Ability to Prevent the Deletion of Table Rows
The ability to prevent the deletion of table rows. For example, in a task with a pre-filled table, I don't want the user to whom the task is assigned to be able to delete any of the pre-filled rows. Or, if a user 'edits index entries' but the table is 'Read Only' the user can not edit the rows in the table but they can still delete them.

Suche durch Scan eines QR-Codes
Durch Scan eines QR-Codes mit einem Smart-Phone soll die Suche in einem Archiv ausgelöst werden können.
Ergänzung: Ein Zifferncode aus dem QR-Code soll IN EINE URL eingebettet werden, um damit die Suche auszulösen.

The ability to index from a table on a form
Indexing from item fields in a table used on a form to be able to use the fields in a Workflow.
We have Purchase Order forms with the new table field type but want to be able to build a workflow based on the items captured in the table. Specifically the Total Sum Amount from one of the table fields. Depending on the Total Amount different workflow decisions need to be made.

Global Workflow JSON object variable type
Make it possible to create a JSON object in the workflow, which can be modified (add, modify, delete node) by JSONPath. This can be used to build a JSON string for a webservice request, or be used after a webservice request to copy the response in such a JSON object.

Include Behaviour option for table field in forms
We find the table field very useful in version 7.9 it would be nice if we have behaviour options for table field in forms. Like based on the previous field the table field appears.

Hinzufügen weiterer Output Formate in Forms in der Cloud
Aktuel besteht in der Cloud nur die Möglichkeit zwischen A4 (Portrait) und Legal als Outputformat zu wählen. Besonders jetzt wo es das Tabellenfeld in Forms gibt macht es Sinn, wenigstens A4 Landscape noch hinzuzufügen. Bestenfalls die Option zu bieten Eigene Formate neu Anzulegen / Hochzuladen ....

Ich schlage vor, dass es ein Freitextfeld im Bereich "Aufgaben" gibt.
Guten Tag,
wir arbeiten mit der Funktion "Anfrage Senden", um Dokumente freigeben zu lassen.
Das heißt ich prüfe das Dokument und schicke dann eine Anfrage an meine Chefs, damit sie das Dokument freigeben.
Oft müssen wir auch in anderen Abteilungen anfragen, welchen Hintergrund ein Dokument hat, bevor wir es weiter bearbeiten können.
In all diesen Fällen bleibt das Dokument bei uns im Ordner "Aufgaben" als zu bearbeiten stehen, und ich sehe nirgends, dass oder was dazu bisher passiert ist.
Ich hätte gerne ein Freitextfeld in der Liste rechts im Bildschirm, wo ich Notizen eintragen kann. So etwas wie "am 5.11.2023…

Bausteine aus Workflows in andere Workflows kopieren
Leider kann ich bei ähnlichen Workflows keine Bausteine - seien es Aufgaben, Entscheidungen oder Datenzuweisungen - von einem Workflow in einen anderen kopieren und einfügen, sondern nur innerhalb eines Workflows. Das würde sehr viel Zeit beim Aufbauen von Workflows sparen.

Feldverhalten zum Tabellenfeld fehlt!
So wie es scheint gibt es nun ein Tabellenfeld in Forms, jedoch kann man das Tabellenfeld nicht mit dem Wert "Verhalten" im Formular verknüpfen. Das ist sehr ungünstig, da ich ggf. das Tabellenfeld nur einblenden möchte, wenn ein bestimmtes Feld ein gewisses Verhalten zurück gibt. Das muss dringend noch angepasst werden!
Zudem wäre es klasse, wenn man anders herum das Verhalten bestimmter Felder mit den Eintragungen aus der Tabelle verknüpfen könnte. Dazu müsste das Tabellenfeld mit den Spalten im "Verhalten" zur Auswahl stehen, wie jedes andere Feld auch.
Und was auch noch fehlt, ist das Tabellenfeld zur Auswahl in der…5 votes -
RV - Personalstammdaten - Kontrollmechanismen
Bei der vorkonfigurierte Lösung gibt es ein Archiv für Personalstammdaten in dem Rechte für Erstprüfer, Vorgesetzte und Besteller eingetragen werden.
Allerdings wird man nicht auf Fehler hingewiesen, bis es zu einem Workflow Fehler kommt, wenn der spezifische Fall eintritt.Beispiel:
- Wenn ich einem Besteller einen Vorgesetzten zuweisen und dieser Vorgesetzter nicht angelegt wird, werde ich nicht darauf hingewiesen. Oder wenn es doch angelegt wurde, ob dieser auch mehr Limit besitzt.Vor allem bei einem CSV-Import kann man die Regeln der Ablage-Dialoge nicht nutzen, welche zumindest Rechtschreibfehler verhindern würde.

workflow versionning
As an integrator, I waste time managing the different version of DocuWare with Workflow. I would like it to be possible to have a workflow and for it to automatically adapt to the version of the client's desktop apps. Normally with application of this type, a version 1.1 must be able to manage a version 1.0, on DocuWare this basic standard is not on and this wastes a lot of time...

Automatischer Versand von mehreren Dokumenten
Aktuell kann man im Workflow automatisch das Dokument, welches den Workflow durchläuft, per Mail versenden. Es wäre hilfreich, anhand bestimmter Kriterien definierte, weitere Dokumente an diese Mail mit anzuhängen und gemeinsam zu versenden.

Künstliche Intelligenz in Workflows
Es wäre sinnvoll, dass KI als Evolutionsstufe des Intelligent Indexings in Workflows nutzen zu können, um so wiederholte Eingaben bei ähnlichen Dokumenten zu assistieren und daraus zu lernen. Dies sollte auch den Zugriff auf Datenbanken beinhalten um so zum Beispiel Stammdaten zu vervollständigen oder Buchungssätze vorzuschlagen. Diese Funktion soltle sowohl im Hintergrund als auch bei der Benutzerinteraktion im Workflow eine Roll spielen

Ich fände es echt gut, wenn es Einstellung gäbe, sodass nur die letzte Stempel angezeigt wird.

feste Wochentage für Benachrichtigungen
In den Benachrichtigungen, lassen sich solche nur anhand einer Indexänderung oder eben für neue Dokumente auslösen. Ich schlage vor, dass man dort auch feste Benachrichtigungen hinterlegen lassen, die an einen Wochentag gekoppelt sind. Somit würde eine Benachrichtigung per E-Mail an die jeweiligen Abonnenten immer am selben Tag versandt, z.B. eine Erinnerung an eine Liste etc.

Have a box to permenant delete right from delete & transfer configurations
When using Transfer to send documents to another cabinet and deleting from the original, all the delete ones go to the recycle bin. This can look like a massive number of documents are deleted and make it hard to find the other user deleted documents. There should be a choice in the transfer and delete configurations where, if checked, it will not send them to the recycle bin.

FedRamp is a significant requirement for many Fed and now many State customers in the US. DocuWare will need this to compete in the cloud with these markets, which are very large.

Prevent Forms from Crashing- "This Configuration Locked..."
It is frustrating when creating a complex form if you forget to save every couple of entries, then are unable to save your progress.

Forms: Tabellenfelder errechenbar
mit 7.9 sind Tabellen in Forms integriert wurden. Leider sind innerhalb der Tabelle kein rechnen möglich.
Bsp. eine Bestellung wird abgeschickt:
2 Stühle für kosten 12,99 und der Kunde muss als Kosten Gesamt auch in die letzte Spalte 25,98€ eintragen und dies nicht automatisch eingetragen wird.Dies würde für Bestellungen/Abrechnungen und vielen anderen Dingen deutlich helfen
