API - Transfer without annotations
Since 7.9 we can access Platform API directly in the workflow.
The transfer call allows us to copy a document from one storage location (File cabinet or tray) to another.
However, I can't transfer the document without the annotations. It could be a good thing to be able to have the choice to copy with or without annotations (parameter in the call ?).The goal is to have the ability to place specific stamps that, once merged, can be used as anchor text for signature purposes. We cannot have other stamps or annotations on the signed document.

Sortierfunktion in Stichwortfeldern
Es wäre sehr praktisch, wenn man in Stichwortfeldern aussuchen könnte, ob nach Inhalt oder Zeitpunkt der Erstellung sortiert wird. Wir nutzen diese Häufig um Historien aufzubauen und dort ist die zeitliche Abfolge maßgeblich.

Autoindex: beim Reiter der Datenzuweisung sollte eine Spalte zur Konvertierung der Daten ergänzt werden
Die aus der externen Datenquelle gelesenen Daten habe vielfach einen anderen Typ als die Datenfelder im Docuware Archiv, in das sie geschrieben werden sollen. Es sollte eine Spalte ergänzt werden, die ermöglicht, häufige Konvertierungen vorzusehen. Anliegend ein Entwurf, wie die Spalte aussehen kann.
Abhängig von der vorgesehenen Konvertierung sollten auch die Felder in der Auswahlliste "Wert" aktualisiert werden. Wenn "CStr" gewählt wird, sollten auch die numerischen Felder der externen Datenbank angezeigt werden.
Leere Felder müssten automatisch mit IIF abgefangen werden.5 votes -
Hintergrundfarbe für Textstempel
Auch bei Textstempeln sollte eine Hintergrundfarbe auswählbar sein (nicht nur transparent). Oft ist zu wenig Platz für Stempel mit viel Text und dann kann man kaum was lesen. So könnte man den Dokumenttext dann einfach überdecken.

Ergänzung Stempel Entscheidung Anfrage
Wenn die Entscheidung auf eine Anfrage auf dem Dokument gestempelt wird, sollte der Inhalte der Anfrage (die Frage selbst), mit im Stempel erscheinen. Die Frage ist für die Interpretation der Antwort notwendig.
z.B.: Frage: Sind die Leistungen vollständig erbracht? ja/nein

Add Workflow Designer as a web configuration
Workflow Designer in the web configurations would make version switching between customers an issue of the past. It would also make supporting multiple systems much more flexible.

Table Form Field
Add a behavior to form table fields and make the table map directly onto a merge form. Also add a delete button for form calculations.

More functions in folder result view
It would be a great idea if the folder result in web client show the records paginated because if the result list have a lot of documents in a folder, the result take too many time to show it.
Another great funcion is the possibily to filter the results in the colums as in a traditional result view, so you can have the document wanted easiest.

Allow more C# libraries and data types for arithmetic expressions
Please allow more C# libraries for arithmetic expressions.
Currently (Version 7.10), it is very hard to work with Lists/Arrays/Keywords which contain values which are not of Type String.For example, when retrieving a List of decimal values via external data (SQL), this can only be stored into a keyword field, which is always handled as an array of string.
The available LINQ functions do not allow to use sum, max, min etc. functions, because these depend on a numeric data type.
Converting the string[] to a decimal[] or int[] is also not possible because no methods or classes which provide…

Für Ablagedialoge sollte es Radiobuttons geben
Aktuell stehen Radiobuttons nur für Web-Fomulare zur Verfügung (zb. ja / nein). Das beschleunigt die Eingabe sehr.
In Ablagedialoge gibt es diese Option leider nicht, was das Ablegen von Dokumenten verlangsamt. Somit wäre es wünschenswert, wenn Radiobuttons auch in den Ablagen vorhanden wären (vor allem ist das sehr User-Freundlich)

Werkzeugleiste - Stempel sortieren
Es wäre hilfreich wenn man in der Werkzeugleiste je User die Anordnung der Stempel anpassen könnte.
Dadurch kann man häufig genutzte Stempel besser erreichen, etc. .

Unclip using DocuWare Platform API Webservice
The webservice currently allows you to "Clip" documents. We would like the ability to "Unclip" and restore individual documents.
Currently, we are clipping several documents in workflow designer with the DW Platform API (Cloud system), Sending the clipped document to DocuSign for multiple signatures. We would like to unclip after DocuSign returns the packet, index each document accordingly and store as individual documents again.

The "Force SSO" options should actually force SSO
When you setup a user to the option "force SSO" then it should automatically use SSO and not just "force" them to click on "use microsoft" .. if the option is force then it should automatically try to use SSO first..

Möglichkeit Dokumente passwortgeschützt zu versenden aus dem Workflow
Für die Personalverwaltung wäre es super Hilfsmittel, wenn z.B. Gehaltsabrechnungen aus einem DocuWare Workflow als verschlüsselte PDF oder alternativ in einer verschlüsselten ZIP Datei per E-Mail versendet werden könnte. Aus Gründen des Datenschutzes dürfen z.B. Gehaltsabrechnungen nicht unverschlüsselt per E-Mail verschickt werden.

if we have a Main form that will call one or more other Merge Form,

"Öffnen im neuen Viewer Fenster" sollte maximiert geöffnet werden
Wenn man im Webclient "Öffnen im neuen Viewer-Fenster" wählt sollte dies maximiert geöffnet werden. Bei Mehrbildschirm-Umgebungen wäre dann die genaue Position auf dem jeweiligen Bildschirm fix. Firefox z.B. merkt sich zwar die Position, aber wenn es nicht maximiert ist, dann liegt immer ein kleiner Teil des fensters auf dem Nachbarbildschirm.

Optimizing access to document history
Problem: In the _AUD tables with more than 10 000 000 rows we are experiencing delays in consulting the document history.
The service is functional, the first log entries are displayed immediately, but after browsing the drop-down menu, the rest of the display takes more than 1 minute.
Solution: We want a development that avoids having to purge the _AUD tables.

Implement the ablility to upload a document in a task decision
I know you can clip a document in a task. I'm saying within a task decision, provide an "upload documents" option that would automatically clip the upload to the current task document.

enable sending a flattened PDF version of a document out of Docuware
Enable saving a flattened version of a document to in turn mail out of the system or within the email workflow tool, enable flattening a copy of the document for customer facing.

We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.

mehrere verschiedene Absenderadressen im Workflow einrichten nicht möglich
Aktuell gibt es nur die Möglichkeit, eine bzw. zwei unterschiedliche E-Mail Konfigurationen zu verwenden für DocuWare Benachrichtigungen und DocuWare Workflow Benachrichtigungen.
Zwei verschiedene Konfigurationen scheinen uns sehr wenig, wodurch unser Funktionsumfang beeinträchtigt ist.
Besser wäre es, mehrere Versender-E-Mail Adressen zu konfigurieren, welche im Workflow ausgewählt werden können. Hier muss zwangsläufig und vorerst mit einer noreply Adresse gearbeitet werden.5 votes
