Meta Daten ausdrucken
Unser Kunde wünscht sich Meta Daten ausdrucken zu können.
Idee wäre dann, dass man im Kontextmenü "Drucken" noch eine weitere Auswahl zu Verfügung hat: "Als PDF ohne Anmerkungen mit Metadaten".

Anzahl der Suche-Tabs einschränken
Es sollte die Anzahl der Suchen begrenzt werden.
Viele User klicken auf die Suche und erstellen eine Neue, ohne die alten Suchtabs zu verwenden.
Ich hatte eine Mitarbeiterin, die so viele Tabs geöffnet hatte, dass ihr Docuware nicht mehr aufging, weil alle Suchen natürlich geladen werden müssen.
War nur über die DB zu bereinigen.
Vorschlag, mehr als 50 oder 100 Tabs braucht kein Mensch.
Können auch weniger sein.2 votes -

Have the email address show up vs the clients name after the email is stored in docuware. Work around RIGHT CLICK edit is not up to par, if you can show the CLIENTS name , why cant it just display the Users full email address

Specify initial doc version on Store
Provide for a user to choose the initial version number value for the document when storing under Version Management.
When replacing another system, documents may come with existing version numbers and need to progress from that point easily when migrated to DocuWare.

Ein Autoindex sollte auch durch ein Archivereignis (neuer oder geänderter Datensatz) in einem anderen Archiv gestartet werden können.
Beispiel: neue Rechnung im Archiv Rechnungen soll Änderungen im Archiv Lieferschein machen. Ereignis ist neuer Datensatz in Rechnungen zu indizierendes Archiv ist Rechnungen2 votes -
Ability to change the color of the font and the outlined of the answer field.
The font answers are to light and hard to read. If would had the ability to change the color of the font it would be easier for end user to read the form.
Ability to change the color of the outline boxes to show up better again helping end users.2 votes -
Storage Statistics Page
We need to see current storage statistics data BY CABINET as image characteristics (File Count and size for each image) vary and therefore projecting storage consumption would be more accurate.

Standardeinstellungen eines neuen User im Webclient
Es sollte möglich sein die Standardeinstellungen des Webclient auf die Bedürfnisse des Unternehmens anzupassen.
Damit sind z .b. folgende Punkte gemeint:
- Stempel aktivieren
- Übersichte
- AnmerkungenAls alles was es im Bereich Viewer gibt, auch sollte es möglich sein das Tutorial zentral abzuschalten

Have a field select list show only accurate choices in store dialog when Intelligent Indexing is enabled.
If I expect to have correct entries displayed in a field’s select list, I cannot use Intelligent Indexing. If I want to use Intelligent Indexing, I cannot expect a field’s select list to display an accurate list.
Docuware support has said this is functioning as designed and working as intended. I would like to have the intended functionality changed so selection lists are accurate when using Intelligent Indexing.

Eskalationsmanagement dynamischer gestalten
mir fehlt (in 6.12) die Möglichkeit im Falle von Eskalationen z.B. anhand von Übersetzungstabellen oder Organigrammen den/die Chefs von demjenigen zu informieren, der die WF Aufgabe noch nicht erledigt hat. Zwar kann man mittels "WF-assigned" über eine SQL-Tabelle eine/mehrere Rolle(n) bzw. einen /mehrere Nutzer in EINE E-Mail-Adresse übersetzen, die dann für die Benachrichtigung im Eskalationsfall angeschrieben wird, nur funktioniert das eben nur für maximal 1 Benachrichtungsadresse. (Es macht in meinen Augen keinen Sinn hinter der einen E-Mail dann Verteilergruppen im Exchange zu bauen

Volltextsuche als Kriterium in einer Liste
Wenn ich eine Volltextsuche im WebClient starte dann kann ich die anschließende Ergebnisliste als Aufgabenliste speichern und hab somit eine Volltextsuche als Kriterium in einer Liste.
Bei den konfigurierten Listen in der WebKonfiguration ist es allerdings nicht möglich ein Volltext-Kriterium zu hinterlegen. Das wäre aber bei vielen Kunden von uns hilfreich.2 votes -
Allow customization to the tab that opens with the RELATED ITEMS feature
Love that we're able to right click in the list view and find related items. Sometimes I have multiple lists based on those related items and if we were able to name it something unique to the original item then it'd be easier to navigate my many open list views. If I right click a document to find related items and it searches by CUSTOMER NAME then the tab that opens could be that customer name instead of the name of the DOCUMENT RELATIONS JOB.

Multi Filtering
Now that we have filtering, next step is to be able to filter multiple fields and not only one. Excel filters work great... also great if the display field would adapt to the size of the content that is being filtered... and lastly, systemwide support for this feature.... every list table needs filtering!!

Improved Activation Rules
The rules for automatic activation of a workflow should allow the adminsitrator to be more specific. Now you can only have AND operators.
The rule configuration for permissions is perfect, and would love to see more systemwide adoption of it.
It allows you to be as simple or specific as needed.

Time intelligence
Ability to search relative dates! Yesterday, last week, last month, last year etc...

Allow adding in expenses without receipts; e.g. mileage or daily fees
Allow adding in an expense that doesn’t accompany a receipt. Submitting mileage for personal vehicles, or daily rates that are added.

It would be great if you can describe your use case to us, so we can better understand what you are trying to accomplish.

Nutzung der SQL-Abfragen auf Archivtabellen in allen Konfigurationen
Im Autoindex ist es aktuell möglich SQL-Abfragen auf die Archivtabellen auszuführen. Allerdings ist dies bspw. in den Auswahllisten und auch bei der Connect to Outlook Konfiguration nicht möglich.
Wenn man diese Funktion bereitstellt, dann sollte man diese auch in allen Konfigurationen (mit SQL-Abfragen) nutzen können.2 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Es sollte möglich sein, dass ein gerade abgelegtes Dokument sofort automatisch im Viewer geöffnet wird - z.B. um gleich einen bestimmten Stempel anzubringen
