Document Viewer:Image Manipulation: Image threshold - For Dark Scans
Have the ability to retouch documents scan that is to dark with using a threshold slider, and convert Full Colour/Grayscale scanned PDFs to B&W to reduce size for emailing.

workflow notifications in history
DocuWare Workflow History on a document shows emails on a reassign of a task but it does NOT show any email activity when a task has notification enabled to send an email to the assigned user of a task. History absolutely needs to include an entry when a task notification email is sent as one of the automated activities.

autofill single value
Docuware 7.6 preview..
I simply can't understand why you haven't made the autofill single value function in the store dialogs.. because this is the main input source to get documents inside Docuware.. (Currently in 7.6 is only on forms). Please make this feature available in 7.6 final release.. i have many customers who are waiting for this feature where they are using filtered lists..2 votes -
Documents in Stopped Workflows
The ability to be able to automatically update an index field of a document went the document has gone through a workflow, errors out, and you manually stop the workflow. We have a customer that scans so many invoices that if there is an error in one of the workflows, we could get 25 failed tasks before the error is updated. And then, they have to manually stop all of those workflows and resubmit the invoice, creating duplicate entries. But if when the workflow was stopped, an index field could be updated, we could use a deletion policy to delete…

Nachdem die Buchhaltung eine Rechnung kontiert hat, sollten die Angaben der Kontierung in einem Stempel auf dem Dokument erscheinen. Am besten als Tabelle (Buchhalterische Kontierstempel).

Daten-Export Sortierung
Es wäre hilfreich, wenn man im Daten-Export Modul die Sortierreihenfolge der Daten angeben kann, damit diese nach dem Export bereits sortiert sind.
Beispiel:
Es sollen die Spalten Datum, Mitarbeiter und Grund exportiert werden. Im Daten-Export Modul kann man an einer Stelle konfigurieren, dass zuerst absteigend nach Datum und dann aufsteigend nach Mitarbeiter sortiert wird.3 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Der Dateiname der der Originaldatei in DocuWare geändert werden kann
Es sollte möglich sein, den Dateinamen der Originaldatei welche in DocuWare abgelegt ist zu ändern.
Werden z. B. Musterdokumente in DocuWare verwaltet, dann können diese Dokumente kopiert und über Bearbeiten auch geändert werden. Allerdings kann der Dateiname nicht geändert werden. Wird das Dokument dann per E-Mail aus DocuWare versendet dann steht im Dateinamen noch der alte Wert z. B. "Musterschreiben"

Es sollte die Möglichkeit geben, Cloud-Systeme zurückzusetzen auf den Ursprungszustand. Oft muss man Trial Systeme konfigurieren oder man testet etwas. man muss für jeden Test eine neue Cloud anlegen, was viel Zeit kostet und aufwendig ist.

Use attached files in form to fill out form fields
When attaching a structured file to a form, it would be great if we could use the data from the file to fill out fields of the form in order to speed up the indexing process. This could work the same as the import features from a folder where you need to include identification rules, anchors and the specific part of the document where the data needs to be extracted.

Configurar a nivel de WF que los formularios de fusión puedan ser bloqueados para evitar su modificación
Contar con la posibilidad que los formularios de fusión puedan ser bloqueados por medio de WF, para evitar su modificación, esto ayudara mucho para el envio automatico de información a clientes, sin la posibilidad de que puedan modificar el PDF enviado, y a la misma vez que algún usuario modifique el documento dentro del repositorio.

Indexwert in einer Spalte in einer Tabelle einfügen
Hintergrund ist, wir haben eine Spalte "Zielort", dieser ist kann leider nicht zuverlässig übertragen werden. Deswegen müssen wir den Ort in jeder Zeile per Hand eintragen. Besser wäre es, wenn man den Ort in die ganze Spalte einfügen kann, bzw. mehrere Zeilen einer Spalte markieren könnte und dann einfügen könnte.

Löschen von Spalten in Tabellen
Die Funktion, Tabelle übertragen finde ich sehr gut, leider überträgt dieser nicht immer in die richtige Spalte. Im Nachgang wäre es schön, wenn man die ganze Spalte löschen kann.

Smart Search optional ohne Wildcardsuche
Im Moment werden Wildcards automatisch der Suche über Smart Connect mitgegeben. Hier wäre es wünschenswert diese Option auch ausschalten zu können.

Move document trays configuration to User Management
Add a tab for Document Trays in User management so it is consolidated in one place. This would make managing document tray permissions much easier.

Add a Print activity in Workflow Manager so that printing the document or pages of it could be done automatically as a workflow task.

Es gibt die Anforderung bei der Dokumentenablage ein Indexfeld mit einer Mehrfach-Auswahl anbieten zu können (z.B. wenn ein Dokument mehreren Geschäftsbereichen im Unternehmen oder mehreren Fachbereichen zuzuordnen ist).
Bislang kennen wir nur die Möglichkeit eine Auswahlliste für ein Indexfeld zu konfigurieren, bei der jedoch immer nur eine Auswahl getroffen werden kann.3 votes -

Herunderladen von Dokumenten: Nicht in Unterverzeichnisse speichern (Auswahlmöglichkeit)
Beim Herunterladen von Dokumenten werden in den ZIP Dateien je Dokument ein Unterverzeichnis angelegt. Es wäre super, wenn alle Dateien in ein Verzeichnis angelegt werden, um diese weiterzuverarbeiten.
Wenn die Dateien z.B. an einen Steuerberater übertragen werden sollen müssen diese aus den Unterverzeichnissen herauskopiert werden, um weiterverarbeitet zu werden.10 votes -
Edit web form during multiple steps of a workflow before submitting to a merge form
For example on an Employee Injury Report form it would be nice for the employee to fill the top half of the form and then submit it to step 2 where a manager finishes filling out the form by utilizing the form itself and not a task dialog (no signature box is available in a task dialog). Then the form is submitted to a merge form which formats all the data into a pdf.
Currently you cant sign a form in multiple steps like this without using a stamp. This makes the workflow look very rudimentary.
