In der DocuWare Ergebnisliste gibt es die Möglichkeit, direkt zur letzten Seite zu springen.
Tatsächlich wird jedoch maximal die 100. Seite geöffnet.
Wenn mehr als 100 Seiten vorhanden sind, kann man lediglich über den Pfeilbutton „Nächste Seite“ einzeln weiter navigieren. Der Pfeilbutton „Letzte Seite“ wird nach der 100. Seite ausgegraut und ist nicht mehr nutzbar.1 vote -
E-Invoice bei mehreren Anhängen verarbeiten
Wenn eine e-Invoice aus Emails ankommt, so wird sie nur verarbeitet, wenn es nur einen Anhang gibt. Oft werden aber auch AGB als PDF mitgesendet oder weitere Nachweisdokumente z.B. Lieferschein. in einem solchen Fall sollte der erste Anhang der Email untersucht werden auf E-Invoice Merkmale. Für den Fall dass eine Mail mehrere E-Invoices enthalten sollte, könnte man dann das Dokument aufteilen und alle E-Invoices als einzelnes Dokument ablegen.

Allow Releasing of a Hold Task in Workflow
We would be interested for an option to release tasks on Hold early. Workflow Tasks that are put on Hold are not seen at all in the Windows Client, not even in Monitor Tasks. The only way to intervene at all is to stop them in the Workflow Designer > Options tab > Active Instances if you can find your Instance ID, which is not intuitive at all. Then they need to be restarted from the beginning.

MAPI - Enable multi-windowing when sharing documents by email from DocuWare WebApp
Dear all,
Currently, the window opened by DocuWare when sharing documents by email blocks all use of Outlook, which is extremely frustrating and restrictive for our customers.
According to the documentation in the link below, MAPI allows you to activate or deactivate this modal usage mode. This is what Microsoft describes in the note below, using available constants such as ‘DIALOG_MODAL’.

Anhänge bei E-Rechnungen zukünftig angezeigt und separiert werden können, wäre ein toller Service und erleichtert die Ablage.

Sicherheit von Formularen erhöhen
Standardmäßig werden Formularlinks in DocuWare als einfache, unverschlüsselte URLs bereitgestellt. Aktuell gibt es keine native Möglichkeit, den eigentlichen Formularlink zu verschlüsseln oder sicherer zu gestalten.
Für eine höhere Sicherheitsstufe wäre es daher sinnvoll, folgende Funktionen zu ergänzen:Verschlüsselter Formularlink
Möglichkeit, den Link zum Formular – z. B. über den DocuWare URL Creator – automatisch zu verschlüsseln.Option für automatische Ablaufzeit
Zeitlich begrenzte Gültigkeit von Formularlinks, z. B. nach 24 oder 48 Stunden.Passwortauthentifizierung
Zusätzliche Schutzschicht, bevor das Formular geöffnet werden kann.Automatische Deaktivierung nach Einreichung

Ablage aller E-Rechnungsspezifikationen mit einer einzigen Konfiguration
Es sollte möglich sein, eine globale DocuWare-Konfiguration für die Erkennung aller E-Rechnungsspezifikationen zu erstellen.
Der DocuWare-Support hat uns bestätigt, dass aktuell für jede Spezifikation eine eigene Konfiguration angelegt werden muss – selbst wenn sich diese nur minimal unterscheiden.Das ist sehr aufwendig in der Konfiguration und bei der Ablage. Für den Benutzer ist ohne Hilfsmittel nicht erkennbar, um welche Spezifikation es sich handelt und welche Ablage gewählt werden müsste.

Add the ability to configure or turn off automatic refresh timing for Task Lists
Allowing task lists to refresh at certain intervals(as in the Lists module) or allowing only manual refresh, would allow customers with large amounts of tasks to avoid regular periods of delay while refreshing.

Be able to configure several intelligent indexing storage dialog boxes on the same tray
Currently, we can only configure one storage dialog box using intelligent indexing per tray, but some users store all their documents in their default btray but have to use different dialog boxes depending on the type of document, which means that 1 the administrator has to create other buckets with permission management and 2 the user has to move the document to this other bucket in order to be able to use the appropriate intelligent indexing dialog box. E-Rechnung + Anhang als weitere Seiten der Rechnung ein-/ausschalten
Aktuell zieht DocuWare im Standard immer die XML E-Rechnung aus einer ZUGFeRD PDF raus und hängt diese an die Rechnung als weitere Seiten mit dran. Genauso die weiteren Anhänge in der PDF und auch in der E-Rechnung. Das führt u. U. dazu, dass Dokumente die vorher aus 2 Seiten bestehen, plötzlich aus 14 Seiten bestehen. Manche Kunden wünschen das andere wiederum nicht, deshalb würde ich vorschlagen, dass man diese Funktion über die Konfiguration ein- und ausschalten kann.

Tabelleneinträge der Webformulare auf Formularvorlagen übertragen
Wir brauchen die Möglichkeit, die Tabelleneinträge der Webformulare auch auf die Formularvorlagen drucken zu können. Wir arbeiten oft mit mehreren Formularvorlagen, die basierend auf einem Onlineformular ausgefüllt werden. Leider kann man die Tabelleneinträge nur als Index speichern, aber nicht die PDF Vorlagen damit befüllen. Es wäre schön, wenn es eine Lösung dafür geben würde.

Verbesserte Viewer Ansicht für Office Dokumente mit aktiver Option "Änderungen verfolgen"
Änderungen werden bspw. im Word über "Änderungen verfolgen" farbig markiert. Dieses soll in DocuWare - Viewer sichtbar sein. Weiterhin sollen pdf-Dokumente diese farbigen Inhalte auch beim Herunterladen oder Drucken enthalten.

downlaod a document with embedded xml and with annotation (stamp)
I have an e-invoice document that contains an embedded XML.
When downloading such a document in its original format, it remains unaltered, so annotations cannot be included.
But I have a need to add a stamp to this document.
unfortunatly when downloading it as PDF with annotations, DocuWare creates a new PDF file. In this process, embedded XML content appears as a separate page rather than remaining embedded.Is it possible to download the document with annotation and keep the embedded XML?

Kommentar für Workflowversion
In DW gibt es beim Workflow-Designer (egal ob das alte oder das neue, welches noch kommt), durch veröffentlichen eine neue Version zu erstellen.
Diesen kann man gegebenenfalls wiederherstellen.
Allerding sind diese Versionen kaum auseinander zu halten.
Daher mein Vorschlag, dass beim Veröffentlichen eines Workflows ein Textfeld ausgefüllt wird, in dem man Beschreiben kann, was in dieser Version geändert wurde.
So ähnlich wie man es unter git kennt.Von der Umsätzung wäre es auch nicht viel.
In der Datenbank gäbe es dazu ein Feld mehr und im Workflowdesigner müsste beim Veröffentlichen ein Textfeld abgefragt werden.2 votes -
Share by Email to the New Microsoft Outlook
Currently if you select "Share by Email" for a document in a result list it will only open the old Classic Outlook email client even if the new Outlook is selected as the default email app on the workstation.
