Einfachere Navigation in der Konfiguration
Der Grad der Konfigurierbarkeit in DocuWare ist extrem groß.
Als DSC muss ich ständig von einer Stelle in der Konfiguration an eine andere.
Während ich den Trend zu einem klaren Interface in der Webkonfiguration begrüße, meine ich, dass man die Navigation in der Konfiguration effizienter machen könnte, so dass man sich nicht immer durch komplette Hierarchie klicken muss.
An einem Beispiel: Wenn ich eine Änderung an einen Suchdialog vornehmen möchte, warum muss ich die Seite anklicken (und laden) in der alle Einstellungen des Archivs zu sehen sind? Auf der Archivkachel ist ein Icon für die Dialoge und darunter steht die…6 votes -
Highlight Search
The new Highlight Search feature added to SmartConnect has a major design flaw. You specify a search dialog and one field to search but Highlight Search IGNORES all the specific criteria set in the selected search dialog which means it returns way more documents then the user expects. Example: I have an Accounting Documents - Purchase Order search that searches Doctype = Purchase Order and PO Number is the field that Highlight Search is configured to use. Workflow: Remove active instances immediately from Tasks if User is removed from a Role
Workflow: Remove active instances immediately from a user's Tasks if user is removed from a role that is part of the workflow. Currently the active instances that were assigned to the user while they were part of the role stay in the user's Tasks until they are completed.

Provide different sort settings for keyword fields
It seems to be the case, that if an MSSQL Database (DocuWare Cloud) is used, keyword field entries are automatically sorted in an alphabetical order after applying changes to them.
This is not the case for MySQL Databases. Sometimes the order/sorting of the entered values are important for the customer or special use cases. It would be very nice to have possibilites to select how or if the entered values should be sort/ordered.6 votes -
Links aus E-Mailbenachrichtigungen sollen in ein DocuWare mit Menü führen
Aktuell ist in der Version 7.4, sowohl Cloud als auch OnPremise, bei Erhalt einer E-Mail-Benachrichtigung über zu erledigende Aufgaben nur die eine Aufgabe in DW mit dem Entscheidungsbaum sichtbar ohne DW-Menü. Wenn aber mehrere Aufgaben zu erledigen sind, muss der Kunde sich entweder in DW einloggen oder er muss für jede einzelne Aufgabe in der jeweiligen E-Mail auf den Link klicken. Das ist sehr unkomfortabel und es sollte in jedem Fall die Möglichkeit geben - wie in den Vorversionen - in ein DW mit Menü weitergeleitet zu werden.

Sort order in external select lists
In the data connector or external list configuration allow the ability to set the sort order by one or more fields in the data connection. Allow workflow designer or sys admin to define or modify the SQL query used to pull the data for the external select list to use WHERE and ORDER BY clauses.

the ability to link index fields on a form before the form is completed
Sometimes there is already data in Docuware that should be visual on a form, I'm thinking of a work order, for example. If you could generate the form where the customer data or the work order is already filled in, then that is very clear to the user who then has to fill in the work order with, for example, the materials used or hours worked.
Now you can only folder this after the form is linked back in Docuware.6 votes -
Implement a test button for autoindex, deletion policy and transfer
Add a test or simulation feature to Autoindex, Deletion policy and transfer with a counter or viewer of what documents are being affected by the rule we are creating. Easy way to prevent making a bad mistake.

Ich schlage vor, dass eine individuell eingerichtete Spaltenreihenfolge immer beibehalten wird
Für Listen und Aufgaben sind immer andere Indexfelder wichtig, so dass ich die Spaltenreihenfolge unterschiedlich anordne. Allerdingst bleibt die Reihenfolge nicht, wenn die Liste oder Aufgabe am nächsten Tag wieder geöffnet wird.

Possibility to change the variables order for stamps
In earlier versions, when stamps were configured by Administration utility, it was possible do define the order of variables of the stamp.
Since the introduction of web client for stamps defining, this feature is no more available.
It could be usefull to restore this functionality for old customers that know the previous behaviour and for new ones that ask for fixed text of the stamp to preceed any other variable text.
This is the desired and "no more supported" configuration:

Index field behaviour when storing a document
Hi,
It would be awesome if we could use the same "field behaviour" as we do when configuring forms/merge forms. For example when storing a document I would like to set field behaviour to disappear or enter predefined entry to another field.

Suchen nach Kommentar
Meistens suche ich einen Beleg welcher ein Kommentar von einer meiner MA oder mir selber ist. Die Kommentare in den Belegen kann man einem besser merken als was auf dem Beleg steht wenn man so genau wie möglich suchen will, deshalb wäre es hilfreich wenn man nach den Kommentaren suchen könnte.

Highlight Search über mehrere Archive
Aktuell muss man je Archiv eine Highlight Search erstellen, also habe ich bei 2 Archivräumen auch 2 Tastenkombinationen. Dies multipliziert sich mit der Anzahl der Archivräume. Was mir fehlt ist eine Highlight Search über mehrere Archive, mit einer Tastenkombination. Perfektionieren könnte man das sogar noch, wenn man die Möglichkeit hätte, die Anzahl der Archive frei zu wählen. Also Highlight Search soll zugreifen auf Archiv A+ B und soll nicht zugreifen auf Archiv C + D, da mitunter ja sonst auch Ergebnisse aus Hilfsarchiven eingeblendet würden.

DocuWare Request - Anzeige für hochauflösende Displays
Die Notebooks und Computer weisen heutzutage immer höhere Auflösungen auf. Wenn auf einem solchen Endgerät ein Request-Programm von DocuWare gestartet wird, dann sind die Suchdialoge und die Bedienelemente kaum sichtbar.
DocuWare hinkt da total hinterher und MUSS dies umgehend anpassen.

Ordner erstellen zum Verwalten von Formularen und Berechnungen im Formular durchführen
Wir benutzen schon viele Formulare. Mittlerweile wird es ein wenig unübersichtlich. Es wäre hilfreich die Formulare nach Themen in einem Ordner zu sortieren. Berechnungen innerhalb eines Formulars wären sehr hilfreich, z.B. bei Fahrtkosten oder ähnlichem

ZUGFeRD - Informationen zu Referenzbelegen der Supply Chain auslesen
Im Comfort-Profil von ZUGFeRD ist vorgesehen, strukturierte Angaben zu Referenzbelegen (Lieferscheinen, Bestellungen, etc) mit anzugeben (Issue Date, Belegnummer). Diese Angaben wäre wertvoll, um in DocuWare assoziationen zu diesen Belegen herzustellen, ohne dass diese Angaben mühsam vom Benutzer eingegeben werden müssen.
Unsere Erwartungshaltung wäre, dass es z.B. möglich ist, in einer Konfiguration für die Dokumentenverarbeitung einzustellen, dass die Lieferscheinnummern einer ZUGFeRD Rechnung (DeliveryNoteReferencedDocument) in ein Stichwortfeld übernommen werden können.6 votes -
calculate rows in table fields in a workflow
I have users that complete a spreadsheet for daily activities every month. Columns at the end of the row perform calculations on that row. For example calculating the number of times a kid was seen by a therapist. I would like to be able to use a table field and do the calculations in a workflow. My current work around is only available to those with a local or hybrid system and that is to create a view in local sql database and do the calculations in sql.

Disable auto assignment of licenses in cloud.
If a License is held open a new AD user will auto-populate. This is a flaw and security issue. At the least it should be able to be disabled.
