Add user-specific option to delete raw files after adding to Docuware.
Too reduce clutter, a nice feature that other software apps have is the ability to delete the original source file after adding to Docuware.

Save User's Viewer Settings after Browser Close
In current versions of DocuWare, any settings a user set in the previous session are often reset when the user closes and opens a browser before logging into DocuWare. It would be helpful if there were a way for users to save their zoom level, font settings, etc.

docusign webservice option for let the user where to put the signature
There is not possibilities let the user decide where to place the signature when using Docusign method call AddNewDocumentMultiSigners (when we need more than one signature).
With this method the only options we have are to send each X,Y positions otherwise an anchor system is possible.
But when we have multi signer like 5,6 or even 10 person to sign this is difficult to find the right place with those options.

Document viewer in 7.10 - arrows for navigating between attachments move left and right when switching between documents.
With version 7.10, the arrows for navigating through attachments move left and right depending on whether the document has one or multiple pages. When there are multiple pages, a field for entering the page number appears, shifting the entire row to the right.
This is annoying because it requires the user to chase the correct arrow with the mouse cursor for every click when navigating between attachments.1 vote -
Outlook: Stapelablage
Wenn man mehrere Mails ablegt, möchte der Kunde automatisch, dass alle unter einem Pfad in einem Ordner abgelegt werden, wie es bei der ersten Ablage-Maske eingestellt war, ohne dabei mehrere Ablagemasken für jedes Dokument auszufüllen. Ist eine Stapelverarbeitung bei der Ablage möglich?

Outlook: Kategorie DocuWare in Outlook nach Ablage
Wenn eine Mail direkt über Outlook über den integrierten Button oder per Rechtsklick auf eine Mail "In DocuWare ablegen" abgelegt wird, erscheint in Outlook bei der betroffenen Mail das blaue Kästchen - Kategorie "DocuWare". Somit weiß und erkennt der User, dass die Mail in DocuWare abgelegt wurde.
Wenn man aber eine Mail per Mausmarkierung und in Ordnerebene (Windows Explorer) oder über die Ordnerebene im Webclient zieht bzw. ablegt, erscheint kein blauer Kasten bzw. keine Kategorie-Markierung, dass die Mail abgelegt wurde.

Add an option to specify store location when automatic import fails
This is a critical feature that I'm amazed DocuWare does not have. I have hundreds of failed document imports sitting in the dwadmin tray because we have centralized our import processes - we import thousands of documents per minute. The dwadmin tray is unmonitored and even if it were, the people with permission to view that tray would have no idea how to store those documents as admins are separate from the accounting, credit, and other departments whose documents are being imported.
It would be one thing if this were a massive feature that needed to be added, but DocuWare…

Mehrere E-Mails oder Dokumente gleichzeitig mit dem gleichen Dialog ablegen
Es sollte möglich sein, mehreren Dokumenten oder E-Mails nur mit einem Dialog zum gleichen Thema resp. Projekt abzulegen. Im Outlook über die Markierung, wenn z.B. mehrerer E-Mails schattiert wurden und im Postfach mit Haken setzten.

Request to Fix 422 Error: JSON Field Order Should Not Cause Update Table Field Values to Fail
I am encountering an issue with the Update Table Field Values REST API. When I change the order of elements in the JSON request body, the API returns a 422 error.Since JSON does not inherently guarantee order, could we request a modification to the implementation?

Benutzerdefinierte Feld Vorbelegung - Leerer Eintrag
Es wäre schön in der Vorbelegung z.B. von Ablagedialogen ebenfalls den Wert leerer Eintrag für Date/Text/Numeric/.. zu haben. Hintergrund ist die Verschlagwortung von Dokumenten mit bestehenden via Drag & Drop. Hier werden die Indizes vom bestehenden Dokument geerbt, insofern in der separaten Ablagemaske nicht anders vorbelegt. In manchen Anwendungsfällen ist das aber nicht Hilfreich. (irreführend / nicht erforderlich / oder gar falsch). Um dies zu Umgehen muss man hierfür einen Autoindex auf Archivereignis-Basis erstellen, macht auch wieder Systemlast. Da die Events auch <Ironie> total zuverlässig und zeitnah triggern </Ironie> ist es auch nicht ausgeschlossen, das erforderliche Nachfolgeprozesse hierdurch gestört werden.

Automatisch auslösen - Dokument anpassen
Wenn bei PaperScan ein Dokument automatisch ausgelöst wird, passt das nicht immer. Es sollte wie beim manuellen Auslösen möglich sein, die Ränder anzupassen.
Es ist mir einige Male passiert, dass schon automatisch ausgelöst wurde, obwohl nicht das komplette Dokument und/oder auch etwas von der Umgebung mitgescannt wurde.

Add more options to table-type field in forms
In forms: enable validation and make a table-type field (or the columns that make it up) mandatory or not.
Dans les formulaires : rendre possible le validation et rendre obligatoire ou non un champ de type tableau (ou sur les colonnes qui le composent).

Workflow Aufgaben - Auswahlliste bearbeiten mit Link - wie bei der Ablage aus dem Briefkorb
Wenn in den Workflow-Entscheidungen einzelne Textfelder mit Auswahllisten belegt sind, sollte es möglich sein diese Auswahlliste zu bearbeiten. Die Idee ist hier das ganze wie bei der Ablage aus dem Briefkorb zu gestalten. Ein Link (Auswahlliste bearbeiten) erscheint im im Textfeld in der Aufgabe und der Benutzer gelangt auf die Auswahlliste in der Konfiguration.

Cloud version update URL - Allow administrator to not be assigned a client license
It should be allowed for an administrator user that is active but not assigned a user license, that can administer the /settings site, to be able to login and check when the their Cloud account will be updated using the https://update.docuware.cloud/ site.

Ich würde es hilfreich finden, statt nur Listen und Aufgaben in Teams Chats ergänzen zu können, auch eine Übersicht der freigegebenen Formulare anzeigen zu können.

Übersichten / Ergebnislisten (Suchdialoge, Aufgaben) übersichtlicher gestalten
Es wäre echt super, wenn man die Ergebnisse (Aufgaben, Suche DokPools) nach Suchkriterien/Werten in den Reitern zusammenfassen könnte um die Ansicht übersichtlicher zu gestalten (– analog der Gruppierfunktion in DATEV-REWE). Per Drag and Drop wäre klasse.
(so ähnlich ist es schon in der Ordneransicht, jedoch sind diese nicht variabel und vom Nutzer anpassbar)
Schön wäre auch noch eine Anzeige, wie viele Elemente enthalten sind und dass unter den Betragsfeldern Summen gebildet und angezeigt werden.
Die jetzige Filterfunktion ist eher mäßig, da alle anderen Ergebnisse ausgeblendet werden

Dokumentablage für Ablagedialog sperren
Es kommt immer wieder vor, dass man Hilfsarchive (Lieferantenstamm, Systemdaten, etc) benötigt. Erfahrungsgemäß kommt es bei allen Kunden vor, dass dort versehentlich Dokumente abgelegt werden, weil nicht "Datensatz erstellen", sondern versehentlich ein Dokument im Briefkorb angewählt ist. Es wäre daher sinnvoll, wenn man in einem Ablagedialog definieren kann, dass darüber nur Datensätze erstellt werden und keine Dokumente abgelegt werden können.
