2. angehängte Belege als erstes anzeigen

   Wir nutzen das Forms unter anderem, um mehrere Dokumente zu einem Vorgang abzulegen.
   Die erste Seite der von uns angehängten Anlage ist für uns wichtig, da hier die wichtigsten Informationen drauf stehen. Es wäre toll, wenn man auswählen könnte, dass das DW Formular auch nach hinten verlagert werden könnte und nicht als erste Seite abgelegt wird.

3. Number Group Limit

   Setting a number group limit would be nice to keep track of page numbers on a fixed form.

   For example, setting a number group to start at 1, having a limit of 5, would work like this:

4. improve iconography

   For a quick overview, would it be possible to improve the iconography of the results list? To know:
   - the icon "document with trombone" already exists.
   - The document format also exists.
   - Missing the indication of an annotated document.
   - Missing the indication of a stapled document.
   - Missing the version indication.

5. Schnelles öffnen und durchgehen von Dokumenten in der Ergebnisliste

   Es wäre sehr praktisch und benuzterfreundlich, wenn man die Dokumente in der Ergebnisliste effizient per Tastaturbefehle (zB Pfeil nach Oben/Unten) druchgehen kann. Aktuell ist ein Navigieren innerhalb der Ergebnisliste mit den Pfeiltasten und Öffnen von Dokumenten mit ENTER ist nicht möglich, da der Fokus ständig zum Viewer bzw zum neu geöffneten Dokument verloren geht.
   Es ist damit nicht möglch, effizient alle gefunden Dokumente in sehr rascher Zeit zurchzusehen.

6. Touch-Modus funktioniert nicht

   Der Touch-Modus wäre für die Betrachtung von großen Planunterlagen sehr hilfreich. Aufgrund eines programmtechnischen Fehlers funktioniert dieser nicht. Wenn man den Modus voreinstellt und DocuWare erneut startet, passiert nichts. Wird der Modus nach Aufruf eines Dokumentes und Anzeige im Viewer aktiviert, lädt DocuWare komplett neu. Folglich muss das Dokument wieder neu geladen werden, Touch-Modus trotzdem nicht in Funktion.

8. Using keyword field in windows explorer client

   Hi,

   We use Docuware to store a lot of data, and we use windows explorer client to access them. Each document as several Keyword field.

   We want to use this keyword field in the windows Explorer. My document being in several virtual directory.

9. Indexwerte beim Transfer verändern

   Es wäre nützlich, wenn man Indexfelder im Quellarchiv beim Transfer verändern kann. Beispielsweise ein Indexfeld "zu kopieren" welches als Filter den Wert "1" haben muss und nach dem Kopieren auf "0" gesetzt wird.

10. Allow Search Dialogs to be configured for select list only

    We currently have an implementation with an external multi-column select list and we have implemented this in several store and search dialogs and we have setup filtering on the columns of the select list in these dialogs. In Store dialogs we have " The user can only use entries from the select list to set the field" option to force users to perform data entry / indexing only using the filtered select list values. However this option does not exist on the search dialogs so even with the filtering in the dialog configuration a user is provided values in the drop downs that comply with the filter as configured. HOWEVER users can ignore the drop down and just free type any value they want and if there is a matching value in DocuWare the search returns a result. We strongly believe that data consistency for search is just as important for store and we believe that the same option " The user can only use entries from the select list to set the field" that exists in Store dialogs should also be made available in Search Dialogs.

    As it sits now I have to design an Index Value Profile using SQL statements to try and enforce data consistency in Search to match what we already have in the Store Dialog configuration.

14. Autoindex - Filterkriterien bei Archivereignissen wie bei Zeitsteuerung

    Die Zeitsteuerung des Autoindex lässt sich mittlerweise nicht mehr mit sekündlichen Intervallen einrichten. Somit muss man in vielen Fällen auf die Archivereignisse ausweichen. Die hierbei verfügbaren Filter sind allerdings bei weitem nicht so umfangreich wie bei der Zeitsteuerung. Es sollten dieselben Funktionalitäten (z. B. Regelgruppen, Where-Klausel) verfügbar sein, da man aktuell umständlich mehrere Autoindex-Jobs einrichten muss.

15. Shortcuts "strg+alt+i" = "altgr+i"

    der Shortcut "altgr+i" wäre sehr hilfreich, um die Maske "Indexeinträge ändern" aufzurufen. Früher funktionierte das schon mal, aber in meiner Version kann ich im Moment nur "strg+alt+i" nutzen. Dafür brauche ich aber beide Hände und verliere jedes Mal wertvolle Sekunden, wenn ich die Maus loslassen und dann wieder greifen muss.

17. Konfiguration der Feldnamen in den Dialogen

    Wenn ich aktuell Felder im Archiv anlege und möchte den Datenbanknamen anders haben wie den Feldnamen (bspw. für einen Archivumzug) dann muss ich den Feldnamen beim anlegen so wie den Datenbanknamen eintragen. Anschließend ändere ich die Feldnamen (Anzeigenamen) aber wieder ab damit diese in den Dialogen richtig dargestellt werden. Jetzt ist es aber so, dass die Datenbanknamen als "Feldname im Dialog" eingetragen werden und diese kann ich noch nicht mal rauslöschen, weil das Feld sich autom. mit dem Vorwert füllt wenn ich es leere. Wenn ich jetzt doch den Feldnamen als Dialogfeldname haben möchte muss ich ihn also per Hand in das Feld rein schreiben, da das Kopieren des Wertes im "Feldnamen" nicht möglich ist.
    Das ist so absolut nicht benutzerfreundlich und ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass die Einstellungen so irgendeinem Administrator was bringen.

20. Field list in Field behaviors should take the field name and not label

    Currently the field list when using field behaviors are using labels. This gets confusing when you have multiple addresses or occurrences of a particular field.

    If the field label was used instead, admins can make them unique.
