1. Provide RSS feeds for DocuWare Cloud service status and incidents

   We would like to request the implementation of RSS (or equivalent webhook-based) feeds for DocuWare Cloud service status and incident updates.
   Currently, DocuWare Cloud service availability and incident information is published only via the web-based Status Portal. While this page is useful for manual checks, it is difficult to integrate into automated monitoring, alerting, and internal communication workflows used by many customers.
   Providing an RSS feed (or webhook / API-based status updates) would allow customers to automatically monitor service status changes and react more quickly to incidents.

2. Bei der Ablage den den gewählten Dialognamen sehen

   Die Anwender finden es immer wieder gut, wenn man bei einer Dokumentenablage den ausgewählten Ablagedialog lesen kann, nicht nur das Archiv. Gerade in komplexeren Strukturen sehr hilfreich.

3. DocXporter redesign and GUI interface.

   DocXporter is horrid. Its a needed function, but needs redesign and stability. Errors in logs are useless. System stops in middle of downloading. My network is full fiber. Its not my network. Very very slow on output. You MUST design a front end GUI interface. Non programmers can t figure any of this out without paying EXTRA fees from tech support to set up. even the sample you provided me was just some other customers file. Was even more confusing because it had fields, functions that wont pertain to my needs. So you dont now if it needed to stay or not.

4. Automatische Ablage von E-Rechnungen bei mehreren Anhängen

   eider funktioniert die automatische Ablage von E-Rechnungen derzeit nur, wenn sich ausschließlich eine einzelne Datei als Anhang in der E-Mail befindet.

   In der Praxis ist dies jedoch kaum realistisch:
   Zu nahezu jeder Rechnung erhalten wir zusätzlich Frachtpapiere, Lieferscheine und weitere Dokumente, die gebündelt in einer E-Mail versendet werden. Andernfalls wäre der Überblick kaum zu gewährleisten.

   Hinzu kommt, dass aktuell viele Absender sowohl die E-Rechnung als auch ein zusätzliches PDF-Dokument in derselben E-Mail mitsenden, da noch nicht alle Empfänger E-Rechnungen vollständig verarbeiten können.

   Unter diesen Umständen ist die automatische Ablagefunktion für E-Rechnungen leider nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar und verliert einen großen Teil ihres Mehrwerts.

   Es wäre daher sehr wünschenswert, wenn DocuWare zukünftig auch E-Rechnungen zuverlässig erkennen und ablegen könnte, selbst wenn weitere Anhänge in der E-Mail enthalten sind.

   Dies würde die Funktion deutlich praxisnäher machen und die Arbeitsabläufe erheblich erleichtern.

5. Restriction on FTP via Central Gateway Settings

   With the Central Gateway Settings in Docuware.
   We can declare IP address which can access to the platform.
   It works for Docuware webapplication, but not for FTP. Even if i declare authorize IP.
   Anyone can still access to the FTP.
   Is it possible to add this functionnality to FTP ?

6. Custom Actions in Web Client (Toolbar & Context Menu Integration)

   Introduce the ability to define and execute custom actions directly from the DocuWare Web Client UI, both in the toolbar (right panel) and in the document context menu (right-click).

   Today, integrating external systems or custom logic (e.g. AI processing, OCR correction, data enrichment, or external workflows, whatever ) requires indirect approaches such as workflows, external links, or background automation. These solutions are powerful but not always intuitive for end users and lack a seamless user experience.

   The proposed feature would allow administrators to configure custom actions that:

   Appear as buttons in the toolbar and/or as items in the right-click context menu
   Can call external APIs (REST endpoints)
   Automatically pass document metadata (e.g. DocID, CabinetID, index fields)
   Optionally receive a response and update document index fields
   Support permission control and role-based visibility
   Provide user feedback (success, error, processing state)

   Example use cases:

   “Analyze with AI” → sends document to an AI service and writes back extracted data
   “Send to external system” → integrates with ERP/CRM or document validation services
   “Fix OCR” → triggers a custom OCR correction service
   “Export / Sync” → pushes document to external repositories

   This feature would significantly improve extensibility, reduce reliance on complex workflows for simple actions, and enable a more modern, interactive user experience aligned with current integration needs.

   This would align DocuWare with modern platforms that allow UI extensibility and would unlock many integration scenarios without requiring workaround implementations.

8. Add the posibilty to fill keyword fields (German Stichwortfeld) via forms

   When indexing documents via forms, I can only populate a keyword field (not sure about the correct English term for the German "Stichwortfeld") with content from a single text field. Please provide the option to combine content from multiple text fields into one keyword field, or—ideally—allow keyword fields directly in the form.

9. Allow select list filtering against system fields

   It would be useful to have the ability within Forms, to use multi-column select list filtering against system fields so users cannot see or select data other than their own previously stored data.
   For instance, filter the dataset based on the original store user against the 'logged in user' initiating the form thereby eliminating #2 user from displaying the data previously stored by user #1.

12. Zugriff auf das System-Indexfeld die DWDocSize zu ermögliche bei Auslöser-Konfiguration.

    Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn Zugriff auf das System-Indexfeld für die Dokumentgröße (DWDocSize) ermöglicht würde. So könnte man das Auslösen eines Workflows verhindern wenn versehentlich ein Datensatz abgelegt wird - was immer wieder mal vorkommt. Auch wäre es in allen Workflow-Szenarien sinnvolle, in dem die Dokument per E-Mail im Anhang weiter geleitet werden sollen, die Größe des E-Mail Anhangs aber vom Mail-Client limitiert ist. Hier könnte schon beim Ablegen verhindert werden zu große Dokumente in den Workflow zu bringen.

14. Welcher Weg wird beim Workflow genutzt und welcher weniger?

    Es sollte eine Möglichkeit geben zu erfahren welchen Weg die Dokumente beim Workflow nehmen! Damit meine ich man baut Wege beim Workflow die evtl. kaum genutzt werden? Wenn man nun plastisch sehen könnte das 95% der Belege DIESEN oder eben DIESEN weg nutzen, könnte man feststellen, welcher Weg im Workflow unnütz ist, und man könnten eben diesen Weg weiter verbessern

    I understand that DocuWare round the number of files when searching in a cabinet.
    I think it would be a good idea, when a person imports files into DocuWare.
    It has a static table that has a static number to display. Instead of searching all files/imports every time you run a search.

    This figure, would incrementally increase or decrease based on adding or deleting files/imports.

16. OpenID Connect - EntraID - Authorization Code Flow implementieren

    Es wäre schön, wenn Docuware den empfohlenen "Authorization Code Flow" bei der Anbindung an ein EntraID unterstützen würde, und nicht auf dem alten "implicit flow" (ID-Token-Flow) bestehen würde.
    Wenn dieser auf Grund von zentralen Vorgaben nicht genutzt werden kann ist aktuell eine Anbindung von Docuware an EntraID unmöglich.

18. Zusatzinfo bei Benutzer: Datum der letzten Anmeldung anzeigen

    Bei der Übersicht der Benutzer soll das Datum angezeigt werden, wann der Benutzer sich zuletzt angemeldet hat. Idealerweise kann nach dem Feld gefiltert oder sortiert werden.

    In unserem Unternehmen gibt es KollegInnen und Kollegen, die ihren Docuware-Zugang nicht (mehr) nutzen (zB Abteilungswechsel, ... ). Mit der Info beim Benutzer, wann sich die Person zuletzt angemeldet hat, hat man ein schnelles Indiz ob der User auch tatsächlich gebraucht wird.

    Das wäre insbesondere für Docuware Cloud hilfreich, wo diese Info nicht einfach in der SQL-Datenbank dahinter abgefragt werden kann.

19. Zwischenspeicherung von Eingaben bei Workflow-Aufgaben

    Wenn ein Benutzer eine Workflow-Aufgabe bearbeitet, sollten die bereits ausgefüllten Felder automatisch zwischengespeichert werden. So kann der Benutzer die Aufgabe später fortsetzen und abschließen.

    Andere DMS- & ECM-Anbieter haben solch eine Funktion bereits.
