Handelt es sich bei einem Begriff um einen User- oder Gruppennamen?
Eine arithmetische Funktion sollte Informationen zu User- und Gruppennamen liefern. Hilfreich wären z. B:
IsGroup(DWFeld) -> True / False
IsUser (DWFeld) -> True / False
IsMemberOf( GV_User ) -> Gruppenliste
usw.Die wäre z. B. für die Befüllung der Globalen Variablen vom Typ "Benutzer einer Gruppe" oder "Rolle" von Vorteil - siehe Screenshot.
Dann weiß man VOR der Zuordnung eines Textwertes zur Variable, ob der Inhalt zum Typ passt.4 votes -
Recently Deleted - Ability to disable retention for Document trays and specific File Cabinets
Have the ability to disable retention for specific Document trays and specific file cabinets.
We delete on average 3 million documents per month (historic documents and duplicate documents). When deleting this large amount of documents, you have to keep the gui open for days on end and would likely time out. Also, it is unclear when a filter is applied, does permanently delete all only target the filtered list or all documents in the recently deleted folder?
Also add the capability for a deletion workflow to clear these out for specific doctrays/fc's. perhaps also enable quotas specifically for recently deleted…

Make it so that when creating a workflow for a document created with a merge form you can use it for multiple forms.
I have several merge forms that create the same document. For example employee benefits. When a new employee is hired they fill out a form and choose what benefit packages they want, 401(k) investment options and everything. But then I have a merge form for each option individually like just health insurance because an employee might want to make a change to just one of those benefits like the birth of a child. There wouldn't be any reason to fill out the 401(k) part for that. The problem I have is that I need to create multiple workflows that are…

Kompletten zukünftigen Workflow anzeigen
Es wäre sehr schön, wenn man beim Verteilen der Aufgabe direkt den kompletten zukünftigen Workflow sehen kann. Ich stelle mir das wie einen "Laufzettel" vor, an dem man auch erkennen kann, an welcher Stelle des Workflows das Dokument gerade ist.

Datum als KW angeben
Es kommt vor, dass z.B. ein Liefertermin lediglich als KW angegeben wird. Hier muss dann manuell das Datum in das entsprechende Indexfeld eingegeben werden. Um den Aufwand zu verringern wäre es evtl sinnvoll, dass man eine KW (z.B.: "26/2024") mit OneClickIndexing erfasst und dieses automatisch in ein Datum umgewandelt wird.

Vary timeout for Concurrent Licenses vs Named
We have a mixed license environment where we have traded some Concurrent Licences to Named Licenses. The Time-Out setting affects all licenses. We want the Named Licenses to never time-out.

Introduce a Brief Course on the Business Use Cases of Workflow
The LMS provides several courses for DSC's on the components of DocuWare Workflow and in fact a pre-requisite for the course is a DSC certification. It would be ideal that a short business course is designed for DSAs to aid them with understanding several business uses of workflow and mention them during their engagements with prospects. The business uses of workflow are indeed embedded in the various case studies listed on the DocuWare website . it would be ideal to so as to say extract such cases and centralize them. Benachrichtigungen auch für Rollen einstellen
Benachrichtigungen können nur für Felder und Benutzer abonniert werden. Es wäre praktisch, dass zusätzlich auch Benachrichtigungen für Rollen eingestellt werden könnten und dann alle Benutzer, die der Rolle zugeordnet sind, diese Benachrichtigungen erhalten würden.

obtain a .CSV file with user information (Last name/First name/email) and whether their account is active or not, as well as the roles assigned to them.

Dataianhang direkt scannen
In Forms sollte es möglich sein. Im Feld Dataianhang direkt über die Kamerafunktion zu scannen.
Hier sind leider nur Bilder möglich (Diese werden dann nicht der Größe des Formulars in DocuWare angepasst).
Wir umgehen momentan Dieses Problem, indem wir über OneDrive scannen und dann über Datei anfügen uns die gewünschte PDF aus OneDrive abholen. Dann passt auch das Format zum Formular.
Ist leider etwas umständlich.
Wenn es hier über die Kamerafunktion direkt gehen würde währe dies wesentlich einfacher.3 votes -
Unclip using DocuWare Platform API Webservice
The webservice currently allows you to "Clip" documents. We would like the ability to "Unclip" and restore individual documents.
Currently, we are clipping several documents in workflow designer with the DW Platform API (Cloud system), Sending the clipped document to DocuSign for multiple signatures. We would like to unclip after DocuSign returns the packet, index each document accordingly and store as individual documents again.

Separate Variable für Uhrzeit im Workflow Designer
Wir erstellen einen Workflow für das Bewerber Management. U.a. werden auch E-Mails für die Terminfindung versendet. Der aktuelle Typ Datum/Uhrzeit ist optisch in der E-Mail wirklich nicht ansprechend - Bsp: 28.06.2024 08:00:00
Sollte es nicht geplant werden: Gibt es via html Formatierung einen Workaround?

Exchange ID prüfen bei C2Mail
wir möchte gerne eine Exchange ID Prüfung in C2Mail, um eine Doppeltablage zu vermeiden. Wir importieren massiv Emails über C2Mail und es kommt desöfteren vor, dass Mails doppelt abgelegt werden.

Date calculation in Form
Request to include Date calculation in field calculations in form designer. Example of Leave Application. When Employee applies for Leave and fills in Start Date and End Date Total Leave Days to be calculated based on End Date - Start Date. Another example could be Travel Request form when Employee fills Start Date and End Date.

Keep My Tasks in the order the user puts them
When a document enters a workflow and the tab appears in My Tasks, can these be kept in the order that the user puts them even when the tabs disappear and reappear?

[Document Processing] extract indexes from specific areas on documents other than PDF files
Currently, indexes can only be extracted from specified areas on PDF and XML files. I would like this functionality to be available for other file types, such as Word documents, as well.

Allow more C# libraries and data types for arithmetic expressions
Please allow more C# libraries for arithmetic expressions.
Currently (Version 7.10), it is very hard to work with Lists/Arrays/Keywords which contain values which are not of Type String.For example, when retrieving a List of decimal values via external data (SQL), this can only be stored into a keyword field, which is always handled as an array of string.
The available LINQ functions do not allow to use sum, max, min etc. functions, because these depend on a numeric data type.
Converting the string[] to a decimal[] or int[] is also not possible because no methods or classes which provide…

Die OCR Erkennung bitte auch auf eingebettete Grafiken anwenden!
Man bekommt leider sehr viele PDF-Rechnungen, in denen das Briefpapier als Grafik hinterlegt ist. Die in den Grafiken wirklich sehr gut lesbaren Texte werden aktuell von der OCR nicht bearbeitet! Intelligent Indexing ist das nicht! Ich muss immer wieder abtippen, obwohl das gleiche Dokument einmal gedruckt und eingescannt ohne Probleme indexiert worden wäre! Bitte aktivieren Sie die Texterkennung in Grafiken innerhalb von PDF-Dateien! DANKE

Allow Internal Signee to sign before external Signee in Electronic Signature PreConfigured Solution
Currently, the configurations in the Electronic Signature PreConfigured Solution does allow for an internal signee to sign by using a second envelope, but the option for the internal signee to go before the external is currently not offered. If there exists an option for the internal signee to sign at all, can the solution be amended to allow the internal signee to sign first?

Further restrict access to Restore documents in Trash Bin
Please add the ability to restrict access to the Restore button in the Trash Bin. The attached is where I would expect to find this control.
The following provides guidance when there is access to the Restore button, and to which documents the user may restore. I've summed it up like this, based upon File Cabinet permissions.
Those who are set as file cabinet Owner may see and Restore all deleted files.
A file cabinet User (who has delete permissions) may Restore only those documents they have deleted, this means that the Restore button exists.
