2. Task Overview

   In new DW, clicking on a task brings up an AI overview. This is, frankly, useless. I don't need an overview. I need to see the document itself. The AI overview should be an opt in feature or removed altogether.

3. Organization

   Our organization uses a tray that is visible to several users. In new DW, other users are unable to see documents sitting in the shared tray. The only person who can see them is the person who put them there. This is a critical problem.

6. Zusätzlicher Arbeitsbereich Button in der neuen DocuWare

   Der Button, mit welchem man einen zusätzlichen Arbeitsbereich geöffnet hat, ist in der neuen Benutzeroberfläche nicht mehr vorhanden.
   Dementsprechend wird das Anheften vom Briefkorb, an bereits abgelegte Dokumente, erschwert.

7. Assign variable role/list of roles to list of users

   Ability to assign workflow global variable "role/list of roles" to global variable "list of users" in order to resolve role users.
   It would simplify workflow design for us.

11. Systemprozesse ohne Lizenzverbrauch laufen lassen - oder eine "Admin-Lizenz" fürs System definieren und mehrfach zulassen

    Wir sind nur ein kleines Team von knapp 20 Personen - dennoch passiert es "ständig" in Workflows, dass die Admin-Lizenz nicht verfügbar ist, da sie gerade in Verwendung ist.

    Klassiker - ich habe die Admin-Oberfläche offen um etwas zu konfigurieren, aber auch zwei gleichzeitig angestoßene Workflows mit Web-Service-Aktivitäten oder m.E. auch andere systemseitige Prozesse "verbrauchen"die Admin-Lizenz, sodass sich die Docuware ständig selbst im Weg steht - ohne dass es dafür eigentlich einen Grund hätte.

    Ich weiß ja nicht, wie das große Umgebungen machen, mit dutzenden Lizenzen für Workflows? Das erscheint mir recht teuer.

    Ich habe nun teilweise loops in die Workflows eingebaut, die bis zu 10 mal nacheinander mit einer jeweiligen Wartezeit von 1 Minute versuchen den Webservice zu erreichen und meistens klappts dann irgendwann. Das kanns doch aber nicht sein. Rückmeldung der bzw. des Webservice: "there ist no free licence for user meinadminbenutzer".

    Meines Erachtens sollten die systemeigenen Prozesse wie z.B. Workflows keine Lizenz (ver)brauchen oder die Adminlizenz darf einmal die "Benutzeroberfläche" aber beliebig oft die Administrationsoberfläche geöffnet haben und beliebig oft für interne Systemprozesse verwendet werden. Mir ist klar, dass der Admin bei "zigfacher Benutzbarkeit" selbstverständlich ein verlockendes Angebot wäre, die Anzahl der Benuter "aufzubohren", aber irgend eine Lösung muss m.E. her, es kann doch nicht sein, dass sich Workflows ständig gegenseitig blockieren oder ich als Admin, der gerade etwas konfigurieren muss, die Workflows lahmlege und die Benutzer warten müssen, bis ich fertig bin oder, was ich natürlich versuche, nur außerhalb der normalen Arbeitszeiten die Admin-Oberfläche zu nutzen. Ich bin kurz davor, meinen eigenen Benutzer zum "voll-Admin" aufzubohren um wenigstens das machen zu können, aber das widerstrebt mir eigentlich, da ich "normal" grundsätzlich Admin und eigenen Arbeitsbenutzer trenne.

12. Allow users to reassign workflow tasks

    When users are using the mobile app, for workflow approvals it would be great if the user could reassign the task, like they can within the web client.
    So not having to add reassign decisions within all the workflow tasks, just use the reassign button

13. The administrator account should be separate from the user accounts.

    It's quite complicated to explain to a client that they need to pay for an administrator account so we can connect to their cloud services and resolve issues or develop new features. Each cloud service should have an associated admin account that isn't paid for directly by the client.

14. Expose user-placed stamp coordinates to Workflow / Platform API

    When a user manually places a stamp on a document, the position of that stamp can be semantically important.
    A typical example is supplier invoice processing: a user places a stamp next to a specific invoice line to associate an internal article code with that exact line.
    Currently, if a hidden stamp is used to collect a value and a workflow subsequently creates the final visible stamp through the DocuWare Platform API, the original position selected by the user cannot be retrieved or preserved.
    The workflow/API can only use predefined coordinates or automatic placement. This breaks the visual relationship between the stamp and the document content selected by the user.

    Requested enhancement
    Please expose the original manually selected stamp position to Workflow Designer / Platform API, including at least:
    - page number
    - X coordinate
    - Y coordinate
    This would allow a workflow to replace or recreate a stamp while preserving exactly the position selected by the user.
    Alternatively, provide a native mechanism allowing a workflow-generated stamp to inherit the coordinates of the triggering/user-placed stamp.

    Use case
    The user selects an article from a multi-column list such as:
    CCPC0061 - PCI Pecitape WS - Nastro impermeabile
    The resulting visible stamp should contain only:
    CCPC0061
    while remaining exactly beside the invoice line where the user originally placed it.
    This would also make the currently suggested workaround using a hidden stamp + workflow + Platform API practically usable.

15. Permissions within user management should urgently be made more granular.

    Currently, everyday administrative tasks cannot be sufficiently separated from security-critical permissions. It should be possible to grant a user specific rights to activate or deactivate other users, assign or remove licenses, and manage absences for other users without simultaneously giving them the ability to assign or modify roles, groups, or other permissions.

    The assignment of roles and groups in particular is security-critical and should therefore be clearly separated from operational user management.

    For us as a service provider, the current situation has a significant practical impact. We cannot delegate these everyday administrative tasks to our customers without granting them considerably more extensive permissions at the same time. As a result, we have to handle tasks such as license management and activating or deactivating users on behalf of our customers.

    A granular separation of individual permissions within user management would significantly reduce administrative effort while also improving security.

    Currently, everyday administrative tasks cannot be sufficiently separated from security-critical permissions. 16. Granulare Berechtigungen für die Benutzerverwaltung

    Die Berechtigungen innerhalb der Benutzerverwaltung sollten dringend granularer vergeben werden können.

    Aktuell lassen sich alltägliche administrative Aufgaben nicht ausreichend von sicherheitskritischen Berechtigungen trennen. Es sollte möglich sein, einem Benutzer gezielt das Recht zu geben, andere Benutzer zu aktivieren oder zu deaktivieren, Lizenzen zuzuweisen bzw. zu entziehen und Abwesenheiten für andere Benutzer zu pflegen, ohne ihm gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit zu geben, Rollen, Gruppen oder andere Berechtigungen zuzuweisen oder zu verändern.

    Gerade die Zuweisung von Rollen und Gruppen ist sicherheitskritisch und sollte daher klar von der operativen Benutzerverwaltung getrennt werden können.

    Für uns als betreuenden Dienstleister hat die aktuelle Situation erhebliche praktische Auswirkungen. Wir können unseren Kunden diese alltäglichen Aufgaben nicht übertragen, ohne gleichzeitig deutlich weitergehende Rechte einzuräumen. Dadurch müssen wir beispielsweise die Lizenzverwaltung sowie das Aktivieren und Deaktivieren von Benutzern für unsere Kunden übernehmen.

17. Error message - More open user sessions

    If a user has multiple sessions open, an ‘OOPS’ page is displayed, as shown in the attached image. This is fine, but the error message should be clearer for users, as it stands, many of them do not know where the problem lies.

18. Anzahl der Workflow-Aufgaben optional beim App-Icon hinzufügen

    Es währe hilfreich, wenn die Anzahl der aktuell zugewiesenen Workflow-Aufgaben bei dem App-Icon von DocuWare angezeigt wird wie bspw. bei Whatsapp die Nachrichten oder bei Gmail die Mails.

    Ich halte es für sehr wichtig, dass Entscheidungen innerhalb eines Workflows im Workflow Designer kopiert werden können.

    Gerade bei Workflows mit mehreren Entscheidungen möchte ich den Usern häufig dieselben Status und Felder zur Auswahl anbieten und lediglich kleinere Anpassungen an den einzelnen Entscheidungen vornehmen. Aktuell müssen dafür sämtliche Felder bei jeder neuen Entscheidung erneut angelegt, zugewiesen und validiert werden.

    Eine Kopierfunktion würde die Konfiguration solcher Workflows erheblich vereinfachen und deutlich beschleunigen. Bestehende Entscheidungen könnten als Vorlage verwendet und anschließend nur noch um die jeweils erforderlichen Anpassungen ergänzt werden.

    Aus meiner Sicht würde diese Funktion insbesondere bei komplexeren Workflows einen erheblichen Mehrwert bieten und den Aufwand bei der Einrichtung und Pflege deutlich reduzieren.

20. Validierungsbericht der E-Rechnungsvalidierung durch Connect to Mail als PDF verfügbar machen und an E-Rechnung heften oder klammern

    Bei der Validierung einer E-Rechnung durch Connect to Mail wird der Validierungsbericht aktuell nur über eine URL in DocuWare bereitgestellt.
    Um den Rechnungssteller über einen Fehler oder eine Warnung in der E-Rechnung zu informieren, sollte die Möglichkeit geschaffen werden den Validierungsbericht mit Hilfe des Workflow Designers an den Rechnungssteller zu versenden. Durch die Information wird der Rechnungsteller in die Lage versetzt Fehler in der E-Rechnung zu beseitigen, damit zukünftige E-Rechnungen nicht mehr abgelehnt werden müssen und sich der Rechnungsprüfungsprozess dadurch nicht ständig verzögert.
    
    In der Workflow Designer Aktion "E-Mail" sollte für Anhänge eine weitere Option geschaffen werden: "Originaldokument mit Validierungsbericht"
