Allow unstapling of multiple documents in web basket
In 6.5 web basket, would be nice to be able to unstaple multiple documents. Current naming convention is "Unstapled Document (X)" where (X) is page #. Could be redone as something like "Unstapled Document 'original name here' (X)"

Manuelle Sortierung per Drag&Drop im Webbasket beibehalten.
Dokumente (scan, email, import) werden im Briefkorb abgelegt. Dort werden diese vom Bearbeiter vorindexiert und manuell in einer Reihenfolge zum klammern vorbereitet. Diese Reihenfolge-Anordnung wird durch Drag & Drop bestimmt. Ab 6.5 ist das offensichtlich nicht mehr möglich.

Zur Eingrenzung der Barcodes auf einer Eingangsrechnung sollten Reguläre Ausdrücke möglich sein. d.h.: Barcode beginnt immer mit xx..... und ist immer x Stellen lang u.s.w.

Der DocuWare Printer sollte auch in schwarz/weiss drucken können, da die Dokumente in Farbe zu groß für den E-Mail Versand werden

Bitte die %USERNAME% Option fuer das automatische generieren von Baskets wieder ermoeglichen.
Momentan muessen alle Briefkoerbe manuell angelegt werden. Bitte bringt uns die urspruengliche %USERNAME% Funktion wieder in das System. Danke!

Please bring back the %USERNAME% option for automatic generation of baskets.
Generating baskets for more than an handful of users used to be very easy using the %USERNAME% option. Please bring this option back into DocuWare to stop us from having to manually generate baskets for every user.

Remember the last used annotation after moving to next/previous document
In the web client when you choose an annotation such as the "Write text on overlay" it does not remember the last used annotation function after changing pages. The windows client would remember the last function and not require the user to continually click the same function over and over again. This becomes very frustrating when working on a large batch of files. Please see the attached file for a detailed walk through of the problem.

Ability to disable printing without annotations
We want to limit our users to only print documents as PDF with annotations.
or Send only as PDF with annotations.
When we originally set up docuware we were printing our payable checks into docuware then sending the images to a check printer.
We never dreamed the image would be so clear that the same check can be reprinted to the check printer multiple times from docuware with possible "Fraud" issues.
We added a non-negotiable image to the checks (after the discovery)
which corrects the issue going forward.

STAMP FIELD COLORS
I believe that it would e very beneficial to provide the ability to set color options for specific fields within a stamp for the foreground color. And allowing there to be a criteria based on IF, AND, ONLY statements.
I believe this would be very useful in a very redundant accounting enviroment to ensure that something new on a stamp catches the eye of an individual without opportunity to be missed.

Nutzung des Explorer Clients (WEC) in publizierten Applikationen (Citrix)
Große Kunden nutzen neben dem Published Desktop unter Citrix auch publizierte Applikationen. Diese haben jeweils Zugriff auf einen Teil der Windows Explorer Funktionalitäten (öffnen, speichern unter usf.). Wenn man im publizierten Windows Explorer nun den Zugriff auf das Archiv über den DocuWare Windows Explorer Client nutzen will, kommt man bisher nicht weiter.

Pinnen von Aufgaben/Ergebnislisten 6.5
Ich arbeite mit gepinnten Trefferlisten, um an ihnen später weiterzuarbeiten, durch das pinnen kann ich leicht weitere Suchen ausführen, ohne die andere aus den Augen zu verlieren. Mit einem Blick kann ich erfassen an welcher Liste sich was verändert hat, auch kann ich durch Farben der Liste klarer unterscheiden, welche Liste für was vorgesehen ist.

Servervariante des DWPrinters
Es sollte eine Möglichkeit geben den DocuWare Printer zentral am Server laufen zu lassen (ohne offene Session), so wie das auch beim TIFFMAKER möglich war.
Dann könnte man per Serverdienst Drucke erzeugen lassen, die über DocuWare Control automatisiert im Archiv abgelegt werden.96 votes -
Stamp Restriction
Enabling Stamp restrictions not just to file cabinet but also to certain Tasklist would allow for a work flow to stay conistant withou breaking out of the workflow process by Stamping something "Entered" for example before it should be. Such as being stamped entered before the document has been approved or verified.

In the Task List Designer
Docuware would implement much effientcy by adding basic mathmatical excel funtion in the tasklist Designer,Since a good amount of users are also using this in there accounting process to approve invoices, this would provide a valuable feature and purpose. Please see my example attached.

Es wäre hilfreich wenn die WebClient Option "Anzeige verbessern" zentral für alle User ausgewählt werden könnte.
Wir haben mit dieser Option durchweg positive Erfahrungen gemacht und würde diese gerne standarmäßig aktivieren.

WebBasket Administration skalierbarer machen
Momentan ist es bei großen System sehr schwierig einzurichten, für jeden User einen eigenen WebBasket bereitzustellen. Jeder User bekommt eine eigene WebBasket Konfiguration, eine Änderung von zB dem Speichervolumen nachträglich auf alle Userbaskets wird sehr umständlich. Außerdem bekommen neu angelegte User nicht automatisch ihre Baskets, diese müssen nachträglich manuell angelegt werden.
In DW5 konnte man dies umgehen, indem man allen Usern einen Basket auf dem Usershare zugewiesen hat, somit hatte jeder Benutzer seinen eigenen Arbeitsbereich.Vorschlag: eine Option in der WebBasket Administration anbieten, die jedem User in diesem Basket nur Zugriff auf die selbst abgelegten Dokumente bietet (Wie Indexfilter auf…

UTC Time Stamp VS. Actual Time Zone
We have a client that handles claim records and they just noticed that the time stamps are all recorded as UTC. While we understand that UTC is universally suitable, there are times where actual time stamps are required. It would be beneficial if there was a built-in time zone offset in the administration console to record time stamps based on a specific time zone or utilize the server time.
3 votesUTC is universally suitable, For users it is always translated into their specific time zone settings. This way the timestamp is always valid.

Die Werkzeuge für Anmerkungen im DocuWare WebClient an Dokumenten sollten (ähnlich wie in Paint) nach der Auswahl als Mauszeiger-Symbol angezeigt werden.
Da dies nicht geschieht, hat man den Einduck die Auswahl des Werkzeugs hätte gar nicht funktioniert.4 votes
