XML-Metadaten im Viewer anzeigen
Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn man die jeweiligen XML-Metadaten (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Factur-X etc.) im Viewer einsehen könnte.
So müsste man das Dokument bzw. die Datei bei einen Supportfall nicht herunterladen.13 votes -

Unterschiedliche Absendemailadresse für Workflows
Aktuell ist es zwar möglich mehrere SMTP (Absendemailadressen) in DocuWare zu hinterlegen - allerdings greift dann immer nur eine Mailadresse für alles.
Somit ist es z.B. nicht möglich, direkt im Workflow unterschiedliche E-Mailadresse "von" zu hinterlegen (z.B. wenn Mails nach außen aus einem Workflow versendet werden sollen).
Es wäre wirklich super, wenn es möglich wäre, damit die Workflows auch übergreifend genutzt werden könnten.13 votes -
Pflichtfeld dynamisch, abhängig von anderen Feldeinträgen
Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn man in Ablagedialogen ein Pflichtfeld dynamisch definieren könnte.
Also bspw. bei einem Eintrag "Vertrag" im Feld Dokumententyp wird das Feld Vertragsnummer zum Pflichtfeld, bei dem Eintrag "Angebot" ist das Feld Vertragsnummer dann kein Pflichtfeld. Das ist im Umgang mit einer elektronischen Akte extrem nützlich, da bei ca. 50 verschiedenen Dokumententypen nicht sehr übersichtlich ist für jeden Dokumententypen einen eigenen Ablagedialog vorzuhalten. Auch die nachträgliche Überprüfung durch einen Workflow ist für den User umständlich.
Prima wäre eine Funktion ähnlich dem Feldverhalten bei DocuWare Forms (siehe Anhang)
Bei den Ergebnisdialogen müsste diese Möglichkeit dann idealerweise auch existieren.…

Dokumente in Briefkorb sperren, falls bereits von einem Benutzer in Bearbeitung. Alternativ ein Hinweis, dass ein anderer Benutzer bereits dieses Dokument im Ablagedialog bearbeitet. Optimalerweise schon aus dem Briefkorb ersichtlich.

Formulare direkt in der App öffnen und ausfüllen
Ist man in der App angemeldet, dann ist es nicht möglich Formulare zu öffnen oder zu erstellen. Lediglich der Weblink zum Formular kann am Smartphone geöffnet werden. Es wäre für das mobile Arbeiten besser und einfacher, wenn man die Formulare direkt in der DocuWare App erstellen könnte, als diese im Webclient zu erzeugen und per Mail an das Smartphone zu senden.

ReplyTo E-Mail Adresse in Workflow Aktivität E-Mail definieren
In der Aktivität "E-Mail" im Workflow Designer sollte es möglich sein, die ReplyTo E-Mail Adresse zu definieren.
Hintergrund: Das System schickt die Mails über eine fest definierte E-Mail Adresse, meist eine "no reply" raus. Wenn der Empfänger darauf dennoch antwortet, landet seine Mail im Nirvana.
Besser wäre es, wenn man die ReplyTo E-Mail Adresse in der Aktivität definieren könnte.13 votes -
Summe bilden
Es wäre super, wenn man beim suchen und auch in den Aufgaben Summen bilden könnte. So wie es im Excel auch funktioniert (siehe Anhang).

Add SMTP send configuration option to point to a specific workflow instead of all workflows
Currently you can create an SMTP configuration to be used as the sender for workflow email notifications. That config can be used for all workflow notifications. It would be nice if an SMTP config could be used for specific workflows but not all workflows.

Workflow Designer - Changelog-Feld
Es wäre für die Arbeit mit mehreren Personen oder beim Arbeiten über einen längeren Zeitraum an einem Workflow sehr praktisch, wenn man ein Feld für eigene Changelogs und / oder ein zusätzliches automatisches Protokoll (welches beispielsweise alle Aktionen wie Änderungen an Aufgaben, Hinzufügen von Variablen, Entfernen von Verbindungen mitschreibt) mit den Änderungen zur Dokumentationspflege im Designer besitzen würde.
Beispielsweise als Pop-Up nach dem Veröffentlichen eines Workflows oder in der Workflow-Versionsübersicht als Auswahlmöglichkeit per Rechtsklick-Menü.
Man könnte den jeweiligen Changelog in der Übersicht unten links unter dem Punkt "Veröffentlicht: ..." mit einem "Mehr Anzeigen" oder "Changelog öffnen" Link hinterlegen.

Add Conditional Merge Form Templates
It would be useful to only Merge onto specific templates based on a condition.
I have a client that has variations on some of their PDF templates used for Merge Forms (usually between 2 and 6 variations). For example, headers and footers may differ between departments, but the information being merged is generic.
Currently I give each Merge Form a unique fixed entry (i.e. department name) which gets matched against the department selected in a drop down list. When the forms enter a workflow, the documents where the selected entry does not match the fixed entry get marked for deletion.

Workflow Designer - Add Attachment as task completion option
Create an option for attachment of documents to existing workflow manager for completion of task and have the document staple to the current file. Ex; Attach a shipping document to a PO for verification.
Currently the option to clip documents to it and moving the workflow is an option, but am having it requested that an attachment HAS to be placed before proceeding.

Allow restrictions of access to the Cloud from some workstations and/or only work hours
A prospect would like to restrict Cloud access to their personnel to only be allowed from their internal network or specifically authorized outside workstations. Is this possible? They do not want to use VPN to connect externally to their internal network and then to the Cloud. Are specific hours of operation available? Any suggestions will be welcome.

Create forms with a organization template
like a fusion into "form of fusion" with "traditional forms". For example, I upload the PDF template file and add items on this template to capture information. In this way, the user of a web client looks at a friendly interface.

Verlinkung von Dokumenten anhand von Werten aus Stichwortfeldern (Sammelrechnungen).
Entstanden ist das Ganze aus dem Versuch, Sammelrechnungen mit den entsprechenden Lieferscheinen zu verlinken.
Die Lieferscheinnummern sind in der Sammelrechnung aufgeführt. Diese werden bei der Ablage in einem Stichwortfeld eingetragen.
Nun sollte für die Prüfung eine Verlinkung auf die Lieferscheine möglich sein, die zu dieser Rechnung gehören.
Schick wäre natürlich auch, wenn man das innerhalb eines Workflows nutzen könnte.
Leider kann DocuWare derzeit nicht normale Indexfelder mit Stichwortfeldern vergleichen. ("Contains"-Funktion) Vermutlich weil die Werte von Stichwortfeldern in einer separaten Tabelle stehen.
On Premise kann ich das über SQL lösen, in der Cloud wird es da schon schwieriger.Sicherlich wären auch…

Add Driveletter to the DocuWare Explorer Client
If a driveletter could be assigned the DocuWare explorer client, shortcuts could be created and it would be showed as a normal drive, it would be easier for the customers and you could use scripting to transfer files and so on. It would not differ from a normal drive.
