Dokumente herunterladen per Workflow (Speichern unter...)
Es wäre schön wenn man in einem Workflow automatisiert eine Kopie des Dokuments in ein bestimmtes, oder noch besser per Variable definiertes Verzeichnis speichen könnte. Per Deklaration eben mit oder ohne Anmerkungen, so wie beim "normalen" Herunterladen eines Dokuments).

Please bring back the option to Sort By: "Comments". This allowed us to categorize and prioritize on items that are due asap more efficiently.

Autorefresh von Ergebnislisten verbessern
Wir mussten aus Performance Gründen das Automatisches Aktualisieren der Aufgabenliste abstellen, da ja sonst die Liste sekündlich Abfragen an die DB feuert, was bei 500 Listen über alle User Verteilt wohl ein Problem darstellt.
Entweder man könnten den Autorefresh Modus angeben
dazu gibt's auch schon ein Eintrag im Engl. Forum;

oder man könnte in dieser Richtung auch ein Hinzufügen eines Mindestintervalls andenken, bei dem Aufgabenlisten und gespeicherte Suchen automatisch aktualisiert werden, wenn ein Dokument (welches in den Ergebnissen enthalten ist) aktualisiert wird, aber nicht häufiger als einmal alle X Sekunden.8 votes -
Option to set Merge Form Field behaviour as Single Line Text or Multi Lines Text
As default Merge Form Field displays text as Single Line Text and often text from a web form disappears if it's too long. They only way the text breaks lines is if it's linked to a Multi Lines Text Field from a web form.
Now with Fill Areas if I want to overlay text from a Keyword type index in workflow to a fill area that wasn't linked to Multi Lines Field it behaves as Single Line Text.
Could you give us an option to choose Fill Area behaviour (as a Single Line Text or Multi Lines Text), please?5 votes -

Administation Read-Only
Um den produktiven Betrieb des DocuWare im RZ nicht durch die Anwender des eigenen Betriebs zu gefährden, sollten die firmeninternen Administratoren im Produktionssystem nur Read-Only-Rechte haben. Alles sehen, nichts anfassen.
Im DEV-System hingegen kann diese Gruppe alle Vollmachten haben; denn wenn sie das System kaputtspielen, müssen sie es halt im RZ wieder aufbauen lassen.
Derzeit in Version 6.12 ist ein Administrator immer auch voll schreibberechtigt. Das gilt für den Webclient aber vor allem auch für den leider immer noch nötigen Windows-Client.

In a workflow table field entry I would like to set a required field for a specific row. Here is an example. We have therapy evaluations. The referral comes in and is scheduled for the different therapy types with a table field that has the therapy type, date, location, and completion date. Then the therapists do the evaluations and they fill in the completion date. I would like to require that they fill in the completion date but if I require it then the first person to complete the evaluation would have to enter a date for the rest of…

Have a way to found out how many selections there were in a multi-select field.
I have not found a way to get the quantity of options that were selected in a multi select field in the workflow. This should be quite straightforward as I assume a multi-select is just a generic list or array so accessing this value should be as simple as List.Count or Array.Length, but with the current tools in the user interface it doesn’t seem possible

Indexdaten nach Request ändern
Es wäre gut, wenn es die Möglichkeit gäbe, das nach erfolgtem Request, ein zu definierendes Indexfeld geändert oder mit einer Information gefüllt werden könnte.

Save uploads from Forms with different index entries
If you use multiple upload blocks in a WebForm they all get the same index entries. For example a upload block for letters. and a different block for Copy ID. ANd a third block for a contract.
all attachments have the same index entries. Please create an option to assign diffent docment types per upload block1 vote -
Add functions "Copy to.." and "Quick copy to..." in Tools Box
In the tools box, it will be interesting to add functions "Copy to.." and "Quick copy to..." which are available in search list.
Like as send and download tools, you can choose to copy file, document or page and after copy you 'll have the choice to delete the copied file, document or page.2 votes -

man sollte eine Option haben, dass das gescannte Element automatisch einen Titel bekommt, den man mit Datums und Uhrzeitstempel versehen kann und beliebig anordnen, dür meine Zwecke bspw das Format 20200217_Beleg1

Offene Vertretungsregel
Vertretungsregeln sollten ähnlich wie in MS Outlook gestalten werden (e-mail Weiterleitung ohne Konfig. im Workflow) Es soll möglich sein ganz einfach seinen Vertreter zu wählen. Z.b.: ein User trägt ein von wann bis wann er nicht am Platz ist und daher seine Aufgaben nicht machen kann. Im Anschluss wählt er aus einer Liste von Usern die die selben Rechte haben wie er selbst seinen Vertreter für den Zeitraum. Bekommt der User (der nicht da ist) in dem Zeitraum eine Aufgabe so macht der Workflow eine Neu Zuweisung an dem von Ihm gewählten Vertreter.

Allow export of files to pdf searchable
If non text searchable PDF's are entered into DW and DW performs its own OCR so that we can high light text to enter into Store Dialogs; we should be able to export that same PDF out of DW so that it is in fact text searchable.

Stempel für Tabellenfeld - Zur Splitbuchung von Rechnungen
Es wäre schön wenn die neuen Tabellenfelder die in 7.1 eingeführt wurden auch mit Stempeln beschreibbar sind.
Idee Splitbuchung für die Praxis es können beim Buchen der Rechung Kostenstelle und Betrag in die Felder "gestempelt" werden.
Hätte den Vorteil dass die Buchhaltung visuell sieht wie die Rechnung aufgeteilt wurde
automatische Splitbuchung wird bei den Typischen Rechnung z.B. Handyrechnung, Büromaterial, Materialbestellungen die an Kunden verkauft werden etc. mit 25 oder 30 Seiten nie funktionieren bzw in dem kleinen Feld in der Maske nicht praxistauglich sein.

Sync Transfered Documents
When using Transfer Rules, it's great, but having the posibility to SYNC the index fields of the transfered documents would be ideal.
I understand this can make sense in some cases, but not all, so the Transfer Rule should have the Option, but not mandatory.

It would be great to assing an Automatic Result Lists, that would show only the columns where fields are not empty.

Allow fields to be removed in search pages
My default search has far more fields than I require. It would be useful if I could remove certain fields (like you can in results) so that I don't have to seach the screen to find the relevant ones.

Variable bei fälligkeitsstatus
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass man nicht nur bei der Erinnerung, sondern auch bei den Fälligkeitseinstellungen eine Variable für den Zeitpukt auswählen könnte.
