Auswahllisten als Datenquelle in Workflows
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass ich im Workflow bei der Funktion Daten zuweisen neben Archiven auch per SELECT Anweisung auf Auswahllisten zugreifen kann.
Dadurch müssten diese Informationen nicht in einem separaten Hilfsarchiv vorgehalten und gepflegt werden. Dies würde allgemein den Aufwand zur Verwaltung reduzieren. So könnten z. B. die Kreditorennummern im Rechnungsworkflow direkt aus der passenden Liste ausgelesen werden.

Add Collaps Arrow at the vertical divide Bar
As a user, I would like to collapse the search area or viewer directly. This is especially useful when I use many columns or want to enlarge the document in the viewer. With a Collaps Arrow these areas would be enlarged immediately. This feature is available in many applications e.g. jira.

Allow users to search a range of addresses
It would be nice to have the ability to search for a range of numbers, say we have data for 1 Main St through 10 Main St, and have the information for just the data in this range.

Allow updates to file extension types for stored file without obscuring available metadata for edits/access
It would be helpful to update a file type of a stored file (e.g., changing a .doc to a .docx which uses less storage space) without losing the metadata/edit history which is inherent by simply uploading the updated file type.
If not possible in the simple "edit" option, it would still be helpful if it could occur in the check-out/version process.
This is especially important where updating forms/samples because it is helpful (for internal process audits) to see who has made the changes to a form/sample, and when that happened. Conversely, it is better (for data/file management) to update stored…

Show in History Details which System Function changed Index Values
As an admin, I would like the history to show which system function, e.g. Auto Index or which workflow, made the change to the index. The system functions usually run with the admin, so it is very time-consuming to trace which function changed the index. This is especially the case with many auto index jobs or workflows that change index values.

Encrypted URL: Return URL should not be allowed to be changed.
When using URL's for integration purposes, it should never be allowed that the user can change values in the return URL and get an answer from DocuWare. (When Username/Password or Token is inside the encrypted URL, this is already working! However, when the users log in with DocuWare credentials or uses SSO the return URL can be changed! In my opinion this is a possible data leak.

Open DocuWare Webforms from DocuWare Mobile App
I have prospects and customers needing to open DW Webforms from the DW Mobile App. They need to fill out forms, with attached photos and signatures, in the field on mobile devices recording incidents, accidents, and inspection results.
Opening webforms (many different types of forms) directly in a mobile device browser is unmanageable.
Authentication and navigation when Logging onto the DW Web Client from a mobile device is confusing and greatly detracts from " APP " experience that today's workers expect.
Can we add a "FORMS" tab on the DW Mobile Client toolbar like the one on the Web Client.

Gruppen/Aufklappbare Reiter für AutoIndex, Dokumentenverarbeitung etc. ermöglichen
Es wäre zwecks Übersichtlichkeit von Vorteil, wenn man in der Konfiguration von AutoIndexen, Dokumentenverarbeitungen, Dokumentverknüpfungen etc. diese (optional) in Gruppen bzw. aufklappbare Reiter (1-2 Ebenen) zuordnen könnte. So könnten zusammenhängende AutoIndexe schneller gefunden/verstanden werden.
Es gibt Kunden, welche weit mehr als 100 AutoIndexe benötigen. Würden nun statt den 100 AutoIndexen nur 10-15 Gruppen angezeigt, müsste man nicht scrollen oder den Filter benutzen.
Das Filtern kann beibehalten werden und bei der Suche nach dem AutoIndex die Ebenen mit anzeigen.2 votes -
Add back the Segoe Script font into DocuWare cloud for stamps
Prior to 7.4,we had the ability to select Segoe Script font for stamps. This handwriting like font was very useful for creating signature stamps where a true digital signature was not required.

workflow Benachrichtigung Mail
Es sollte generell möglich sein, das Benutzer selbst Entscheiden, ob Sie eine Benachrichtigungsmail haben wollen oder nicht. Ein flexible Einstellung ist nur mit großem Aufwand realisierbar. Eine Aufgabe hat den Reiter Benachrichtigung, wenn diese aktiv ist, erhalten ALLE Personen die diese Aufgaben bearbeiten sollen eine Mail, obwohl einige das vielleicht nicht wollen. Das muss ganz dringend geprüft werden.

Feld mit Vorgdefinierten Feldern aus Tabelle befüllen.
Es gibt ja mittlerweile das Tabellenfeld. Hier können mehrere Indexwerte in Tabellenform hinterlegt werden. Es wäre allerdings in umgedrehter form wünschenswert wenn man Tabellen als Indexierungshilfen anzeigen lassen könnte und diese dann als Tabellenfeld anzeigt.
Beispiel : Es gibt ein Archiv A in dem gibt es 6 Spalten und 20 Zeilen.
In den Indexierungshilfen lege ich eine Auswahllisten "Tabelle" an und Verweise auf die Archivtabelle von Archiv A. Hier kann ich dann bei der .

DocuWare Desktop Apps für Mac
Leider können die DocuWare Desktop Apps nicht auf einem Mac installiert werden. Es gibt eine riesige Anzahl von User die nur Mac nutzen. Die Automatische Ablage durch den Import Auftrag und Dokumentverarbeitung ist an der Stelle nicht möglich. Es ist sehr Ineffizienz und viele weigern sich DocuWare zu nutzen und möchten weiterhin nur Papierbelege schicken. So geht es mit Digitalisierung nicht weiter.

Within Specify Text, be able to Split AND Retain the Charactor
Within Document Processing, where text may be captured, there is a control called SPECIFY TEXT, which includes "AFTER KNOWN CHARACTER(S)". We need to keep those known charactors. Can you add "AFTER KNOWN CHARACTERS AND RETAIN THEM". For example we need to split the following at the T and keep the T too. <VARIABLE DATA IN LENGTH>T<VARIABLE DATA IN LENGTH> will result in "T<VARIABLE DATA IN LENGTH>"

Intelligent Indexing or Document Processing on Documents Stored from Email
When email watch folder is connected to DocuWare you can store to a tray or cabinet. From the connection you can ONLY index the document based on email properties (TO, FROM, TIME, SUBJECT, ETC)
I have standard format emails with the data I need in the emails I would like the ability to store directly to the file cabinet to trigger the workflow with a document that is fully indexed.
This could also be accomplished by allowing processing configurations to index emails.

Dynamic Text Size for a Merge Field
Please add an option for the text size to be Dynamic. Basically when the text entered on the feild is longer than what is on the Merge Document, then the text gets cut off. If there was a simple check box for Dynamic text, then when the text entered on the form was longer than the merge document field, it would automatically resize small enough to fit into the merge field.

"Recently deleted" needs filtering
I greatly appreciate the new "recently deleted" feature, however, it would be nice to be able to choose what goes there or maybe to filter out things. Tracking down a deleted document in a sea of scan mistakes is cumbersome.

Prevent confirmation of a task until the linked form has been saved ("send")
When using tasks, it is currently impossible to set a condition on the "Confirm" button for the task (yellow and accessible by default).
This can be very inconvenient, especially if you need the user to fill in a form (link in the task dialogue box) before confirming the task.- Context: task, created with the Workflow manager, containing a link in the dialog box to a form to be filled in.

Allow to change printer display name from "DocuWare Printer PS" on Printer List.
Background :
The customer's PC uses DocuWare Printer PS, but they also have a printer with a similar display name, such as "DocuWorks Printer".
They want to specifically rename DocuWare Printer PS to avoid confusion.At the moment, According to DocuWare R&D team, and they have confirmed that changing the name of Printer PS is not supported.

Stempel - Mehrzeilige Textfelder
Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn man in einem Textstempel ein mehrzeiliges Textfeld hinterlegen könnte. So müssten bspw. nicht mehrere einzeilige Textfelder untereinander angebracht werden.
