Allow a workflow to work with multiple merge forms.
I have forms that complete multiple merge forms. Several of these forms have a name and I use a workflow to combine the first and last name to put the full name on the form. It would be nice if I could do this with 1 workflow rather than a separate workflow for each merge form.

Summenfunktion in Listen
Es wäre hilfreich, wenn es eine Summenfunktion in den Listenfunktionen, z.B. für eine Liquiditätsbetrachtung nach eingegangenen Dokumenten, gäbe. So könnte man bereits ohne Datenexport auf einen Blick die zu erwartenden Summen im Blick haben.

Additional fields for users
Integrate additional fields for users in administrative management, such as their manager, department or position. Allow these fields to be used in index profiles to filter documents.

Currently charged for double space for attachments stored within email chain
How can DW store an email using Connect to Outlook and only have the attachments count as one for storage purposes. Currently, it's storing the email with the attachment, then it saves a second copy of the attachment using up double the storage space. This is leading our storage space to be taken up much more quickly. It seems unfair that our files within emails are counted up twice.

Text von Validierungsanzeige mit Absätzen versehen
aktuell werden Hinweistexte zwecks Validierungsfehler ohne Absätze angezeigt. Dies kann sehr unübersichtlich für den User werden.
Ein Vorschlag wäre, Zeilenumbrüche in den Validierungstexte mit einbringen zu können (siehe Screenshot).

Arithmetic Expression Table Column aggregation
In DW Version 7.10, only Sum(), Count() and Avg() are supported for aggregation of table field columns.
For me, that is currently sufficient. However, in several cases I need to create a Sum of the absolute values in a column, but Math.Abs() is only supported for single values and not for a column.Example:
ColumnAmount:
10,00
-3,00Sum(ColumnAmount) now returns 7. However, the result I need is 13.
Please provide Math.Abs() and/or similar functions for table column aggregation.

URL Integration: Fehlermeldung bei fehlender Dokumenten-ID
Die URL Integration gibt derzeit bei leerer Dokumenten-ID das erste Dokument der Ergebnisliste zurück.
Dieses Verhalten sorgt für Verwirrung im laufenden Betrieb.Es wäre schön, wenn ggf. per Flag, das Verhalten angepasst werden kann sodass bei Parameter-Übergabe "did=" eine Fehlermeldung anstatt das erste Ergebnis kommt.

Expand Field Behaviors to Allow for Requiring a Minimum/Maximum Number of Entries for Checkboxes
Currently, In DocuWare, there is no easy way to require users to select a minimum or maximum number of boxes in a checkbox field.
This would also be useful for the Table type.

Derzeit bietet DocuWare nur die Möglichkeit, SMTP Basic Authentication für die SMTP-Konfiguration zu verwenden. Dies ist zweifellos eine praktische Methode, um E-Mails zu senden, aber in der heutigen zunehmend vernetzten und sicherheitsbewussten Welt reicht dies möglicherweise nicht mehr aus.
Microsoft und andere Branchenführer empfehlen die Verwendung von OAuth für die sichere Kommunikation mit E-Mail-Servern. OAuth bietet einen zusätzlichen Schutz vor unberechtigtem Zugriff und Sicherheitsrisiken, die bei der Verwendung von Basic Authentication auftreten können. Provide a way to store table values from eforms and/or workflow on to merge forms
Enable a method to store table data from eforms or from within a table field in workflow onto merge forms. Does not seem like its currently possible even in workflow according to communication I had with support. Sounds like keyword fields could be used but duplicate values are not supported and tracking the colums/relationships might be difficult.

Dokumentübergreifende Listen
Es wäre super hilfreich, wenn man Listen erstellen könnte zwecks Überprüfung der Vollständigkeit von Vorgängen. Beispiel: Auftragsbestätigungen auflisten, wo keine Dokumentart "Bestellung" mit gleicher Auftragsnummer abgelegt ist (oder ähnliches).

DocuWare Request - Suchfenster ausblenden
Um mehr Platz für die Anzeige der ausgewählten Dokumente zu erhalten, wäre es wünschenswert, wenn das Suchfeld (linke Seite) ausgeblendet oder zumindest verkleinert werden könnte

Add the ability to choose which attachments are stored per email when using Connect to Outlook
We would like the ability to choose which attachments are stored when using the email storing feature in Outlook (Connect to Outlook). Often times emails have multiple attachments and we are storing unnecessary items. We have to remove the unnecessary items manually. Presenting us with a box that lists the attachments where we can select each individual item or multiple items to attach would be ideal.

mehrere Ablage-Buttons in Outlook ermöglichen
es wäre klasse, wenn in Outlook mehrere Ablage-Buttons vorhanden wären, die mit einem Mausklick vewendet werden können (siehe Screenshot). Somit könnte die Ablage von E-Mail wesentlich beschleunigt und vereinfacht werden.

Form table option to add different custom predefined entries and make them read only.
I have a travel expense form with 14 items that can be submitted for reimbursement listed in rows with dates/day of the week as column headers. I currently cannot build a table with this layout. The table is limited to 10 columns. I can add rows with a drop down of available options but that is not as user friendly. Please see example.

Allow extended storage areas for files such as Quickbooks Company Files that do not get renamed to a GUID internally.
Quickbooks files spawn multiple files when opened and they cannot be renamed like for example to a GUID on the raw storage disk. Other companies have an 'extended' storage area where these types of files can be stored with the benefit of being searched but not managed otherwise. This would be beneficial for a Document Storage Management system.
