Force stamp location
Allow us to force certain stamps/decisions to go on specific pages or areas.

Add something that hides stamps/annotations for certain users when they have to open the document outside of DocuWare via links
Whenever users open documents in the DocuWare view, they always see all the stamps and annotations. There should be a feature that hides users from seeing these annotations/stamps/notes.

Searching multiple values within one field
We have a file cabinet called Connections, in Connections we have fields such as Company, Document Type, Installer, Dates, FullText field
I would like the option to select multiple companies to search upon.
For example: Selecting multiple companies from the drop down of the Company field, then either selecting a certain document type, or a certain fulltext, or none at all, just selecting multiple companies and clicking search to see all the pdfs associated

Please let see Digital Signature on DocuWare Visor
Please let see Certified Digital Signature of a document on DocuWare Visor.
Now if you want to know if a document is Certified, you must download and open with a PDF visor to look the Valid signature.

Add regular expressions / regex to the full text search
It would really be useful if you could do a full text search using a regular expression / regex pattern.
The need here is to find all the documents containing certain types of personal data, e.g. NHS number, credit card number, National Insurance number etc.

Tasks: undo button
It sometimes happen to approve a document in a task too hastily; it would be nice to have an "undo" button to come back to the document in question.

Allow the ability to delete stamps and leave the data in the log.
We have operating procedures that get modified monthly and have to go through an approval process. We are accumulating pages and pages of approval stamps on the end of our procedures. Also, when we check out a document to insert a photo, for example, it pushes the pages down and the stamps stay in place and cover the text of the document. It looks sloppy and unprofessional to auditors and customers. We need a better solution for multiple stamps on documents in file cabinets that use revision control.

Add ability to save your desktop setup as Workspace's
Concerning the general layout of the two possible desktop areas (where you choose two panes or one) of DW.
We all use trays, searches, lists and task in certain layouts but it tends to get busy especially as a system admin or someone with access to multiple Filing Cabinets.
It would be nice to save a layout and name it. I like to have both areas set up on different Trays so I can drag and drop items back and forth to hit certain Intelligent Indexing/Storage configs. Then I have another view that shows a list of recently stored documents…

Add additional page for stamps
Reviewing the invoices can be difficult as there is not enough room for the stamps, so the stamp and the underlying text becomes illegible. Another seperate sheet solely for stamps might be an idea.

Clip Documents Directly in Results
Hello, I would love to be able to clip documents directly in the results list. Currently, we must check documents to our tray, clip them together, than store them again. This of course leaves the individual pages behind, which we must manually delete or mark for deletion. It would be enormously helpful to be able to clip them together within the results list. Just shift or ctrl select the documents, right-click, and clip. I can't describe how much time this would save our company. Thank you very much for your consideration.

Allow customization of the workflow documents view per user
Currently the workflow documents view can not be customized per user. Event the end user change the column width or swap columns - these settings are not saved between logins. Additionally we need to have an ability to define different workflow view per user per task.

Allow Document Name field be populated even if the field is not visible
Currently Index field which is set as DocumentName is populated with the filename being stored ONLY the field is visible in the store dialog,

Restore the ability to do an "OR" search in the web client when searching more than one index
The windows client had radio buttons for "And" and "OR" on the search dialog when entering values on more than one index. Example: Email file cabinet has a To index and a From index. I want to search for emails To or From an individual.

When you have many baskets, you don't know in which one you have documents. It would be perfect to have a symbol to see which basket is empty and which not

I suggest to allow opening multiple selected documents in tabs
I suggest to offer a possibility to open documents as a new tab. The opened documents would be shown as tabs within the viewer and allow fast switching between documents and allow opening multiple documents that are selected in a result list with just one click.

Show the index field name on the mouse cursor when indexing with one-click indexing
I suggest that you show the name of the index field which has the focus in the store dialog on the mouse cursor when I am indexing with one-click indexing. That allows me to click on the values one after another without having to look at the store dialog.

Manual Adjustment of Connector Lines in Web Workflow Designer
In the current Web Workflow Designer, connector lines between activities are automatically routed. However, users cannot manually adjust the shape of these lines, such as bend points, curves, or routing paths.
This limitation makes it difficult to maintain clear and readable workflows,
especially in complex scenarios where multiple activities and connections overlap.It would be highly beneficial to allow users to manually adjust connector lines (e.g., moving bend points or customizing routing paths), or provide an option to switch between automatic and manual routing.

MAPI - Enable multi-windowing when sharing documents by email from DocuWare WebApp
Dear all,
Currently, the window opened by DocuWare when sharing documents by email blocks all use of Outlook, which is extremely frustrating and restrictive for our customers.
According to the documentation in the link below, MAPI allows you to activate or deactivate this modal usage mode. This is what Microsoft describes in the note below, using available constants such as ‘DIALOG_MODAL’.
