization for user/groups and flexibility to there responsibilities.
