1. Auswahlliste sortieren

   In der Cloud kann ich eine externe Auswahlliste nicht sortieren (lediglich beim Local Data Connector). Gut wäre es wenn man auch Auswahllisten bspw. aus Archivtabellen sortieren könnte (bspw. nur aufsteigend oder absteigend) würde schon ausreichen.

3. Keep first page field data for entire batch when additional split by doctype

   It would be great to have a check box in Document Processing in the Split on section that says keep fiest page data. This way for back file scanning a first page with the bulk if the field data for a personnel file can be created and then additional split sheets can be created for just the document type. So one batch scan would file an entire employees file but break it into doctype with all the field data from the first page.

4. Workflow reply-to Feld nutzen

   Hallo zusammen,

   da der Workflow ja nur über eine einzige E-Mail Adresse E-Mails verschicken kann (Entweder standardmässig über die DocuWare Domain oder eine eigene, konfigurierte) wäre es von großem Vorteil,
   wenn man in dem E-Mail Modul des Workflow Designers das E-Mail-Feld "Reply-To" einer E-Mail mit einer Adresse oder einer Variablen befüllen könnte.

5. In Merge Form Designer include "Wrap Text" and "Vertical Alignment" to text fields

   There is no option to wrap text or align text vertically in Merge Form Designer, it would be very useful to include this feature.

7. Automatic Indexing of invoices in XML format

   Automatic indexing of invoices in XML format.
   Either with Intelligent indexing (Intelligent indexing should be able to read the document properties to assign them to each field or table.) or in a workflow that can read the document properties and assign each property to a field. For example, you can create a loop to index all the lines of the invoice and at the end of the workflow the client has his invoice with all the fields indexed without having to do anything.

8. Create a Dashboard for workflow?

   Add the ability to display in a dashboard, not just lists where each document is in a workflow, including wait steps when applicable.
   
   This would need to be available not only by controllers but also additional upper management with Read-Only licenses.

9. Require task decision with stamp, hide confirm button

   For documents that require a signature stamp in a specific location we need the option to require a stamp to confirm a task decision. Currently, you can complete a decision with a stamp but if you use the confirm button instead the document does not get the required signature stamp.

10. Schließen von Tabs - X nach links

    Derzeit ist das "x" zum Schließen eines Tabs rechts positioniert. Wenn man "x" links positioniert, würde beim Schließen eines Tabs das "x" des dann offenen Tabs immer an der gleichen Stelle stehen. Die Mausbewegungen würde geringer ausfallen und die Mausposition kann beim Schließen mehrerer Tabs beibehalten werden.

11. Global viewer setting

    Great tool for administrators of Cloud instances would be to have an option to setup a global viewer default setting, eg. default viewer setting to open documents with index dialog in new window.

    That way we don't need to educate new users to change this setting manually.

12. Einstellung der Listen (Spalten) sichern und ggf. rücksichern

    Immer wenn man die Spalten in den Listen individuell einstellt und es kommt dann ein Update, sind die Listen wie im Ursprung und man muß sie wieder neu einstellen. Das ist sehr mühselig. Es wäre gut, wenn man die Einstellungen (Spalten) der Listen sichern könnte und wenn es nötig ist, wieder rücksichern könnte.

14. Webhook audit logs

    PROBLEM
    I have a webhook setup that should be triggered when a doc is created or updated in a file cabinet. The REST API that is receiving the requests from the Docuware webhook is missing some data. I can see the logs of the REST API it looks like some requests from the Docuware webhook didn't get delivered.
    The webhook that I'm referring to is not the one inside the workflow.

    SOLUTION
    Please provide access to the Docuware webhook audit logs

    Ich kann über das DropDown Feld z.B. ein Nummernfeld aus einer Mehrspaltigen Auswahlliste für das Formular zur Verfügung stellen. Jedoch kann ich dieses Feld hinterher nur als Textfeld für die hinterlegte Ablagemaske auswählen. Das ist meines Erachtens nicht ganz durchdacht. Da das Nummernfeld noch nicht als verknüpftes Auswahlliste zur Verfügung steht, kann ich das an dieser Stelle nicht nutzen.
    Wenn ich mit diesem Feld hinterher nämlich im WF-Designer ein Nummernfeld des Archivs indexieren möchte, habe ich hier keine Möglichkeit über den arithmetischen Ausdruck oder über die Globalen Variablen ein Nummernfeld zu belegen.

    In meinem Beispiel habe ich eine Mitarbeitertabelle mit Namen (Textfeld) und PIN-Nummer (Nummernfeld) in einem Hilfsarchiv.
    Über das Formular möchte einen Workflow zum Abteilungswechsel anstoßen.
    Das Namensfeld, sowie die dazugehörige PIN-Nummer hole ich mir über das DropDown Feld, welches ich ja mit der Mehrspaltigen Auswahlliste belegen kann. Und hier stellt sich bereits bei indexierung der Ablagemaske das Problem, dass ich mein Indexfeld PIN (Nummernfeld) gar nicht mit dem Feldinhalt "PIN-Nummer" aus dem Formular belegen kann.

17. Einstellungen zum Scannen administrativ festsetzen / Dokument größe beschränken

    Ich würde gerne die Einstellungen beim Scannen als Administrator festsetzen um unsinnige Einstellungen (1200dpi , True Color) zu verbieten.
    Außerdem sollte die Upload Größe in der Cloud einfach eingeschränkt werden können.

18. export workflow

    Currently only the Organization Admin is able to Export Workflows. When we have a team working with different file cabinets and different stages of development, it would be helpful to be able to assign the user to be able to export workflows and share their work.

    Problem: Currently DocuWare does not support shared mailboxes and emails sent with such an address lose their email body.

    Solution: DocuWare supports shared mailboxes.

20. Connect2Mail: Darstellung VON

    Bis Version 7.6 wurde der Absender mit Name UND Mailadresse ausgegeben. Ab 7.7 wird hinter VON: nur der Absendername ausgegeben. Unsere Mitarbeiter hätten gern die "alte" Darstellung wieder!
