Formularfelder dynamisch größer
Es wäre cool wenn mehrzeilige Formlarfelder dynamisch größer werden, je nachdem wie viel Text eingegeben wird, also das die Zeilen nach unten anwachsen und sich der nachfolgende Inhalt ebenfalls mit nach unten verschiebt.

Formulare direkt in der App öffnen und ausfüllen
Ist man in der App angemeldet, dann ist es nicht möglich Formulare zu öffnen oder zu erstellen. Lediglich der Weblink zum Formular kann am Smartphone geöffnet werden. Es wäre für das mobile Arbeiten besser und einfacher, wenn man die Formulare direkt in der DocuWare App erstellen könnte, als diese im Webclient zu erzeugen und per Mail an das Smartphone zu senden.

Certificates not installed locally. Centralized installation
It is normal for company certificates to be installed centrally, not locally.
It is essential that DocuWare be able to use these centralized certificates, for example "RedTrust" https://redtrust.com/

Know if a document is signed with a certificate
It is important that from the viewer there was an indicative mark or from the "document processing" template a field of the filing cabinet could be indicated that would take a value depending on the result of the signature.
In version 5.1, there was a mark in the viewer that indicated if a document was signed with a certificate.4 votes -
Bring back multiple Web Connections/URLs (removed in 7.4)
In 7.4, the ability to use different URLs was removed.
It is not possible to use http://hostname/docuware and http://hostname.my.domain/docuware at the same time.This especially has a huge impact to customers who have their DocuWare reachable from outside their own network, as the server often has a different DNS Name and URL for external connections. 7.4 basically removed the ability to have your DW Server available for external connections.
Please bring back the ability to have multiple Web Connections or to allow traffic from every IIS Site binding.

Electronic Signature integration with Adobe Sign
e-signature support with Validated ID and DocuSign are great, but we need to do this with Adobe Sign. It is a similar process. Adobe provides the API and we can provide technical support and real-world testing.

Implement a test button for autoindex, deletion policy and transfer
Add a test or simulation feature to Autoindex, Deletion policy and transfer with a counter or viewer of what documents are being affected by the rule we are creating. Easy way to prevent making a bad mistake.

Mehrzeilige formatierte Textfelder
Es wäre wunderbar, wenn man die Eingaben in Text-Feldern Formatierungen enthalten könnten. Ein Zeilenumbruch bzw. Tab Abstände wären schön.
Hintergrund: Beim zurückschreiben in Formulare gehen die Formatierungen (Zeilenumbrüche) bei mehrzeiligen Textfelder verloren.4 votes -
AD Sync
Wenn der AD Sync bei einer großen Firma/Gesellschaft durchgeführt, die weltweit operiert und Standorte hat, allerdings nur ein kleiner Teilbereich der Firma DocuWare nutzt, dauert es sehr lange bis die gesamte AD geladen ist.
Man könne ja zunächst nur die obersten Knoten laden und dann nach und nach sich durchklicken sodass die restlichen Knoten nachgeladen werden1 vote -
Ich schlage vor, dass eine individuell eingerichtete Spaltenreihenfolge immer beibehalten wird
Für Listen und Aufgaben sind immer andere Indexfelder wichtig, so dass ich die Spaltenreihenfolge unterschiedlich anordne. Allerdingst bleibt die Reihenfolge nicht, wenn die Liste oder Aufgabe am nächsten Tag wieder geöffnet wird.

Führende Null in nummerischen Feldern
Es sollte möglich sein, in nummerischen Indexfeldern Werte wie "01234" einzugeben.
Vorteil: Vertragsnummer können einfach via von - bis Suche gefunden werden.
Aktuell ist nur die Eingabe 1234 möglich, was zu Fehlern führt, wenn es die Verträge "01234" und "1234" gibt...2 votes -
Aufnahme in den globalen Ivanti-Updatekatalog
Ich schlage vor, den Docuware-Client in den globalen Updatekatalog von Ivanti aufzunehmen. Dadurch wäre es möglich, den Client immer aktuell zu halten wenn bereits ein Patchmanagement (z.b. Matrix42-Empirum) eingesetzt wird. Dies ist vorallem sinnvoll wenn die User keine lokalen Adminrechte haben.

Anbindung invoicefetcher
Ich wünsche mir eine Anbindung an www.invoicefetcher.com zum automatischen Import meiner von invoicefetcher gesammelten Rechnungen aus Portalen wie Amazon, T-Mobile, UTA usw. Am Liebsten per Schnittstelle zur sicheren Übertragung onPremise und Cloud. Gerne bei p.strauch@invoicefetcher.com melden.

add gl assignments to recurring invoices
I have multiple invoices that we pay each month (some having multiple GL assignments). Each month I have to re-enter the GL assignments and $ amounts. There should be a "memorized" function for these types of recurring invoices so I do not have to enter each month.

Bezeichnung des Browser-Instanzen (Titel) bei Aufruf "In neuem Viewer-Fenster öffnen"
Beim Arbeiten mit dem DocuWare WebClient wäre es sehr hilfreich, wenn in neuem Viewer-Fenster aufgerufene Dokumente eine Bezeichnung kriegen. Im Moment heißen die geöffneten Browser-Instanzen alle "DocuWare - Internet Explorer", sodass keine Unterscheidung möglich ist. Am besten wäre die Info aus dem Indexfeld "Bezeichnung/Betreff".
Vorgehen
1) Rechtsklick auf Dokument im WebClient

I would like to suggest strongly that you add an option in the docuware desktop app...
I highly suggest you add a check box in the settings in the docuware apps setting under "import" that allows a sub folder to get deleted as well after it sends up the files to store. Currently, If you set up files to automatically go to docuware that are dropped in a watch folder, using a subfolder that gets dragged in... all files within the sub folder gets automatically deleted after the files get sent. That is perfect.. however... the sub folder that the files were sent from remains in the watch folder and stays there. I cant have hundreds…

I suggest you to support Slovenian language on Docuware Cloud, it is annoying for our prospect that Slovenian language is not supported yet.

Possibility to change the variables order for stamps
In earlier versions, when stamps were configured by Administration utility, it was possible do define the order of variables of the stamp.
Since the introduction of web client for stamps defining, this feature is no more available.
It could be usefull to restore this functionality for old customers that know the previous behaviour and for new ones that ask for fixed text of the stamp to preceed any other variable text.
This is the desired and "no more supported" configuration:
