Hintergrundfarbe für Textstempel
Auch bei Textstempeln sollte eine Hintergrundfarbe auswählbar sein (nicht nur transparent). Oft ist zu wenig Platz für Stempel mit viel Text und dann kann man kaum was lesen. So könnte man den Dokumenttext dann einfach überdecken.

Ergänzung Stempel Entscheidung Anfrage
Wenn die Entscheidung auf eine Anfrage auf dem Dokument gestempelt wird, sollte der Inhalte der Anfrage (die Frage selbst), mit im Stempel erscheinen. Die Frage ist für die Interpretation der Antwort notwendig.
z.B.: Frage: Sind die Leistungen vollständig erbracht? ja/nein

allow landscape webforms
Currently, when web forms are created the output has 2 options A4 and Letter. When we submit PO requests we use a table field that would be a lot easier to read if we could at least print in landscape. It would also help if we could change the width of the columns in table fields but with table fields, landscape would be a nice option.

Associate different SMTP configurations to specific Workflows
Currently you can create multiple SMTP configurations to be used as the sender for workflow email notifications. Is a big mistake to not be able to associate this to different Workflows.
A good option could be selecting the SMTP configured account via a dropdown select box.20 votes -
Bessere Übersicht im Workfloe Designer
Im Workflow Designer kann man schnell den Überblick verlieren. Hilfreich wäre hier bspw. die Möglichkeit, durch einen Klick auf eine der Variablen in der Variablen-Übersicht, alle Workflow-Steps zu highlighten, die diese Variable enthalten (ggf. mit einem Icon, das die Art und Weise des Variablen-Zugriffs erläutert).

Make Connect to Outlook compatible with Office 2024
I was told to post this here regarding making Connect to Outlook compatible with Office 2024. I feel like this should go for any items that use Office. Perhaps with each new release of DocuWare we should make sure it is compatible with the most current version of Office or at least have it on the schedule to be worked.

Tabellen in externe DB zurück schreiben
Über einen AutoIndex kann man externe Datenbanken mit Feldern aus DW befüllen (insert). Leider kann man dabei jedoch keine Tabellenelemente verwenden. Somit kann Beispielsweise keine Rechnung mit Positionsdaten aus DocuWare heraus im ERP System angelegt werden.

Fehlermeldung - Archiv durch anderen Benutzer gesperrt
In den letzten Versionen kommt es immer häufiger bei der Konfiguration zu der lästigen Fehlermeldung beim speichern eines Archivs, dass das Archiv durch einen anderen Benutzer gesperrt sei.
Die Meldung kommt auch wenn man allein im System ist!
Man passt Listen in Dialogen an, geht jedes einzelne Feld durch, passt Reihenfolgen an und möchte final speichern -> und bekommt diese Fehlermeldung als Quittung. Arbeit der letzten halben Stunde für umsonst.
Bitte dringend beheben oder AutoSave einführen.

Endpunkt für die Dokumentenverarbeitung
Ich fände es sehr hilfreich, wenn man die Importkonfigurationen, speziell im Hinblick auf die eRechnungspflicht, über einen Endpunkt der DocuWare Plattform erreichen könnte.
So muss der Umweg gegangen werden, eRechnungen über OneDrive aus einer Email in einen synchronisierten Ordner zu legen um diesen dann von der Ordnerüberwachung überwachen zu lassen.Vielen Dank und viele Grüße,

Suche in mehreren Spalten einer Auswahlliste / Indexierungshilfe
In den Dialogen kann man in einer Auswahlliste immer nur in der einen Spalte suchen, aus der auch das Ergebnis übernommen wird.
Bei mehrspaltigen Auswahllisten muss man immer die eine Spalte wählen, in der man suchen will - und aus der gleichzeitig das Ergebnis übernommen wird.
Besser wäre eine Möglichkeit über mehrere Spalten einer Auswahlliste zu suchen - und das Ergebnis dann aus einer festgelegten Spalte zu übernehmen.
Bsp: Suche nach Kontonummer und Kontobezeichnung -> Ergebnis: Kontonummer

adjust required coverage on signatures
When a signature field is marked as required, all it takes is a single dot in the signature area to satisfy the requirement. It would be great to have a 'coverage area' slider or parameter in the configuration section to allow for adjustment in either pixels or percent coverage. For example 10 pixels is not enough for a valid signature but 200 could be.

Field Numbering in DocuWare Workflow Designer
Add numbering to the fields in Workflow Designer "Assign Data" steps. If I have 200 fields and I get an error on my workflow on one of them, say field 100, I need to count all fields manually to get to line 100 instead of looking at the line numbers on the side.

Allow receiving an error when submitting a form that says the invoice number/a field is a duplicate
It would be nice to have an error pop up when submitting or filling out a form that tells you an invoice number is a duplicate and is already entered in the system

Storage - Have access to the list of users and roles
When storing, be able to enter the value of a field using a list of users filtered by role or group

More functions in folder result view
It would be a great idea if the folder result in web client show the records paginated because if the result list have a lot of documents in a folder, the result take too many time to show it.
Another great funcion is the possibily to filter the results in the colums as in a traditional result view, so you can have the document wanted easiest.

Request - Spalten des Ergebnis verschieben
Es solle möglich sein, dass die Spalten des Ergebnis (rechte Seite) verschoben werden können, damit die Reihenfolge der Informationen selber gewählt werden können.

Add the ability to trigger workflows and webhooks when a document enters a Document tray
I would like to have the option of adding a workflow or webhook to document trays. Currently, I can only assign a workflow or a webhook to a file cabinet. I would use this to a) have docuware randomly assign documents to members of a group or b) notify when there are old documents in a doc tray or c) log when documents entered and exited a document tray d) automatically assign additional data to documents in document trays.

Tabellenfeld schreibgeschützt darstellen und weitere Einträge erlauben.
Es wäre gut wenn ein bereits beschriebenes Feld, in einer Tabelle im Workflow, gegen weiteres Beschreiben bzw. Ändern gesperrt werden könnte. Wenn ich für das Tabellenfeld schreibgeschützt auswähle, kann leider kein Eintrag mehr hinzugefügt werden.
