Enable multiselect or checkbox on search dialog dropdown menu
It would be usefull to have the option to select multiple values form a select list in search dialog.
Example:
- company has 10 Business Entities
- using only one search dialog we could enable management to search through specific group of entities (eg. 1, 2, 6, 8)Idea is to not have 10 different search dialogs locked on each BE.
Same could be applied to document type field, to filter just one or two, or 5 different types.
We already have 20+ store dialogs which limit store permissions for specific people based on entity and doc. type.

Neue Benutzer(Liste) aus CSV/XML in Cloud importieren
Für die Cloud benötigen wir eine einfache Möglichkeit eine Liste von neuen Benutzern (CSV/XML Format) einzuspielen.
Denkbar wäre auch ein Formular das man dem Kunden/Admin vorab zukommen lassen könnte, damit er selber die Benutzerliste einspielt.
Nicht jeder Admin kann oder möchte die "Docuware User Synchronization" in seiner Umgebung laufen lassen. Bzw. möchte in der AD neue OU's anlegen etc.

Clean Wipe Tool
Be great to have a clean wipe tool to help with upgrade/reinstallation problems due to corrupted installs on client machines. This can often be very time consuming when problems arise and be great to have a tool to fully do a clean uninstall of the Desktop Apps (remove all file locations and registry items).

Ergebnisliste mehr als 100 Treffer pro Seite
Hallo
Ich kontrolliere häufiger in unseren Großarchiven.
Jedes Mal stosse ich auf die Begrenzung von hundert Treffer pro Seite. Finde ich äußerst unpraktisch.
Ist es angedacht, die Ergebnisliste zu vergrössern?
Z. B. auf 1000 Treffer oder mehr pro Seite.4 votes -

Allow for the ability to select the result dialog for each docuware workflow.
It would be nice to be able to select a specific result dialog for each workflow instead of always being forced to use the default workflow. This becomes challenging when the workflow are from completely different processes.

Run the DocuWare ADSync.exe on 2 different domains from the same server
In 7.5 on-premise system; we have a multidomain environment (1 forest) and would like to setup the DocuWare.ADSync.exe to run against 6 domains. We cannot setup a new system/server per domain to perform a user sync as suggested in article KBA-36454. We noticed that the user sync config is contained in "C:\ProgramData\DocuWare\ADSync\ADSyncConfiguration.xml". Is there any way to create multiple config files and have DocuWare.ADSync.exe run them independently? Ultimately, the customer was able to run the user sync on 2 different domains from the same server, only difference is that the config file was created with a user account from each…

Mehrere Felder gleichzeitig durchzusuchen
Wir Erfassen Eingangsrechnungen mit Docuware. Einige werden direkt auf eines Kostenstelle gebucht, andere über eine Tabelle in Splitbuchungen aufgeteilt.
Wenn man den Gesamtaufwand für eine Kostenstelle haben möchte, muss man immer zwei Dokumenten Suchen parallel starten.
Das Ziel ist, sämtliche Belege die einer Kostenstelle direkt oder per Splitbuchung zugeordnet sind, in einem Suchergebnis dazustellen.1 vote -
Standard-Schriftart auf Arial ändern oder Möglichkeit schaffen, die Standardschriftart vorzukonfigurieren
Bei Formularen mit der Verwendung der Formularvorlage wird beim Erstellen der Textfelder standardmäßig die Schriftart "Courier New" verwendet. Diese Schriftart ist jedoch insbesondere für den Adobe Reader ziemlich ungeeignet, auch für nachträgliche Veränderungen des Dokumentes aus dem Archiv heraus.
Man sollte die Schriftart, die standardmäßig voreingestellt ist auf Arial ändern oder aber eine Möglichkeit schaffen, die voreingestellt Standardschrift auf eine andere Schriftart wechseln zu können.3 votes -
Formulare: Ausfüllbare Felder in PDF Formularen für Mapping/Zuordnung nutzen
Die Übermittlung von Formulardaten in eine (oder mehrere) Formulare ist ein tolles Werkzeug. Leider müssen jedoch selbst in bereits vorhandenen ausfüllbaren PDF Formularen alle Felder, die befüllt werden sollen, nochmals mit dem Editor erstellt werden. Dies ist ein enormer manueller Aufwand bei mehreren oder größeren Formularen.
Es wäre daher wünschenswert, wenn DocuWare bei Verwendung von PDF Formularen, die bereits ausfüllbaren Felder erkennt und diese für die Zuordnung der Web-Formularfelder verwendet werden können.3 votes -
Keine Mails an Controller bei einem Fehler im Workflow
Bisher bekommen User, die als Controller in einem Workflow eingetragen sind, eine Benachrichtigung vom System, wenn ein Fehler im Workflow vorliegt.
Für uns wäre es besser, wenn die Möglichkeit besteht, dass man wählen kann, ob der Controller diese Mail bekommen soll oder nicht. I.d.R. ist es ausreichend, wenn nur der Admin die Benachrichtigung.5 votes -
Aus einer Request Konfiguration eine Suchmaske wieder aufrufen
Ich kann aus einer Ergebnisliste eine Request Konfiguration machen, ich kann auch aus der Request Konfiguration das Suchergebnis wieder öffnen, dieses enthält aber nicht meine Suchkriterien. Da ich Request Archive mit relativ aufwändigen Suchen mache, wäre es ganz schön, wenn ich die Suche einfach wieder modifizieren könnte, muss aber immer wieder den Suchdialog erneut zusammenbauen, wenn ich wieder ein neues / ähnliches Request machen möchte. Da wäre es toll, wenn ich aus der Ergebnisliste wieder eine befüllte Suchmaske machen könnte.

Add possibility to put "Fixed, Index,.." as parameter of a Webservice (not only global variables)
When we are in the WorkFlow we can call a webservice. Currently, we could only put 'global variable' as parameter of the webservice. It will be very helpfull to be able to put other type like 'Fixed value', arithmetics, indexes,... (like when we are in assignation box for exemple). Somes webservices needs a lot of parameters, most of time it's just a fix parameters like name, ect. When you have many and many parameters to put, it's long to have to declare each parameter as global variable for just put a fixed value, just in order to put it on…

Allow autoindex jobs to automatically refresh lists
Currently autoindex does not auto update the lists and requires you to refresh the browser entirely to see the documents that were added to lists. This should be changed to allow AIX to update the lists so users can immediately see the documents that they need to see

file name in document Tray
When downloading, Docuware shall alert if the same file name is downloaded/imported. This will avoid the duplication of files or will make separating files easier.

fulltext version 7.6 does not work searching on several indices with a space, without using "OR"
add the possibility of searching several indexes in all fields, e.g. 1234 1235 1236 without the need to enter "OR", e.g. 1234 OR 1235 OR 1236

Special characters in fields of a task in Workflow Manager
Sometimes you want write a field name with parenthesis or comma for example, and Docuware doesn't allow it. Another issue is if you want write the field with the same name in other decision, WFM doesn't allow it, then the name must have a final blank space to repeat the name.

Allow fields set to retrieve value from database user field to be effected without changing other fields using database values Currently for example, if you have a field set to lastaccessuser and another set to lastmodified user, opening a document will change all of these fields regardless of if the document was modified or not
Because there is a field is set to retrieve its value from LastAccessUser, and because it is a user field modification gets traced for DWMODUSER, DWMODDATETIME, DWFIELDSTAG and DWDOCUMENTTAG. These fields should be able to be changed independently
