Hi, I would like to submit a feature request regarding enhanced security controls in the DocuWare mobile application, specifically for enterprise environments with strict data governance policies.
In any enterprises, DocuWare is often required to be used strictly as a document processing and workflow system rather than a general file storage repository. To comply with internal security policies and prevent unintended data leakage, we would like to request the following capability:
Allow only:Invoice file upload
Explicitly disable file download and local storage access from the mobile app in Docuware cloud configuration.

To prevent unauthorized offline storage of sensitive financial documents
and ensure compliance with corporate data security and audit requirements
