Anmerkungen können aktuell von allen User gelöscht werden, die ein Dokument bearbeiten können. In manchen Fällen wäre es hilfreich, wenn die Anmerkung nur von dem User geändert bzw. gelöscht werden kann, der Sie angebracht hat.

Automatically delete duplicate documents
As i have bills coming from different departments sometimes i find myself editing and uploading things I have already done and its a total waste of time.
If docuware verifies that a new uploaded document already exists in docuware (either in tray, archived or any other place) he could delete it automatically or even better ask for it.1 vote -

Wünsch ist bei Dokumenten wie im ZUGFeRD Format auch dokumentenbezogenen Indexierung zu ermöglichen.

Möglichkeit: "Senden und Ablegen" bei geteilter Ansicht in Outlook
Bei einer neuen Mail besteht die Möglichkeit, die Funktion "Senden und Ablegen" zu nutzen. Wenn ich aber direkt in Outlook, wo man die Aufteilung hat (Linke Navigation mit Ordnern | Mailbetreff | Inhalt) auf eine Mail klicke, um zu antworten, steht die Funktion nicht zur Verfügung. Erst wenn ich doppelt auf die Mail klicke, wodurch sich ein neues Fenster öffnet, ist die Funktion verfügbar. Warum geht es nicht direkt in der Aufteilung (Navigation | Betreff | Inhalt)?

Connect to Outlook Send and Store should be automatic when sending a reply.
We have been asked if the Connect to Outlook Send and Store would work the same as MailConnect. I.E. When the users click the send button the store to DocuWare dialog box prompt would appear automatically. The user's are forgetting they have to use the Send and Store option on the toolbar

Es sollten mehrere Indexfelder für die Suche unter Highlight Search vordefiniert werden.

Concurrent-Lizenz Monitoring
Da sich User die Concurrent-Lizenzen teilen müssen ist es notwendig den User bei Bedarf zu identifizieren, um ihm die Lizenz entziehen zu können. Hier bietet sich ein Concurrent-Lizenz Monitoring an. Darauf zu hoffen, dass der User die Lizenz stets wieder freigibt ist illusorisch.

Daten der Workflowtabellen per make.com abrufen
Zusätzlich zu den Zugriffen auf die archivierten Daten sollte es möglich sein, auch auf die separat in den Workflowtabellen (-datenbanken) gespeicherten Informationen zuzugreifen.
Das würde es mir erlauben, Workfflowstatus zu überwachen ohne Indexänderungen im Archiv durchführen zu müssen (z.B. Zuständigkeitswechsel).1 vote -

Ability to change the field order/visibility of the fields in the pop-up preview window of a table field in a Results List or List.
Ability to change the field order/visibility of the fields in the pop-up preview window of a table field in a Results List or List.
Currently, when you hover over a table field in a results list, it shows the first 4 columns of the table (in the order they were created).
Users would like the ability to choose which columns appear in this view and change the order.
This would be an incredible time saver so they don't need to open the info dialog or right click and edit index entries to see a preview of the table.

Send Request - use users first and last name
My client uses a numeric code to identify its users. This involves more than 1,000 employees able to work on DocuWare in the medium term. So the possibility of using the recipients' first and last names instead of their identifier is more than necessary for them.

Change standard permission profile names on Cloud
In some cases, the names of imported cabinet profiles use different terminology or are based on a different language than what the users would prefer. The ability to change these names could be useful to these users.

Provide a Connector for Dell Boomi
We would like to have a supported connector for Dell Boomi instead of having to create an RPA process and intermediary process to handle integrations via flat file imports and indexing jobs.

AD User für MSSQL Datenbank
Aktuell kann die MSSQL Datenbank nur mit einem Lokalen Benutzer verwendet werden. Es sollte auch möglich sein AD User zu verwenden.

Dann hätte ich die Möglichkeit der Darstellung in einer Ansicht.Beispiel
