In Merge Form Designer include "Wrap Text" and "Vertical Alignment" to text fields
There is no option to wrap text or align text vertically in Merge Form Designer, it would be very useful to include this feature.

Webhook audit logs
PROBLEM
I have a webhook setup that should be triggered when a doc is created or updated in a file cabinet. The REST API that is receiving the requests from the Docuware webhook is missing some data. I can see the logs of the REST API it looks like some requests from the Docuware webhook didn't get delivered.
The webhook that I'm referring to is not the one inside the workflow.SOLUTION

Metadaten von PDFs anpassen
Aktuell ist es nicht möglich die Metadaten eines in DocuWare erzeugten PDF's zu beschreiben (DocuWare generated PDF). Für die Weiterbearbeitung wäre sinnvoll die Metadaten eines PDF's ebenfalls in DocuWare zu befüllen (Titel, Betreff, Autor, usw.)

Allow search inside workflow designer.
Allow search of keywords inside designer. It is very difficult to find where you may need to make changes to steps, dialogs or assignments in the workflow designer. This is especially true in large workflows. You should have the ability to search the entire workflow canvas for terms to easily isolate and change activities. Additionally, it would be useful to have a code view or code export to allow for better debugging and visibility into the workflow activity without having to use the GUI for all development.

Folder structure enhancements
Ability to assign a different result list for each subfolder.
for example if I have a File cabinet that has several document types, this would allow that to each document type I have associated its result list and index dialog box.
It would also be useful to have the ability to filter the results as is already possible for result lists

Die Ordnerüberwachung von Connect to Outlook sollte auch für freigegebenen Postfächer funktionieren.

Table fields - Webhooks/Loops/API requests
DocuWare enabled table fields a few years back but never included a better work with table fields. For example there is no way to export table fields to external database without creating a data record from internal DW database. There also is not any solution to send the table field data through API request in workflow or webhooks.
Generally it would be nice to have the same possibility with table fields as with regular type fields.

Allow clipping and copying from the WF_TASKLIST_LINK tasklist view
When opening DocuWare full webpage view, there is a possibility of clipping (or copying to a different location) files to the tasks. See first screenshot.
When opening DocuWare "truncated view" (the one which we can generate through
[WF_TASKLIST_LINK]in a workflow task cube's notifications tab or through DocuWare URL Creator) there is no such possibility. See second screenshot.This makes for some very awkward conversations with clients, since DocuWare's feature list changes because of the mode of accessing the task list.

Linked documents based on table field.
Using a table field to record the information of the delivery notes / orders / etc linked to the invoice, it would be useful to be able to configure the linked documents based on the table field.

Mehr Farben für Workflow-Entscheidung / Stempel - Gelb nicht verwendbar
Um gerade bei komplexen Workflows durch unterschiedliche Farbwahl für unterschiedliche Entscheidungen einen besseren Überblick behalten zu können, die entstandenen Stempel aber auch lesen zu können, gäbe es aus unserer Sicht mehrere hilfreiche Anpassungen:
1. Bei weiterer Verwendung der Farbe Gelb müsste der Farbton für den Stempel insofern angepasst werden, dass sich dieser von einem weißen Hintergrund lesbar abhebt. Im derzeitigen Ton ist die Farbe für uns nicht verwendbar.
2. Unabhängig von 1. wäre es gerade innerhalb des Workflow-Designers eine große Hilfe, wenn ein oder zwei weitere Farben zur Verfügung stünden.9 votes -
Mehrspaltige externe Auswahllisten mit mehreren Datenbankfeldern verknüpfen
Ich schlage vor, dass mehrspaltige externe Auswahllisten mit mehreren Datenbankfeldern so verknüpft werden können, dass bei der Belegung eines Feldes automatisch die anderen Felder mit den Werten aus derselben Zeile befüllt werden.
Konkret geht es bei uns darum, dass wir eine mehrspaltige externe Auswahlliste haben, in der es u.a. die Spalten „Kontoname“ und „Kontonummer“ gibt. Diese sind auch als Datenbankfelder in DocuWare angelegt. Wenn ich nun eine Kontonummer aus der Liste auswähle, soll automatisch der zugehörige Name in das andere Feld eingetragen werden.

Edit web form during multiple steps of a workflow before submitting to a merge form
For example on an Employee Injury Report form it would be nice for the employee to fill the top half of the form and then submit it to step 2 where a manager finishes filling out the form by utilizing the form itself and not a task dialog (no signature box is available in a task dialog). Then the form is submitted to a merge form which formats all the data into a pdf.
Currently you cant sign a form in multiple steps like this without using a stamp. This makes the workflow look very rudimentary.

Automatisches Erkennen des Formats einer X-Rechnung (CII oder UBL)
Da es unterschiedliche unterstütze X-Rechnungsformate (CII und UBL) gibt wäre es hilfreich, wenn DocuWare in einem überwachten Ordner das Format selbständig erkennen und die entsprechende Konfiguration automatisch wählen könnte. Im Moment ist so, das man zwei Ordner mit der jeweils richtigen Konfiguration benötigt und zusätzlich Regeln in Outlook, die die jeweiligen X-Rechnungen in den mit der richtigen Konfiguration überwachten Ordner weiterleitet.
Das ist praxisfern und umständlich.9 votes -
Verlässliche Client-Nutzung auch unter macOS
Es wäre wunderbar, wenn man zumindest den DocuWare Client unabhängig des Betriebssystems verlässlich nutzen könnte.
Zum Beispiel ist es auf einem Apple MacBook kaum möglich normal durch Listen, oder Aufgaben mit vielen Dialogfeldern zu scrollen wenn man keine Maus anstecken kann/möchte.9 votes -
Ändern der Viewer Einstellungen für alle User
Es wäre von Vorteil wenn wir für alle User eines DocuWare Systems die Einstellungen des Viewers abändern könnten sprich Funktionen ein- und ausblenden.
Zum Beispiel wenn wir mehrere Anmerkungsebenen für alle User einblenden müssten.9 votes -
Stempel entfernt werden können
Es passiert gelegentlich, dass Stempel verkehrt gesetzt werden, die dann nur ausgeblendet, bzw. "übermalt" werden können.

Datensatz aus der Mobile App erstellen
Man kann Dokumente aus einem Briefkorb in einem Archiv ablegen.
Die Möglichkeit, auch Datensätze in der DocuWare Mobile App abzulegen, fehlt.
