  1. Allow users that have access to several select lists to modify some lists but not others.

    When users use more than one select list, it may be necessary for them to edit some lists but not be permitted to edit others. Right now, this is an either/or situation They can either edit all lists or no lists.

  2. Add shortcut to download selected file from clipped documents

    With document which contains several clipped files we can not download selected clipped file (which preview is currently displayed) using any shortcut - we can only download complete document set as ZIP.

  3. Background image for the sign field

    Instead of just having a white background for the sign field, allow using a background image in order to make a diagram.

    Included, one example of a bus background image on which user can simply draw where the problem is located for instance.

  4. version field in task

    Please allow to add the WF Version field as a column. This would allow users to filter or order by that field, when doing multiple tasks. Currently it is only visible as supervisor.

  5. Change trade to non-trade

    When you switch the invoice from trade to non-trade, it should show up in non-trade list. This is not happening at this moment. I then have to go and find said invoice if I didn't copy it to my personal file. It would be a much cleaner list and no duplicates vouched and stored. This would just be for convenience, not really needed. Also the other way around doesn't do anything. It keeps the invoice in the non-trade list.

  6. Swap to Acrobat Reader for PDF in order to see the digital signature or the PDF/A version

    in acrobat you can see the detail in a left pane of the digital signature as well as the version of the PDF/A (2b, 3u, etc) or the content of the PDF/X which is the next norm for digital invoices (xml embedded in the pdf)

  7. Display an error message with a reason when editing multiple index entries

    When you edit multiple index entries at once via a resultlist and for example it needs to be a value from a selectlist it simply displays failed to update x amount of documents." I would propose you show the reason why it failed.

    i.e. "Failed to update x out of x documents. the value was not in the selectlist"

  8. Add the ability to archive emails sent via a workflow

    Currently you can send emails via a workflow. It would be nice to be able to archive those emails based on settings saved to the task in the workflow responsible.

  9. make data validation use graphical editor tools

    we currently have the ability to validate data by hooking a web service into a store dialog but that requires either JS or C# coding. It'd be great if we could use the graphical editor tools to build these validations (eg. the data validation builder that's part of workflow tasks)

  10. Add a feature to choose a certain page to scroll to when viewing instead of just the arrows.

    Allow the user to choose a page number to scroll to in the same manner as available in Adobe.

  11. System# oder Organisation in Fehler-Mails anzeigen

    In den E-Mails, die die Cloud bei Fehlern versendet fehlt ein Hinweis um welchen Kunden es sich handelt.

    Ohne diese ist es mühsam den betroffenen Kunden zu finden um Support zu leisten.

    Die System#, der Name der Organisation oder wenigstens die URL der betroffenen Cloud-Instanz würde hier enorm helfen.

    Bitte einbauen!

  12. Be able to modify type (Word, Excel, PDF, etc.) during the life of a document

    It would be interesting to be able to change the type of a document during its lifetime.
    For example the first version of the document created in word, the second version in PDF, the third version in excel,...

  13. Improve Field Masks for Correction Replacement

    Similar to other requests to automatically insert dashes for SSNs, the United States uses Vehicle Identificaiton Number (VIN). The VIN is composed of 17 characters (digits and capital letters) that act as a unique identifier for the vehicle. The VIN does not include the letters O (o), I (i), and Q (q) (to avoid confusion with numerals 0, 1, and 9). We would like any O (letter) to be dynamically set to 0 (numeral), I (letter) to be set to 1 (numeral), and Q/q (letter) to be set to 9 (numeral).

  14. Keep the Copy Text to Clipboard feature when using Fulltext

    When you use Fulltext to search the File Cabinet, you lose the Copy to Clipboard feature. It would be nice to be able to keep that feature.

  16. Message when user is disconected

    When a timeout is set for sessions.
    It would be interesting for users to receive a message when disconnecting (Popup for example).
    Currently they have to refresh the page or click on a link.

  17. DocuWare Request search with operators AND/OR

    In DocuWare Request a search for two words in the same field with operators AND/OR would be helpful.
    The search should work for the fulltext search in DocuWare Request as well as for the advanced search in the individual fields e.g. 123456 AND test, 123456 OR test.

  19. In Fixed Text editor, restore DELETE key functionality so that it deletes text instead of prompting to delete the entire field.

    While editing the Fixed Text in a form, I'm accustomed to using the DELETE key to edit text. Whenever I do that in the Fixed Text editor, however, I'm prompted as to whether I want to delete the field. I click No, but the system provides considerable difficulty in letting me see where I was before I hit the DELETE key.

  20. Make it possible to revert URL Integration encryption / function requirements

    DocuWare 7.1 introduces a breaking change to URL Integration that login is now only possible with encrypted URL’s. The scope of functionality with this method has also been limited to specific function such as result list, viewer, etc. Several years ago we paid DocuWare Professional Services a significant sum of money to develop a customization with URL Integration that essentially allows customer to be redirected and login to DocuWare Web client using a custom login page. This functionality was dubbed AD Login Customization to the user they simply put in their AD username and password on this custom DocuWare login…
