Overview panel anchored to view all document pages
Anchor Overview panel: The idea is that the anchor view will appear when clicking on the document, maximized, so the user can view all the pages of the document.

Require entries in table field on forms
I would like the ability to require at least one row be completed in a table field on the form.
I would also like the ability to require certain columns in the table field to be required for each row of the table.4 votes -
Empty() in Date Field
It should be possible to search for empty date fields (Search Dialogue). Currently, this function is only possible as a list.

Es sollte möglich sein nach leeren Datumsfelder zu suchen (Suchdialog). Aktuell ist diese Funktion nur als Liste möglich.

Externe können Web-Formular nur ausfüllen, wenn sie eine personenbezogene ID eingeben
Hallo DocuWare Team
folgendes Szenario wäre klasse, wenn dies via Web-Formular umgesetzt werden könnte:
Externe Personen, die keinen Zugriff auf DocuWare haben, sollen an einer Umfrage teilnehmen. Im Web-Formular dürfen allerdings nur Personen teilnehmen, die in einem vorgesehenen Textfeld eine individuelle Zeichkette eintippen (Per Brief wird der personenbezogende Code (ID) vorher an die Teilnehmer gesendet).
Nun wäre es klasse, wenn der Wert vor dem Absenden des Formulars auf Gültigkeit geprüft wird (also ob es den eingetragenen Wert in einer Datenbank gibt).

Keep the document viewer overview thumbnail images maximized at all times when a document is being displayed
Currently the document overview is minimised by default when a document is open in the viewer. Please provide the option to keep this maximised by default.

Have the ability to edit/manipulate PDF documents from the store dialog area of the web client.
This would allow users to split documents, delete pages, reorder pages etc in the store dialog area.

Provide a way to store table values from eforms and/or workflow on to merge forms
Enable a method to store table data from eforms or from within a table field in workflow onto merge forms. Does not seem like its currently possible even in workflow according to communication I had with support. Sounds like keyword fields could be used but duplicate values are not supported and tracking the colums/relationships might be difficult.

Add possibility to configure request body for web services/validators
In the Web Services configuration module there is no possibility to configure request body.
Said possibility is already present in the Webhooks configuration module and in Workflow Designer for web service blocks - they overwrite the default request body; they could overwrite the custom one as well (or have it as an option) and it should not be a problem (since validator would be used on store and info/edit dialogs).
If added, this would enable developers to send less data to a webservice (e.g. we need only 2 out of 150 fields from a store dialog to validate), allowing us…

Customize table column by double-clicking
As a user, I would like to be able to adjust table columns to the width of the entries by double-clicking. This would allow me to quickly adjust the width of the table columns and not have to manually drag the columns smaller or larger. (Function like Excel).

Tabellenspalte per Doppelklick anpassen
Ich als Anwender wünsche mir, dass ich Tabellenspalten per Doppelklick an die Breite der Einträge anpassen kann. Dadurch kann ich schnell die Tabellenspalten in der Breite anpassen und muss nicht manuell die Spalten kleiner oder größer ziehen. (Funktion wie in Excel).

DocuWare für Microsoft Outlook Add-in für OnPremise
Das neue Modul für die Webbasierte Outlook Version benötigen wir auch für OnPremise. Bei uns haben sich bereits 5 Kunden mit Interesse an diesem Modul gemeldet und ein Supportfall, weil bereits versucht wurde ein OnPremise DocuWare mit der neuen Outlook Version zu verbinden.
Connect to Outlook ist bei vielen unserer Kunden im Einsatz, diese können C2O, nach aktuellem Stand, Ende kommendes Jahres nicht mehr benutzen.4 votes -
Mail Versand über SMTP trotz aktivierter M365 Security Defaults
Hallo DocuWare-Team und Community
In letzter Zeit sehen wir uns immer öfter damit konfrontiert, dass über SMTP Mail-Dienst verschickte Emails, sei es für irgendwelche System Benachrichtigungen oder aus dem Workflow heraus, am M365 Exchange aufgrund aktivierter Security Defaults hängen bleiben.
Zumal sich dieses Microsoft Feature offenbar nur global ein- oder ausschalten lässt, ist die Security Defaults einfach zu deaktivieren (und stattdessen aufwändige Conditional Access Konfigurationen einzubringen) für die wenigstens Kunden ein Thema.
Entsprechend würde wir seitens DocuWare gerne entweder eine alternative Möglichkeit für den SMTP Versand (Oauth2??) erhalten oder dann den bestehenden Mail-Dienst dahingehend zu optimieren, dass dieser auch mit…

Einträge aus Tabellenfelder beim Export aus Ergebnisliste berücksichtigen
Ich als Anwender würde mir wünschen, dass beim Export der Ergebnisliste als CSV-Datei auch die Werte aus den Tabellenfeldern mit exportiert werden. Somit wären alle Daten abrufbar, da die Tabellenfelder immer mehr an Funktion gewinnen. Aktuell wird nur die Anzahl der Reihen beim Export ausgegeben.
So könnten auch detaillierte Rechnungen mit Splitbuchung berücksichtig werden.

Enable saving a flattened version of a document to in turn mail out of the system or within the email workflow tool, enable flattening a copy of the document for customer facing.

We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.

das Highlighting für die ausgewählten Tabs analog zum oberen Menü gestalten
Wenn man unter der Suche, Briefkörben, Aufgaben usw. also dem Menü oben sich mehrere Tabs aufmacht, beklagen unsere Nutzer, dass die Sichtbarkeit, welcher Tab gerade ausgewählt ist durch die Graustufen schlecht wahrnehmbar.
Besser wäre aus unserer Sicht den ausgewählten Tab ebenso blau zu highlighten wie das ausgewählte obere Menü, also Briefkörbe, Suche usw. um die Sichtbarkeit zu erhöhen in welchem Tab man sich befindet.4 votes -
Signature Web Service - DocuSign - Ability to send multiple documents for an enveloppe to multiple signees
The signature web service allow to send a document to multiple signee or to send multiple sections to one signee. There is no way to send multiple sections of a document to multiple signees or even better, to send multiple documents (differents DocIds) to multiple signees. DocuSign can do that, why the DocuWare signature web service does not allow this ?

When sending an email to a GV that matches the username of an inactive user, do not throw a general error task.
DocuWare R&D claims that this works as intended, but it makes no sense to work like this for inactive users.
Just looking to get this logic re-evaluated.

mehrere verschiedene Absenderadressen im Workflow einrichten nicht möglich
Aktuell gibt es nur die Möglichkeit, eine bzw. zwei unterschiedliche E-Mail Konfigurationen zu verwenden für DocuWare Benachrichtigungen und DocuWare Workflow Benachrichtigungen.
Zwei verschiedene Konfigurationen scheinen uns sehr wenig, wodurch unser Funktionsumfang beeinträchtigt ist.
Besser wäre es, mehrere Versender-E-Mail Adressen zu konfigurieren, welche im Workflow ausgewählt werden können. Hier muss zwangsläufig und vorerst mit einer noreply Adresse gearbeitet werden.5 votes -
Forms: Definierten Text scrollbar gestalten
Ein sehr langen Text in Forms einzubinden, funktioniert einfach nicht.
Die Idee wäre eine bestimmte Größe zu definieren und einen langen (z.B. Datenschutztext des Unternehms) anzugeben, welcher Scrollbar ist.
Andersfalls erstreckt sich der Text über die gesamte Seite und macht das Formular unbrauchbar3 votes
