Export - Removal of spaces
Hello, would it be possible to update the data export with an option that preserves spaces, in order to configure a PNM file (SAGE type)? As far as I know, this is the only missing feature to make it work.

Benutzersynchronisation ab 7.12 verbessern/erweitern
Mit der neuen Benutzersynchronisierung (Benutzerbereitstellung über App-Registrierung) fehlen elementare Optionen:
- Es wird automatisch eine Mail an die synchronisierten User geschickt, diese Entscheidung muss meiner Meinung nach auf DocuWare Seite liegen und nicht pauschal erfolgen!
- Es wird immer ein Userbezogener Briefkorb angelegt, der dann auch noch pauschal INBOX heißt. Auch diese Entscheidung muss meiner Meinung nach auf DocuWare Seite konfiguriert werden können.Macht der IT-Dienstleister oder die IT des Kunden einen Fehler und synchronisiert das komplette AD, haben wir die Umgebung erstmal vollgemüllt und müssen alles manuell löschen. XML Document processing: diffrent trays
When using document processing for XML files, it should be possible to distribute XML files to different document trays depend on the file content, e.g. one of the XML fields.

Darstellung im Viewer von XML-Rechnungen im ebInterface Format
Nachdem ebInterface in Österreich ein gängiges Format für XML-Rechnungen ist, wäre es von wesentlichem Vorteil, wenn diese Rechnungen nicht nur im Datenmodell gelesen, sondern auch grafisch im Viewer korrekt Dargestellt werden könnten (wie beispielsweise Zugferd). Die Rechnungsprüfung und auch Prüfung durch Behörden würden dadurch wesentlich erleichtert.

Allow user to link a common field in a form to a select list
I have several multi-select lists that have a common field - Facility. But the only way to use them would be to combine them into a larger multi-select list. For instance I have a list of Pay type codes and a list of Supervisors. At the top of the form the facility is chosen and I am using that to pull the pay types. I'd like to also limit the Supervisor list to the facility as well. Maybe a way to associate a Form Field to a field in the select list when you click Filter. Then a choice to…

Export a list of user with their roles, groups and more
It is possible to export a list of users from the configuration menu, but it is not possible to have their roles or groups.
It would be nice to have such an option and maybe even more informations related to a user.

Discussion feed associated with documents
It would be helpful if there were a discussion feed associated with a document, perhaps something in a side panel of the document viewer. Something like a chat feed, where users who have access to the document can add conversation entries. This would be great in workflows where documents may get passed back and forth. The chat feed would exist outside of the document, rather than text annotations on top of the document. This would also be easier than trying to pass messages back and forth in workflow using index values.

Add functionality to display formatting from the "Review Changes: Markup All" feature in Microsoft Word
As of DocuWare 7.11, DocuWare is only able to display "Simple Markups" from Microsoft Word, even if Markup All is selected.

Stempel Informationen bei Workflow-Entscheidungen selektiv anpassbar
Es wäre wünschenswert das Informationen in Stempel nur Sichtbar sind, wenn das Feld auch ausgefüllt ist. Jetzt haben wir oft Stempel die zwar das Feld "Bemerkung:" enthalten, aber es steht kein Information dahinter. Wäre cool das es nur angezeigt wird, wenn das entsprechende Feld in der Aufgabe auch befüllt wurde.

Smart Connect SSO (SingleSignOn)
Es wäre schön, wenn die Möglichkeit bei Smart Connect Konfigurationen, insbesondere Smart Search, bestehen würde, dass man einstellen kann, ob z.B. die Smart Search automatisch das SingleSignOn durchführen würde.
Wir haben nämlich den Fall, dass die User auf einem Terminalserver aus der Software Vias Kundenakten in DocuWare einsehen möchten, ansonsten wird das DocuWare kaum verwendet.
Weswegen ein automatisches SSO in Smart Search/Smart Connect, schön wäre, sodass die entsprechenden Listen direkt geladen werden.
Vielleicht kann man das Umsetzen, dass das man in den Konfigurationen von Smart Connect einstellen kann, z.B. über eine Checkbox.

Erweiterung der Webformular verarbeitung
Es fehlt die Möglichkeit mehrere Eingabefelder (Text) in einem Indexfeld / Stichwortliste zusammenzufassen. Aktuell habe ich das Problem mit Formularen mit Teilnehmerlisten. Hier wird in einem Formular der Name eingetragen und in einem zweiten Feld unterschrieben. Ich möchte jedoch nicht für jedes Teilnehmerfeld ein eigenes Indexfeld anlegen, auch damit die Suche nach Teilnehmern (interne Schulungen) über den Suchdialug einfach von statten geht.
Über die Dokumentenverwaltung funktioniert dieses Prinzip problemlos. Hier haben wir die Verarbeitung schon länger im Einsatz. Nun wollen wir dieses Formular (Word / PDF) nicht jedes mal vorausfüllen, ausdrucken, unterschreiben und wieder einscannen.

Implement the ability to add more than one email account dynamically to a Email task in a workflow
It is quite normal to have a list of an unknown number of emails you need to automatically send an email. Right now, there is no way to configure a workflow that get all these emails and send an email to all of them at the same time, as you have to add one by one in an unique variable to the email task.
It would be nice to have the ability to add all the emais in an text variable just separated by “;”.1 vote -
Sum in result lists
It would be nice to be able to have a sum of some index at the bottom of a result list : use case is, thare are invoices in validation, a reulst list gives the list of all invoices in the flow, the footer of the list displays the overall amount of amount to be paid in the list

Table index in Result Lists for export to Power BI

Bei XRechnungen werden in der XML-Datei nicht nur Rechnungsinformationen übergeben, sondern es können auch Dokumente (PDFs, Excel, GAEB-Dateien) als Rechnungsanhänge eingebettet sein.
Die Anzeige der Rechnungsinformationen im Viewer funktioniert bereits super! Es wäre toll, wenn auch die Rechnungsanhänge über den Viewer eingesehen oder heruntergeladen werden könnten.14 votes -
Administration license (named licence) should be included without the need to have an etxra license
HI,
When a customer buys a 4 user license or other packages, why do we need to use one named license for an Administration user to build/configure the system. Typically, we as the seller are used to build and support the system and it's an unnecessary conversation to have to explain to the customer that if they need all 4 named licences, they need to buy another one for us to support them.

Allow Web Form Fields Data for Drop Down lists to be duplicated automatically
It would be great to be able to use an external select list that can be connected to more than one file cabinet to pull/filter data. Eg. I choose an Employee number that pre-populates other drop down lists based on the data in an employee file cabinet but I also want to be able to filter data from another file cabinet eg. their employee number links to a record and I want to filter the data in that file cabinet to prepopulate/filter the data for other drop down fields attached to this select list.

Amending DocuWare Document Tray Copy Tool
Regarding document trays, when the "Copy" button is selected, the users are not copied over from the tray. The copy button seems pointless when you can just create a new tray and direct this to the same cabinet.

Keep the opened page when reloading document after update
When a document preview is open, and the document gets updated, the view resets and goes back to the first page. It would be very useful that the open document would automatically go back to the page/clipped document where the preview was left off before the document update.
