1. Ablagedialoge nur für Forms freischalten

   Für die korrekte Verarbeitung eines Formulars über den Workflow Manager werden oftmals bestimmte Werte aus dem Formular benötigt.
   Ich will aber vermeiden, dass der Benutzer diesen Ablagedialoge verwendet, um Dokumente im Archiv abzulegen.

   Es wäre nun sinnvoll, dass man Ablagedialoge nur für ein Formular aktivieren kann und der Dialog nicht im WebClient angezeigt wird.

2. See the progress of fulltext index for all file cabinets

   You can access full text status in the admin tool. Give the ability to see a list of cabinet status in one view with a % of file cabinet that has been indexed.

3. Failed Import Jobs to Document Tray - Nonsense!

   In DocuWare 6.8 when I use the IMPORT component of Desktop Apps to run an 1000+ file import from a specified source directory, I don't have to worry if the entire job fails because they go to a subdirectory within my source directory named "Failed" by default. Therefore, it is easy to rerun that job. However, in DocuWare 6.9, failed job files by default go to a document tray. The absolute worst place to manage 1000s of files. WHY! Please either make it so you can select a document tray as a source for the import job, or bring back the "Failed" subdirectory. Manually downloading these files in batches of 100 (since you cannot download the whole tray at once, another limitation), where each batch of 100 is a zip file and each file within it is in its own individual folder (causing more issues), then moving, unzipping, renaming copies, then moving them back to the source folder for the import, is a ridiculous, unacceptable solution. This is not a feature request, the is a correction request or a fix request!

4. RegEx in Workflow-Bedingung

   Ein Kunde hat die Anforderung, die Betreff-Spalte auf ein Muster zu prüfen, z.B. Ticketnummer. Mit den normalen Operatoren in einer Bedingung ist es allerdings nicht möglich, Text auf ein bestimmtes Muster zu prüfen, z.B.: "AW: AW: TT2455-36 Fehler"
   Mit einem Regulären Ausdruck wäre das kein Problem: "TT\d{4}-\d{2}"

5. Be able to assign Stamps to only be availalbe for particular Task Lists.

   Sometimes it can get quite confusing when a user has like 10 stamps assigned for a particular file cabinet. It would be nice to be able to assign certain stamps to only be available within a particular task list or index field value. This would eliminate issues where users are applying the wrong stamps at various stages of the Task List workflow .

   For example, if a document is in the "Pending Approval" Task list, only show the Approved and Rejected stamp, rather than all 10 stamps assigned for this workflow.

6. Update the Docuware Mobile app to support Ipad resolutions

   The DW Mobile App is only downloadable on the iOS App Store if you select Iphone only, and if you download it on the Ipad it ends up running on a much lower resolution, not even taking up the whole screen.

   Updating the app for Ipads would be helpful

7. File Cabinet Creation - Allow the order of fields to be carried over to all dialogs

   The most annoying part about setting up a file cabinet is sorting the fields in each of the dialogs. It would be nice if I could check a box that would take the sorting of the store dialog and transfer it to the Storage, Results List, and Info Dialog. This would knock off at least 10-20 minutes from every cabinet build.

8. Bestimmte Felder, welche keine konstanste Werte enthalten, aus "Indexierung vervollständigen" ausschließen

   Seitens der Kunden kommt immer häufiger die Anfrage bestimmte Felder aus der "Indexierung vervollständigen" Option auszuschließen. Denn wenn man viele Dokumente manuell Indexiert und ablegt, möchte man, dass die Autovervollständigung die Felder, die variable Werte (z.B Datum, Status etc) enthalten, nicht befüllt.

9. Workflow Manager: Dokumente per E-Mail versenden mit Dokumentnamen

   Beim Versand von z.B. Rechnungen über den Workflow-Manager sollte es möglich sein, den Inhalt des Archivfeldes mit der Option "Dokumentname" als Benennung z.B: des Emailanhangs nehmen zu können.

10. Allow word wrap in Stamp Text Fields

    Allow word wrap in stamps. We need to add quite long comments in stamps as part of our workflow, but there is no word wrap functionality for longer comments.

11. Alphabetical list of search dialogs in WebClient

    When I go to Settings > searches, to enable which search dialogs I want to be visible. I see a list of 40+ dialogs, but they are not alphabetical so I cannot easily find the one I want!!

12. Ausschwärzungen ermöglichen

    Ich schlage vor, dass man eine spezielle "ausschwärzungs-Ebene" einführt, die dann mit zusätzlichen Rechten verbunden ist:
    "Schwärzungen setzen", "Schwärzungen ausblenden" - Die Ebene muss so funktionieren, dass diese nicht herausgenommen werden kann, wenn man das Recht dazu nicht hat - genausowenig darf es dann möglich sein mittels Export/Drucken/Herunterladen an das ungeschwärzte Dokument zu gelangen.

    Der Volltext Status eines Archives sollte genau angezeigt werden. Dazu gehört auch eine Überprüfung der Einträge im SOLR und der entsprechende Abgleich mit den Tabellen in der DWDATA

14. Printing database information from webclient

    The administration allow to define a header to be printed with database information. But this only works with Windows Client. In 6.5 only webviewer is available and working with document from URL or Webservice or other cause to display them always in Web Client. It is urgent that this functionnality become available in web environment.

15. prefill data on web forms

    Use live data from Select lists to link to behaviours for Webforms to make the design dynamic based on DW stored data.

    An example is a workflow updates how many attendees are coming to an event and if it reaches its maximum, a metafield is updated and linked to a web form behaviour eg. status is fully booked and that invokes a behaviour to display on the web form that the event is fully booked.

    In summary live data changed in the system can dynamically and automatically change the web form when the user opens the web form.

16. Speichern einer Tabelle innerhalb einer Aufgabe, ohne diese hierfür abschließen zu müssen

    bei größeren Rechungen müssen teilweise bis zu 100 Kontierungszeilen erstellt werden. Hierbei wäre es von Vorteil wenn man diese zwischendurch speichern könnte ohne hierfür die Aufgabe im Workflow abschließen zu müssen.

17. Outlook wird bei teilen per E-Mail gesperrt

    Wenn über die Funktion per E-Mail teilen ein oder mehrere Dokumente verschickt werden sollen, dann öffnet sich ein neues Mail Fenster (bei uns und den meisten Kunden Outlook). Leider blockiert dieses Fenster das komplette Outlook und es kann nichts anderes gemacht werden. Das sollte doch definitiv 2023 besser zu lösen sein?!

    Für einige unserer Kunden ist es ein kritisches Problem, da hier viele Dokumente verschickt werden müssen und der Umweg über Download und selber eine neue E-Mail erstellen einige Klicks mehr erforderlich macht als nötig.

18. Export der angelegten Benutzer

    Ich würde mir eine Möglichkeit wünschen die im System angelegten Benutzer als CSV Export aus DocuWare zu exportieren. Gerade bei Cloud Kunden mit vielen Usern ist es sehr aufwändig dem Kunden eine Übersicht zur Verfügung zu stellen.

19. Bearbeitbare PDFs nach Freigabe unveränderlich machen

    Wir nutzen bearbeitbare PDFS innerhalb eines Workflows zur Genehmigung von Anträgen unseres Dienstleisters. Das genehmigte PDF wird nach Freigabe versendet, bleibt aber veränderbar. Es muss die Möglichkeit eingerichtet werden, dass bearbeitbare PDFs nach Freigabe / im Mailversand nicht mehr verändert werden können.

    Problem: Currently DocuWare does not support shared mailboxes and emails sent with such an address lose their email body.

    Solution: DocuWare supports shared mailboxes.
