Gewünscht ist eine LDAP Authentifizierung in der Mobil APP, damit durchgehend ein User und ein Passwort verwendet werden kann.

Integration Highlightfunktion
Mit einem Highlighter im Nachhinein wichtige Punkte herausheben können, wäre eine sehr nützliche Ergänzung der ausgezeichneten App. Alternativ wäre eine Bearbeitung via Verbindung zu einer Highlight App wie Liner, Skitch oder Annotate PDF hilfreich.

Workflow und Autoindex starten option "enthält nicht"
Ich würde gern ein WF starten, wenn z.B. in unserem Indexfeld Kennzeichen keine - drinnen ist.
Es ist zwar Möglich immer ein WF zu starten und dann zu Prüfen ob ein - drin ist, aber dies würde Ressourcen umsonst verbrauchen.2 votes -
Create Blank Store Dialogs
It would be really helpful to have the option for a blank store dialog option instead of left clicking all the options I dont want. We have around 100 index fields and sometimes I just want 3 or 4.

Cloud FTP Import Dokumentenverarbeitung
Aktuell kann per Cloud FTP Import leider nur in einem Briefkorb abgelegt werden. Es wäre sehr praktisch für Cloud Kunden, um noch unabhängiger von lokaler Hardware zu sein, wenn man den DocuWare FTP Ordner auch zum überwachten Import mit Dokumentenverarbeitung nutzen könnte. Dann würde man die MFPs einfach in den DocuWare Cloud FTP Ordner scannen lassen.

Message on login
Make the system able to post custom messages to users as they login, similar to the tutorial that pops up on login. This could be used to notify users of upcoming outages, etc.

Workflow Tasks - Notification Sound on Arrival
Would be great to have the option for a Windows Notification when a workflow step arrives.
Direct request from a client, and I thought it worthy enough to submit.

Benutzergruppen als Auswahlliste genutzt werden können.
Wenn ich eine Auswahlliste erstelle, benötige ich die Möglichkeit eine User-Gruppe zu hinterlegen. Somit werden die Mitglieder der Gruppe zur Auswahlmöglichkeit. Desweiteren wäre es von Vorteil, wenn z.b. der Benutzersync neue Mitglieder in die Gruppe hinzufügt, diese Auswahllisten sich dann automatisch aktualisieren.
Momentan gibt es diese Funktion nur auf onPremise-Systemen via SQL-Abfrage. Diese Möglichkeit habe ich in der Cloud leider nicht.5 votes -
Manage alerts or limits for uploaded documents in cabinet or tray
To be able to manage alerts for types of documents uploaded and especially more important for their size, I am very interested to know that my users do not upload files of more than X mb in a specific file cabinet for example, or that they only upload PDFs.
This can be done in two ways, by alerts and leaving the user or with permissions in the filing cabinet, and that you put some filters to the filing cabinet of allowed limits.

In the workflow designer there is a variable for user of a group and a checkbox for a list variable. I would like to have a list variable for email addresses. I would also like to be able to fill that list with more than 100 results from a file cabinet query

Dokumentablage | SQL oder CSV Verbindungen bei "Text ersetzen" in "Indexieren"
Bei der Funktion 'Text ersetzen' ist es nicht vorgesehen, die Ersetzungsliste dynamisch zu füllen.
Nur während eine Konfiguration erstellt oder bearbeitet wird, werden die zu ersetzenden Werte aus einer CSV Datei mit dem aktuellen Stand eingelesen.Es wäre sinnvoll, wenn man auch dynamische Listen verwenden kann, da sich oft während der Laufzeit Werte, die ersetzt werden müssen, hinzufügen oder ändern.
Der Aufwand, in jeder Konfiguration manuelle Anpassungen zu machen, ist enorm.
Wir haben ca. 1-2 neue Werte am Tag bei inzwischen etwa aktiven 15 Konfigurationen, (wachsend).Vielen Dank und viele Grüße

Aufgabendialog kopieren
Für parallele Aufgaben im Workflow-Designer wäre es wirklich von Vorteil, wenn unter den Entscheidungen der Dialog kopiert werden könnte. Oft ist es so, dass parallele Aufgaben sehr identisch von der Feldnamenbezeichnung sind, da sie evtl. von mehren Personen / Abteilungen freigegeben werden müssen. Es ist mühsam, dieselben Feldnamen mit selbem Inhalt mehrmals eingeben zu müssen.

Comments section in the workflow
Some of our Workflows can get long and complicated, and for support reasons would be great to have a "Comments" node that isn't connected to the actual workflow, but simply displays in the viewer window. This way we can see at a glance what certain nodes are doing

Im Workflow generierte Mails indexiert ablegen
Im Workflow direkt anhaken, dass die dort generierte Mail mit bestimmten Indexdaten abgelegt werden soll. Andernfalls ist der Mailinhalt nicht nachvollziehbar, da man in der Workflowhistorie nur sieht, dass eine Mail verschickt wurde, aber nicht den Inhalt von dieser. Außerdem wäre dies hilfreich, um einen Vorgang vollständig nachvollziehen zu können, wenn alle Dokumente dazu im System zu finden sind.

DW Cloud - Make More Database Elements Available for Select Lists/Autoindex
For Select Lists and Autoindex routines the tables available in the cloud are somewhat dialed back, and since I am not looking to update anything in these tables it seems like it would be harmless to make more of them available to us. The case today was a situation where in an on premise system I can create a select list for the users in a group or role, but I can't get to the tables needed to do this in the cloud.

Make stamps searchable
Stamps do not appear to be searchable. It would be very beneficial if a content search be able to search these stamps.

Allow documents storage in batches instead of having to store each individual document.
After you drag multiple documents to the Inbox simultaneously, they are all highlighted and you can select the "STORE" box, but the next step forces you to select STORE once again individually for each item needing to be stored, which is completely redundant. They were already all highlighted and STORE was selected, at which point a "group store" would be adequate. After all, there is always the option of deleting a document later on, if this was a mis-step.

Workflow-Historie übersichtlicher gestalten
In der Workflow-Historie gibt es den Abschnitt "Zuweisung" dieser ist eigentlich nur für Administratoren interessant und könnte daher zunächst mal ausgeblendet sein.
Gerade für komplexere Workflows ist die Zuweisung für den Endanwender oft nur verwirrend und macht die Historie unübersichtlich. Schön wäre es auch, wenn man die Entscheidungen dann gleich in der Historie sieht ohne den Schritt aufzuklappen.9 votes -

Zur einfacheren Handhabung wünschen wir uns ein Vorschaufenster analog dem Windows-Explorer. Die Bitte wurde seitens diversen Kunden und Revisoren bei uns deponiert.
