1. Mac OSX compatibility with Desktop Apps is ESSENTIAL. Otherwise, a web-based solution that is not OS specific would work.

   Es wäre hilfreich, dass wenn ich eine parallele Aufgabe an 2 Rollen verteile, diese zwar alle Mitglieder beider Rollen vorgelegt wird, aber die Aufgabe erledigt ist, sobald ein User jeder Rolle die Aufgabe bestätigt hat.

    Speziell auch für Dokumente, die zum Kunden zurückgeschickt werden, ist es sinnvoll nur echte Freigaben, etc. dem Kunden als Stempel anzuzeigen.

    Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn man einer Aufgabe im Workflow Designer nicht pauschal, für alle Entscheidungen entweder den Stempel erlaubt oder nicht, sondern, dass dies pro Entscheidung auswählbar ist.

    Beispiel: Ein Dokument kann entweder freigegeben werden (Stempel erforderlich) oder zwecks Informationsbeschaffung an einen Mitarbeiter weitergeleitet werden (Kein Stempel erlaubt), danach kommt die Aufgabe wieder an den ursprünglichen Entscheider zurück.

    In vielen Fällen kommt es zu mehreren Rückfragen pro Dokument, dass sich viele Stempel "Rückfragen" auf dem Dokument sammeln.
