Mail Versand über SMTP trotz aktivierter M365 Security Defaults
Hallo DocuWare-Team und Community
In letzter Zeit sehen wir uns immer öfter damit konfrontiert, dass über SMTP Mail-Dienst verschickte Emails, sei es für irgendwelche System Benachrichtigungen oder aus dem Workflow heraus, am M365 Exchange aufgrund aktivierter Security Defaults hängen bleiben.
Zumal sich dieses Microsoft Feature offenbar nur global ein- oder ausschalten lässt, ist die Security Defaults einfach zu deaktivieren (und stattdessen aufwändige Conditional Access Konfigurationen einzubringen) für die wenigstens Kunden ein Thema.
Entsprechend würde wir seitens DocuWare gerne entweder eine alternative Möglichkeit für den SMTP Versand (Oauth2??) erhalten oder dann den bestehenden Mail-Dienst dahingehend zu optimieren, dass dieser auch mit…

Versionierung von Forms Formularen
Es wäre schön, wenn Änderungen an Forms Formularen als neue Version oder Entwurf abgespeichert werden können, damit beispielsweise Änderungen vor Veröffentlichung nochmal geprüft werden können. Somit müsste nicht jedes mal das Formular kopiert werden und unter einer neuen URL veröffentlicht werden.

When viewing the 'Store' document history, display the cabinet & store dialog that was selected.
In order to investigate reported issues it's important to know which store dialog a document has been stored with.
End users don't always have this information.Currently the history entry shows 'store', the user who stored it and the date it was stored. Hovering reveals all index entries stored, but does not show the store dialog that was selected nor the cabinet it was stored to.
Please make this information visible to admins.

Löschregel mit der Option "Unwiderruflich Löschen" erweitern
Mit einer Löschregel gelöscht Dokumente werden immer noch 30 Tage im "Papierkorb" kürzlich gelöscht aufbewahrt.
In den Löschregeln sollte schon beim erstellen der Regel definiert werden können, ob sie in diesen Papierkorb sollen oder nicht. Vor allem wenn Datensätze (also reine Indexeinträge) gelöscht werden. Dies machen den Papierkorb unübersichtlich.4 votes -
Einträge aus Tabellenfelder beim Export aus Ergebnisliste berücksichtigen
Ich als Anwender würde mir wünschen, dass beim Export der Ergebnisliste als CSV-Datei auch die Werte aus den Tabellenfeldern mit exportiert werden. Somit wären alle Daten abrufbar, da die Tabellenfelder immer mehr an Funktion gewinnen. Aktuell wird nur die Anzahl der Reihen beim Export ausgegeben.
So könnten auch detaillierte Rechnungen mit Splitbuchung berücksichtig werden.

Set indexes or variables to NULL in a workflow
Today, in a workflow, we can't set index values or variables to NULL.
We can "empty" this information but this is not optimal, it's not the same thing as passing them to NULL.The option is already present in the auto indexes

How to Stop Send Request of other Users
As an Administrator, one should be able to stop send request options done by different users if it is no more needed or event has overtaken it.

Signature Web Service - DocuSign - Ability to send multiple documents for an enveloppe to multiple signees
The signature web service allow to send a document to multiple signee or to send multiple sections to one signee. There is no way to send multiple sections of a document to multiple signees or even better, to send multiple documents (differents DocIds) to multiple signees. DocuSign can do that, why the DocuWare signature web service does not allow this ?

The Login Name to be displayed in the field name in the trash list.
Currently, the fields displayed in the recycle bin list are fixed, and the DB user name (which cannot be changed) is displayed as the user name. This makes it difficult to identify users from a user perspective. I would like it to be displayed as the login username instead of the DB username.

The information of the seconds
The column "created on" would be good to see hour, minute and second of the creation of the file, so it would be easier to group different files added at the same time (invoice + cmr) that come in the same email.

Tabellen inkl. Positionen in den Request-Body der Webservices übernehmen
Aktuell ist es nicht möglich via den Webservices & Webhooks Daten aus Tabellen inkl. Positionen beim Versand innerhalb des Request-Bodys mitzuliefern. Das erhöht die Komplexität für externe Validierungsservices, da zwei Requests notwendig sind, um eine Validierung auszuführen.

Add a table variable to workflow designer
A table variable is very usefull. For now we have to create a table field index to work with in WF. That's not a good workaround and lack flexibility.

Öffentliche Formulare nach der Übermittlung mit PDF und Indexdaten per Mail senden
ich stehe vor einer Herausforderung: Nachdem ein Benutzer ein öffentliches Formular ausgefüllt und übermittelt hat, möchte ich dieses Formular automatisch als PDF-Anhang per E-Mail versenden. Zusätzlich wäre es ideal, wenn die im Formular eingegebenen Daten auch als Indexeinträge im Anhang verfügbar wären (z.B. im Format .dwx, .csv, .xml oder ähnliches). Der Hintergrund ist, dass ich diese Daten in ein anderes System übertragen möchte.
Einige zusätzliche Informationen:
Der Benutzer, der das Formular ausfüllt, hat eine E-Mail-Adresse hinterlegt.
SMTP ist bereits konfiguriert.
Die derzeitigen Benachrichtigungen, die bei neuen Formularen im Archiv versendet werden, enthalten nur einen Link zum Dokument in DocuWare und…1 vote -

Änderung in Tabelle als Auslöser (Trigger)
Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn die Änderung/Ergänzung in einer Tabelle auch als Auslöser für Workflows und Autoindex-Jobs genutzt werden könnten.

Möglichkeit Aufgabenzuweisungen und deren Benachrichtigungen so wie E-Mail zeitlich zu steuern
Es sollte die Möglichkeit geben Aufgabenzuweisungen und deren Benachrichtigung, so wie E-Mails zeitlich zu steuern.
Bsp.:
Möglichkeit diese Aufgabenzuweisungen/Benachrichtigungen an eine bestimmte Uhrzeit oder Wochentag zu knüpfen, so dass nach Ablauf der vorherigen Aufgabe/Timer usw. die nächste Aufgabe erst am folgenden Montag 7:00 Uhr versendet wird und nicht direkt nachdem der Timer oder die vorherige Aufgabe erledigt wurden bzw. abgelaufen sind.1 vote -
Keywords should be fully supported in autoindexing and document relations -- "Contained by" operator
As of writing, keyword fields seem to only be half-heartedly supported by DocuWare.
One of the biggest issues with keyword fields is that we have a "Contains" operator that can be used in autoindexing and document relations, yet we don't have a "Contained by" operator. Control (Assign user etc.) user licenses (User License, WF License) remotely with API on DocuWare Cloud
The customer has many users and has a mixture of user licenses and WF licenses. It takes a lot of time to control this by mouse operation with Web Configuration.

Workflow
We would like to have the possibility for the users to see the "Assigned to" system variable in their workflow dashboard in the web client. There is a possibility to write the system variable to the index field and then to display this index field in the dashboard, but the index field can only get updated once we have moved to the next task or block in the workflow.
