Suche nach Anmerkungen ermöglichen
Es wäre hilfreich, wenn man nach Anmerkungen suchen könnte, die auf einen Dokument drauf stehen. Dadurch kann die Suche nach zuletzt bearbeiten Dokumenten erleichtert werden.
Die Suche nach Anmerkungen könnte mit in die Volltextsuche integriert werden.

Add "Assume Blank = 0" Option to Form Field Calculations
The new form field calculation is great, but I immediately ran into a snag implementing it on a PO form. I wanted to include line item totals for each line based on Quantity and Unit price fields filled in earlier, and then a PO Total field that adds together all line item totals.
The line item totals worked great. But the PO total doesn't fill in until every single line is filled in. Most POs this customer store only fill in the first one or two lines, so I can't create a PO Total field that's visible on the form.…

Add a property to a storage dialog box to only store data and not documents
This will avoid the error of storage of an invoice in a list of suppliers for example whan the user wants to create a new supplier

Intelligent Indexing im Workflow
Fügt man Eingangsrechnungen automatisiert dem Archiv zu und beginnt sofort mit einem Workflow, so ist das Intelligent Indexing nicht möglich. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn das Intelligent Indexing auch in einem Workflowschritt genutzt werden daerf und aus den Benutzereingaben auch lernt.
Sollen Benutzer Dokumente nicht löschen dürfen, so ist der Schritt über den Briefkorb aus Gründen der Prozessicherheit auch gar nicht sinnvoll was die Sinnhaftigkeit des Intelligent Indexing im Workflowdialog noch einmal unterstreicht.

Simplify the link when SSO is activated
When SSO is not acitvated, the link to access our environment is "easy" (i.e. https://xxxxx.docuware.cloud )
When SSO is activated, the link to access the environment directly becomes a bit complex :
( i.e https://xxxx.docuware.cloud/DocuWare/Platform/WebClient/SSO?orgId=xxxx )
It would be nice to have an alternate web address not requiring the orgid, exactly as when SSO is not active.
If we use the easy link https://xxxxx.docuware.cloud we get the following signon screen that we would like not to be shown to users ( see image attached

Allow installation of DocuWare Desktop in offline mode

In the past, we had the possibility of installing the DocuWare Desktop in offline mode, i.e. by deploying centralized .msi files accessible by all of the client's employees in order to launch a set of commands allowing the installation of the various desired modules, and this in silent mode.Recently, we have been forced by DocuWare to proceed with the installation by a command that calls an .exe file.
This poses a real problem because customer security restrictions prevent us from deploying in silent mode.

Allow numeric select lists to index numeric data types in forms
In forms, you can not index a numeric field from a dropdown. This I am sure is for data integrity. The problem with this is that I have an external select list with a local data connector to my accounting database that has a column with an int data type. It recognizes it when I use it for an autoindex. Forms however do not recognize it. For my purposes, a quick solution would be to simply allow a numeric form field to be linked to a multi-column select list. That is what I am trying to do anyway. At DocuWorld…

Related documents also with table fields
In table fields I can store information on delivery notes, orders, etc..
This information can be duplicated if these are documents from the accounts payable cycle.
For this reason I need to store the number and date of the document to be linked to the invoice.
But it is not possible to create a document relationship config based on a table field.

Form behaviors - nested filter so AND and OR can be used in filter simulations
Please add the ability to nest searches in behaviors. The filter should work like an Auto Index filter where you can group a bunch of or statements together with a single AND statement.

Export - Select Page Range
Users often need to send a set of selected pages from a document. Right now we can only send the page we're viewing, the whole document or the whole file so extra steps (amounting to extra time) is required to send the pages that need to be sent.

Annotations - Undo/Ctrl+Z Function
It would be very helpful if there were an Undo or Ctrl+Z function for annotations. A quick Undo action would save a lot of time when corrections are needed as opposed to selecting the pointer, selecting the specific annotation and deleting it.

DocuWare Cloud - Export User Lists with License Type
It is common for clients to want a list of their users by license type for cloud systems. There is no good way to provide this list to clients. The Product Overview page does not print in a way that delivers all of the page's content and in most cases clients would prefer a CSV export anyways. In the API there isn't a flag that I've found to indicate Named or Workflow seats, either, so not able to develop my own process to do this job. Multi-stage forms
I think it would be helpful if one party could pre-fill part of a form, then another person could finish filling out the form (i.e. office could fill out customer info, then technician onsite could fill in details and submit form).

Eine Dublettenprüfung bei der Ablage
Es wäre gut wenn es direkt bei der Ablage die Möglichkeit gäbe die Dateien auf Dubletten im Archiv zu prüfen. Hier wäre eine Prüfung über den Hashwert sinnvoll, um auch Dateien mit unterschiedlicher Bezeichnung zu erfassen.

"E-Mail senden" mit mehr Funktionen versehen
Die Funktionalität "E-Mail senden" in Listen und Ergebnislisten sollte mit mehr Möglichkeiten versehen werden, welche idealerweise je Liste oder je Archiv konfiguriert werden können.
Wünschenswerte wären bspw. folgende Möglichkeiten:
- Hinterlegen einer Signatur je Nutzer
- voreingestellte Hinterlegung von CC oder BCC
- vordefinierter Betreff, mit der Möglichkeit Indexfelder als Platzhalter zu verwenden
- Standard E-Mail Body vorgeben, mit der Möglichkeit Indexfelder als Platzhalter zu verwenden7 votes -
Allow autoindex jobs to automatically refresh lists
Currently autoindex does not auto update the lists and requires you to refresh the browser entirely to see the documents that were added to lists. This should be changed to allow AIX to update the lists so users can immediately see the documents that they need to see

täglich eine Benachrichtigung per Mail über anstehende Aufgaben
Bei uns fallen für einzelne Personen sehr unterschiedlich viele Aufgaben an. Manche müssen täglich Dinge tun, manche nur einmal im Monat. Wir wünschen uns die Möglichkeit im Profil der jeweiligen Person einen Haken der folgendes tut: Wenn angehakt, dann schaut das System einmal in der Nacht oder Morgens oder zu einer einstellbaren Uhrzeit in die Aufgabenliste der Person und wenn dort Aufgaben vorliegen, erhält die Person eine Email mit der Bitte die Aufgabe(n) zu erledigen. Am besten gleich mit einem Link dabei.
