Terminate a task with a stamp
The ability to terminate a task with a stamp. For example, in a company's AP workflow, maybe an invoice gets posted in their accounting software before it finishes the AP workflow and approval process in DocuWare. Permitted users would then be able to stamp that invoice in their task queue as something like "Posted" and it automatically takes the invoice out of the workflow and terminates the task.

Bearbeitbare PDFs nach Freigabe unveränderlich machen
Wir nutzen bearbeitbare PDFS innerhalb eines Workflows zur Genehmigung von Anträgen unseres Dienstleisters. Das genehmigte PDF wird nach Freigabe versendet, bleibt aber veränderbar. Es muss die Möglichkeit eingerichtet werden, dass bearbeitbare PDFs nach Freigabe / im Mailversand nicht mehr verändert werden können.

Metadaten von PDFs anpassen
Aktuell ist es nicht möglich die Metadaten eines in DocuWare erzeugten PDF's zu beschreiben (DocuWare generated PDF). Für die Weiterbearbeitung wäre sinnvoll die Metadaten eines PDF's ebenfalls in DocuWare zu befüllen (Titel, Betreff, Autor, usw.)

E-Mail per DRAG&DROP müssen in der Vorschau mit Anhängen angezeigt werden
Beim Archivieren von Emails aus dem outlook per Drag&Drop (also ohne Connect to outlook) werden zwar die Anhänge mit archiviert. Sie werden aber in der Dokumentenvorschau nicht angezeigt und somit erst sichtbar, wenn man das Dokument zum Bearbeiten öffnet.

When creating a index value profile, you should be able to rule out documents with certain entries in a keyword database field without using SQL Statements

Al recibir documentos con certificados digitales incrustados, se debería de poder extraer los metadatos para poder realizar validaciones posteriores
Esto lo solicitan clientes por temas de la Ley CreceWhen receiving documents with embedded digital certificates, it should be possible to extract the metadata for subsequent validation.

Paper Scan on android : a standalone version which does not require to install docuware mobile app
It would be more simple to use paper as a standalone applicaition scan without installing the docuware app to connect to a cloud and send the scanned files.

Monitoring Möglichkeit anhand Export in Funktionsfähige Excel Datei (KPI)
Export in eine Excel Datei die mit Daten aktualisiert wird (Export eines Suchergebnisses) ohne die Einträge hinten anzufügen oder die Datei zu überschreiben/neu anzulegen.
Somit wäre es möglich die Excel Datei zum Monitoring zu nutzen.
Bsp:
- Rechnungen: Überblick wieviel eine Firma am Tag eingenommen hat und ausgegeben hat.

"senden an" unter Windows mit Rechtsklick
Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn ein Dokument per Rechtsklick im Explorer an den eigenen Briefkorb gesendet werden könnte. Wie es z.B. schon mit senden an E-Mail Empfänger möglich ist.

Create a link on the login redirection page to take you back to the login prompt
When a users gets signed out its common for them to want to use the browsers back arrow to get back in. This causes a funny thing with the session cookie that causes the users to get hung on the "redirecting to application page". It would be great if we had a link on that page that a stuck user could use to reload the application properly.

PDF maschinell auslesbar
Wenn man eine PDF-Vorlage über ein Webformular ausfüllt wäre es schön dieses Dokument auch "maschinell" auslesbar zu machen. Dies ist derzeit leider nur indirekt möglich wenn man bei den PDF-Eigenschaften Ja(ausfüllbares Dokument) auswählt [VD.png]. Dann enthält die exportierte Datei in einem base64 dekodiertem Namen ds2.png die Information ds3+ds4.png. Will man aber verhindern das dieses PDF weiterhin änderbar ist (Option Nein), so kann man das ausgefüllte Datum nicht mehr automatisch auslesen(ds5+ds6.png). Hier wäre es schön wenn man das auch in diesem Zustand könnte (entweder wieder unter dem entsprechenden Namen abrufbar oder aber als Metadaten im PDF Dokument potentiell ähnlich wie https://www.ferd-net.de/startseite.html?acceptCookie=1…

Document Tray custom columns (with Intelligent indexing)
When intelligent indexing enabled for particular Document Tray, please let us select custom columns so we can use Filter / Sort.
If the intelligent indexing knows the value, it should appear in the custom column.
Example: invoice processing - intelligent indexing automatically indexes "Supplier name". I want to be able to see "Supplier name" column in Document Tray and be able to use filter / sort in this column.4 votes -
Function profile - FTP permissions
Please give us the possibility to adjust permissions for FTP module. Right now only "Organization administrator" can access the FTP module but I need particular users to be able to create FTP connections themselves.

Liste von Dateierweiterungen für die Darstellung im Viewer ausschließen
Wir haben ein Problem mit .STEP Dateien, diese werden von DocuWare immer in Text konvertiert, damit kann leider kein Benutzer etwas anfangen, da hier nur 3D Zeichnungen beschrieben wird.
Wenn z.B. .exe Dateien abgelegt werden, können diese in DocuWare logischerweise nicht angezeigt werden, hier erscheint dann eine Meldung "Dieses Dateiformat kann nicht angezeigt werden."
Hier hätte ich gerne die Funktion, weitere Dateierweiterungen hinzuzufügen, welche nicht angezeigt werden sollen.

Docuware Forms should be able to import Signature and creation of tables should be made available just like in MS Word.
Creating table in Docuware form just like MS Word and scanned signature can be imported as a signature.

stamp multiple pages at one shot
I would like to use a DW stamp as Flash signatures on contract documents and not sure if DW supports it. It will be like:
The contract has 10 pages, and I will use DW image stamp (my signature image) to chop on the first page, then the stamp will be applied to all the rest pages of the contract with one shot only.
I think we should develop this feature because it's useful. Thank you.

Um den WF schneller strukturieren zu können, wäre es für mich hilfreich, wenn ich mehrere der Blöcke gleichzeitig auswählen könnte, um sie zu verschieben.

Mehrere Dokumente zusammen umbenennen
Unsere BuHa möchte mehrere Dokumente auswählen (bereits möglich) und dann alle gemeinsam umbenennen. Also alle Markierten hätten dann den gleichen Namen.

Simplify the link when SSO is activated
When SSO is not acitvated, the link to access our environment is "easy" (i.e. https://xxxxx.docuware.cloud )
When SSO is activated, the link to access the environment directly becomes a bit complex :
( i.e https://xxxx.docuware.cloud/DocuWare/Platform/WebClient/SSO?orgId=xxxx )
It would be nice to have an alternate web address not requiring the orgid, exactly as when SSO is not active.
If we use the easy link https://xxxxx.docuware.cloud we get the following signon screen that we would like not to be shown to users ( see image attached
