Zeilenlimit/-anzahl einer Tabelle anhand eines Formularfelds dynamisch bestimmen
Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn innerhalb eines Formulars, das Zeilenlimit bzw. dessen vorgegebene Zeilenanzahl an ein Formularfeld (Nummernfeld, Radio, Dropdown) geknüpft werden kann.
So könnte man bspw. bei einer (Reisekosten-) Abrechnung auto. die Anzahl der Tage (zuvor berechnet oder fest angegeben) als Zeilenlimit, feste Zeilenanzahl oder als Vorgabe (Tabellenanzahl weiterhin durch Benutzer anpassbar) für Tabellenfelder nutzen.3 votes -
Anbindung des Local Data Connectors in Forms
Es wäre schön, wenn wir in Forms abfragen über den LDC steuern köönten, sodass gewisse Felder vorausgefüllt werden können.

Workflow-Designer: Inputfeld für Codes farbig gestalten und Textumbrüche zulassen (vgl. Visual Studio Code)
es wäre klasse, wenn im Workflow-Designer, die Inputfelder (z.B. für arithmetische Ausdrücke) strukturiert werden könnten (z.b. mit Textumbrüchen, farbigen Schriften usw.
Als Beispiel habe ich eine verschachtelte IIF Anweisung. Aktuell sieht sie so aus (Fließtext):

DW Dsesktop Dependencies need to be upgraded.
For DW Desktop to work properly, MS visual c++ redist 2010 needs to be installed.
This product is EoL and EoS from Microsoft years ago. This poses an security risk.
And larger companies escpesially, do not want to have old outdated components installed.9 votes -

Ich schlage vor, dass in der Dokumentenhistorie erkennbar ist, welcher User eine manuelle Text-Notiz hinterlassen hat.
Es wäre hilfreich, wenn über die Funktion "Dokumentenhistorie" ersichtlich ist, welcher User eine Textnotiz auf einem Dokument hinterlassen hat. Im Moment kann man nicht erkennen, wer etwas manuell draufgeschrieben hat. Dies ist aber oft sehr wichtig, um Rückfragen zu den Inhalten der Textnotizen mit den Zuständigen machen zu können.

Ich schlage vor dass es eine Filterfunktion auch in den Ordnerstrukturen gibt.
Wir nutzen bei zwei Archiven "Ordnerstrutkuren". In der Überschrift "Name" kann man nicht filtern.
Bei "Listen" kann man innerhalb der Überschriften filtern. Dies funktioniert bei der "Ordnerstruktur" nicht. Das ist sehr sehr hinderlich für den Workflow.
Wir bitten daher, auch in den Ordnerstrukturen "Filter" oder "Suchfunktionen" in den Überschriften einzufügen, um dort schneller den Ordner des richtigen Kunden bzw. den Ordner des richtigen Mitglieds zu finden.

Using admin define Stamps only
Using the docuware (www.docuware.com) ECM the admin define some Stamps intended to update indexes.
Can i prevent users from creating his own Stamps? and also using these personal stamps to update indexes ?
The users must only use the admin defined stamps, and not stamps defined by his own user into the configurations section.
I try to remove the Set Stamp option from a function profile, but the all the Stamps was affected even the ones expected to work (the user admin defined stamps).

Add Workflow Designer as a web configuration
Workflow Designer in the web configurations would make version switching between customers an issue of the past. It would also make supporting multiple systems much more flexible.

Increasing Automatic Intelligent Index fields
To be able to increase the amount of index that can be automatically indexed when configuring the Intelligent indexing fields. We have a use case where we need 260 index fields but are only able to auto index 14 custom text fields. So wouldn't it be better to be able to increase this amount.

Proxyfähigkeit Desktop Apps
Die Desktop Apps funktionieren ausschließlich sauber i.V.m. Proxy Servern wenn man Einträge in die Desktop.exe.config und die Desktop.Service.exe.config vornimmt. Nach jedem Update der Apps werden diese Einträge herausgelöscht und der Zugriff funktioniert erneut nicht. Alternativ haben wir in Test festgestellt das die Hinterlegung eines Domänenbenutzers der die Proxyeinstellung hält ebenfalls das Problem löst. Auch dieser wird mit jedem Desktop-Apps Update entfernt und auf Lokales System umgestellt.
Wunsch wäre
Entweder die config Dateien nicht zu verändern, oder das ein neu hinterlegter Dienstuser erhalten bleibt. Letzeres sehe ich mit weniger Entwicklungsaufwand verbunden.1 vote -
Die Farben des Ampelsystems beim Intelligent Indexing Einstallbar bzw. alternatives Angebot
Das Ampelsystem ist intuitiv und gut gelöst, allerdings wäre es für Menschen mit einer Rot-Grün-Schwäche schon sinnvoll hier alternative Farben anzubieten. Vielleicht könnte man die sogar einstellbar machen.

prefill data on web forms
Use live data from Select lists to link to behaviours for Webforms to make the design dynamic based on DW stored data.
An example is a workflow updates how many attendees are coming to an event and if it reaches its maximum, a metafield is updated and linked to a web form behaviour eg. status is fully booked and that invokes a behaviour to display on the web form that the event is fully booked.
In summary live data changed in the system can dynamically and automatically change the web form when the user opens the web form.

Add option when setting out of office for the user to choose who their back up should be
Using substitution rules is a challenge to manage and eliminates the ability to use variable assignments. It would be nice if an end user could choose who their back up should be and then have the workflow route accordingly.

die Netto- bzw. Skontofälligkeit
wäre es toll, wenn Docuware eine Funktion hätte, um die Netto- bzw. Skontofälligkeit berechnen zu lassen. Beim Indexieren müssen wir anhand des Kalenders z. B. 3 Wochen Zahlungsziel zum Rechnungsdatum hinzurechnen. Wenn es eine Möglichkeit gebe,
hier zum Beispiel ein Tool anzubieten „+30 Tage“ wäre, dass für uns eine große Erleichterung 😊3 votes -
SQL Tabellenparameter - Last User Login
Als Administrator (IT) benötige ich zwecks eines aktiven Lizenzreports / Auswertung eine Möglichkeit sehen zu können, wann ein user zuletzt eingeloggt gewesen ist anhand eines Zeitstempels wie bspw. Last User Login Time in der Datenbank. Mit diesem könnte ich User im Unternehmen direkt kontaktieren ob eine Lizenz weiterhin benötigt oder anderweitig vergeben werden kann. Derzeit ist ein solches Feld nicht vorhanden und könnte viele Erleichterungen schaffen.

More detailed error message when entering a table field
When entering multiple rows of a table field each row can be linked to an index list.
If a single line is in error the error message does not tell us which line specifically poses a problem.
With intelligent indexing when completing tables of reconciliation to the row for example there may be an error on a table of 30 rows and it is necessary to browse the table manually to find the error.3 votes -
bei Indexfilter bestimme Begriffe ausschließen
Wenn man im Suchergebnis z.b. den Filter bei Dokumentenart benutzt kann man nur eine bestimmte Dokumentenart auswählen. Hier wäre es schön, wenn man auch mehrere Dokumentenarten ausschließen könnte. Das gilt natürlich für alle Indexfelder.

kill a workflow instance from workflow designer
If for some reason, a document in a middle of a workflow needs to be archive. there is no way to automatically kill the workflow instance of this document.
For exemple it could be usefull in the following case:
A contract document processing into multiple worklow at the same time for validation need to be cancelled.
The user put a cancel stamp on the Document.
Then, all those workflow instances need to be killed.
Today, an admin need to select all workflow instance to kill them one by one which is not really pratical (this is manual).

Table Form Field
Add a behavior to form table fields and make the table map directly onto a merge form. Also add a delete button for form calculations.
