improve username options for creating/linking accounts with SSO
Currently, Azure sync only allows for email or upn prefix to be synced as a user name. This is the same for linking current users during SSO sign in.
With many large organizations, a prefix may not be unique across an entire forest, only full email or full upn is unique (prefix@domain.com). It is necessary to provide more options for linking or creating of DW users during these SSO processes

Documents digitally signed with CADES P7M are not previewed by WebClient. Nowadays the digital signing of documents is a matter of fact, Docuware cannot ignore this feature.6 votes -
Dokumente bearbeiten in der mobilen App
Dokumente sollen auch in der mobilen App mit der gängigen App geöffnet werden können (z.B. PDF mit einer PDF-Annotator Software). Nach der Bearbeitung wird die veränderte Datei wieder in DocuWare gespeichert.

Es sollte möglich sein, wie beim Seitenblättern in einem Dokument, beim Blättern durch die Dateien direkt auf die letzte Datei zu springen.

Reprocess workflow items after a task change is made
Provide ability to reprocess workflow tasks when a change to an activity is made so tasks already in flight will see the change. Currently all documents affected by the activity change must be copied to the tray, deleted from the cabinet and then pushed back through the new version of the workflow. This is painful when dealing with a large number of documents and also creates duplication in work if the changed task is towards the end of the workflow.

Stichwörte als Ordnungskriterium für Ordner Struktur
Es wäre sehr hilfreich um eine elektronische Akte abzubilden, das die Ordnerstruktur auch Stichwortfelder auswerten könnte.
Zu jedem einzelnen Stichwort müsste dann ein eigener Ordner simuliert werden, welcher alle Dokumente mit diesem Stichwort im Stichwort Feld darstellt.
Hier geht es um eine Vertragsakte, wo einige Dokumente mehreren vertragsnummer zugeordnet sein kann.
Es wäre nicht sehr zielführend, Doublette hier abzulegen.6 votes -

wir haben täglich sehr viele Dokumente im Briefkorb. Leider sind die Vorschaubilder so klein, dass man kaum das Dokument erkennen kann.
Es wäre toll, wenn die Größe der Vorschauen frei wählbar sind (siehe Muster im Anhang)

Select multiple Workflow steps to move them around in order to insert a new step
In Workflow Designer, if I need to add a step near the top of a workflow, I find I have to move each step below it down, one at a time in order for it to fit right.
It would be great to click and select multiple steps and move them together.

Wenn ein Dokument mehrere Versionen hat soll dies im WebClient auch beim Dokument direkt angezeigt werden, ohne das man auf das Dokument klicken muss. (Rechte Maustaste->Versionsübersicht)

DW Platform login with JWT token
Since we have the option to use REST services, it would be nice to be able to use DocuWare platform with REST requests in Workflow Designer. This is not possible at the moment. If we could create API users or just be able to retrieve token > store in GV and use it for next request. This would extend the possibilities in workflow designer and in some cases it would not be necessary to program and host own Web service.

Flexiblere Gestaltung von Ablagedialogen
Aufgrund der starren Definition und Konfiguration von Dialogen kommt es gerade bei der Konfiguration von Ablagedialogen immer wieder zu Problemen, die umständliche Lösungen erfordern. So sind häufig bestimmte Kriterien abhängig von den Werten anderer Kriterien als Pflichtfelder zu definieren oder ggf. auch aus-/einzublenden, was aktuell leider nicht möglich ist. Dadurch ist es notwendig mit einer steigenden Anzahl an Ablagedialogen zu arbeiten oder für den Benutzer umständliche Lösungen über Workflow-Aufgaben zu bauen.
Sinnvoller wäre es, wenn bei den Feldeinstellungen "nur lesen" und "Pflichtfeld" eine Abhängigkeit zu Eingaben bei anderen Indexkriterien eingerichtet werden könnte.6 votes -
Allow storer to select "store document in black and white" when scanned in color
Documents stored in color are much larger than those in black and white. Allow user to require documents to be stored only in b/w, even if this causes a color document to be converted to b/w pdf prior to storing. Should be able to be over-ridden by authorized users.

Processing Profiles - Split into Multiple Documents - Each with own set of indexing values and read out areas
Transferring from other DMS's - Users normally scanned a pack of documents as a single pdf, it would be useful if we can put this through a processing profile to 'Identify','split',Index each document
In example Employee onboarding pack
(may contain a ID document, Bank Account confirmation letter, Employment contract, etc.)You would create sub profiles (or main profiles, then link to this profile) for each expected document, those not identified will have default indexes using the original input files' indexes, those that are defined is split / indexed and stored as per the sub profile.

Tabellen-Felder in Webhooks bereitstellen
DW7.5 hat Webhooks eingeführt, diese ignorieren momentan Felder vom Typ Tabelle.
Gerade diese wären für eine geplante Integration aber sowohl für Bedingungen als auch für den Http Request Body erforderlich.6 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Indexfelder vom Typ Tabelle werden derzeit in den Webhooks nicht unterstützt. Ich würde Ihnen gerne die Gründe für diese Entscheidung erläutern:
- Ein Indexfeld vom Typ Tabelle kann bis zu 1000 Zeilen und 50 Spalten enthalten. Ein Dokument kann eine Vielzahl solcher Indexfelder enthalten. Dies bedeutet, dass potenziell eine große Menge an Daten übertragen wird. Webhooks werden für solche Menge an Daten normalerweise nicht empfohlen.
- Tabellendaten sind eine Datenmatrix, die in einer Vielzahl von Formaten und Strukturen bereitgestellt werden. Es war uns bislang nicht möglich, dafür eine Standardstruktur zu definieren, die sich ohne Anpassungen in Drittanwendungen einfügt. In den meisten Fällen ist es notwendig, die Daten an die Struktur der Fremdanwendung anzupassen. Das bedeutet, dass wir in DocuWare eine Möglichkeit schaffen müssten, die Struktur der Tabellenfelder für die Drittanwendungen zu definieren. Das wiederum würde die Komplexität des Request Body Konfigurators enorm erhöhen.

Stempelseite / Stempelleiste einfügen
Stempel verdecken meist einen Großteil des Dokumentes und dann ist weder der Stempel, noch das Dokument lesbar.
Sinnvoll wäre es, in manchen Workflows oder generell das Stempeln auf einem leeren angehängten Blatt durchführen zu können.
Besser wäre sogar noch eine scrollbare Leiste zu integrieren, die chronologisch eine Vorschau aller gesetzten Stempel neben dem Dokument anzeigt. Mit Klick auf den Stempel könnte dieser dann vergrößert werden.
Gerne können Stempel dann weiterhin auf einer separaten Anmerkungsebene gesetzt werden, die man Standardmäßig ausblenden kann.6 votes -
In Workflow Task Escalations add reroute in Out of office settings
Using substitution rules is a hassle. Please just add a reroute option if the assigned user to a task is set to "out of office". This way a task can be reassigned easily directly in the Work Flow Designer.
