Hallo, es wäre sehr nützlich, wenn alle Filter mit Ausschluss (ungleich Suchbegriff) bzw. mit Mehrfachauswahl funktionieren würden

Stempel selektiv pro Entscheidung
Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn man einer Aufgabe im Workflow Designer nicht pauschal, für alle Entscheidungen entweder den Stempel erlaubt oder nicht, sondern, dass dies pro Entscheidung auswählbar ist.
Beispiel: Ein Dokument kann entweder freigegeben werden (Stempel erforderlich) oder zwecks Informationsbeschaffung an einen Mitarbeiter weitergeleitet werden (Kein Stempel erlaubt), danach kommt die Aufgabe wieder an den ursprünglichen Entscheider zurück.
In vielen Fällen kommt es zu mehreren Rückfragen pro Dokument, dass sich viele Stempel "Rückfragen" auf dem Dokument sammeln.

Workflow Stempel mit Bild
Hallo,
für einfache digitale Signaturen wäre es toll, wenn man dem Workflow Stempel zusätzlich noch ein Bild der tatsächlichen Unterschrift beifügen könnte.
Das wäre für viele Empfänger vertrauenserweckender.Vielen Dank und viele Grüße,

Workflow Designer Abwärtskompatibel
Gerade jetzt wenn man vermehrt Cloud Kunden hat, ist es essentiell für uns Partner das der Neueste DocuWare Workflow Designer eine Abwärtskompatibilität erhält da die Cloud Instanzen unterschiedliche DocuWare Versionen haben. Ohne dies ist es immer extrem Zeitaufwändig die Desktop Apps zu Deinstallieren und mit der passenden Cloud Version wieder zu Installieren

im Briefkorb die Dokumentvorschau vergrößert wird
es kommen aus verschiedenen Bereichen Dokumente im Briefkorb an, die dann abgelegt werden soll. Um sie richtig abzulegen muss ich wissen, was der Inhalt ist. Die Vorschau ist zu klein. Man muss jedes Dokument öffnen und dann ablegen

Es sollte die Möglichkeit geben sich über neue DocuWare Updates innerhalb einer Version benachrichtigen zu lassen.
Es sollte die Möglichkeit geben sich über neue DocuWare Updates innerhalb einer Version benachrichtigen zu lassen. Die Version 7.4 hat mittlerweile mehr als drei Updates erhalten. Jedes mal muss man den Download mit der "Universal URL" (https://go.docuware.com/download-dw74) starten um anhand des Dateinamens festzustellen ob es eine neue Version gibt. Selbst die KBA Einträge sind weder gepflegt noch gut zu finden. Früher war es auch nicht optimal, jedoch hatte man immer einen Festen Eintrag in der KBA der zumindest gepflegt wurde.

When a new user is added, assign a regular license, not a Workflow Read-Only license
The new Workflow Read-Only licenses in Cloud are great but they should be specifically assigned when needed instead of being the default. This causes confusion when new users are assigned to the correct roles and trays but then cannot access the trays or perform the expected tasks because they incorrectly received a limited license.

Improve auto index speed times by running queries for each batch rather than each file
I have a local data connection setup with my ERP software, and auto index figured on a file cabinet. We are running into weird errors where auto index is failing to run and I recently discovered that auto index runs the query for each file rather than by batch.
I'm seeing query times upwards of 7 seconds per file. If we store in this particular file cabinet 100 files at a time, it would take 12 minutes to process all that data. However, it could only take as little as 7 seconds to run the query once and assign all…

archive data
Ability to Archive documents in each of the file cabinets, to reduce storage space. For example, ability to zip or condense a file size. Yet we will still need to be able to access them through the application. Currently on 7.3

Für eine bessere Verwendung der Formulare, wäre eine größere Flexibilität bei der Gestaltung des Layouts und den Schriftarten (-größen, -farben und -schnitte) sehr Hilfreich. Es wäre hier auch sinnvoll, Trennlinien o.ä. einbauen zu können...

Möglichkeit Schriftgröße, -art, -schnitt und -farbe zu ändern
Um die Formulare visuell ansprechender und übersichtlicher zu gestalten wäre es eine große Hilfe, Möglichkeiten zur Anpassung von Schriftgröße. -art, -schnitt und farbe zu haben.

Einträge der selben Zeile in mehrspaltigen Auswahllisten sollten im Ablagedialog verbunden werden können / automatisch vorausgefüllt werden
Ich schlage vor, dass Einträge in mehrspaltigen Auswahllisten aus der selben "Zeile" selektiv bei der Ablage in einem eigenen Feld angezeigt und automatisch direkt auch eingetragen werden können.

Möchte man z.B. Dokumente für ein bestimmtes Wohnobjekt ablegen, dann muss bisher Straße, Hausnummer, PLZ und Ort eigens jeweils in ein Indexfeld eingegeben werden, obwohl alle Daten "nebeneinander" in einer mehrspaltigen Auswahlliste vorliegen.
Praktisch wäre es, wenn schon bei der Auswahl der Straße und der Hausnummer in einem "verbundenem" Indexfeld die PLZ und in einem weiteren dann sofort der Ort eingetragen würden.4 votes -
Better Silent Install Options on System Upgrade - Creates a Bind Now
System upgrades present a pretty big challenge for enterprises with a large number of DocuWare Desktop Apps users. The upgrade package is not available until the system has been upgraded and that leaves about zero time for their technical teams to arrange for the upgrade via silent install. This is a real cause of trouble for these customers. We need a better way to handle the system upgrade/desktop apps situation for system upgrades.

Workflow Designer - Add a Workflow Fields tab to emails/Conditions
I think it would be beneficial to allow information from a Workflow Field from a Task to be copied to an email/condition. I'm trying to write an automatic email based on either a "Yes" or a "No" from some Workflow Fields. Only fields marked "Yes" will be included on the email. Currently I have to copy the Workflow Fields to GVs and then create additional GVs for each of them each with a fixed entry of "Yes". Then make a condition that checks if the original GV matches the other GV. If it does, then it will be placed on…

Die Spaltenbreite für Tabellenfelder beibehalten
Die Spaltenbreite bei Tabellenfelder wir vom Benutzer immer individuell eingestellt, da gerade bei einer Kontierung pro Spalte andere Breiten gebraucht werden (vgl. Kostenstelle mit Buchungstext, etc.).
Allerdings merkt DocuWare sich diese Einstellung der Spaltenbreite nicht wie z. B. die Spaltenbreite in der Ergebnisliste, sondern jedes Mal wenn man ein neues Dokument öffnet ist wieder die Standard-Spaltenbreite hinterlegt. Das ist extrem nervig und kostet viel Zeit!

Create alternative color scheme for Intelligent Indexing so Color Blind users can use module more effectively
Color blind users have reported difficulties see the color scheme when using this module. Currently DocuWare has no feature that helps it's color blind users identify the color scheme for intelligent indexing.

Allow Admin to emulate a user to test permissions viewing, and availability of dialogs/stamps etc.
Don't allow us to apply or modify anything but at least the ability to check the avalibilityof items/lists/tasks/stamps/dialogs everything assigned via a Role/Functional Profile etc.

We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.

Would be great to have the Digital Certicate linked to the DopcuWare Stamp same way done in document processing.
