Wiedervorlagen als Client-Funktion (Out-Of-The-Box)
Ähnlich wie die Funktion "Anfrage senden" wünsche ich mir eine fest eingebaute Funktion für Wiedervorlagen mit folgenden Features:
- ein oder mehrere Empfänger
- Fälligkeit
- Entscheidung, ob ein User oder alle User die Aufgabe erledigen müssen
- Benachrichtigung per Mail ja/nein
- Ansicht zur Überwachung und Steuerung bereits zugeteilter WVL
- Ansicht für empfangene Wiedervorlagen
Warum keinen Workflow hierfür nutzen?
- Das bauen eines WVL-Workflows für mehrere Benutzer ist sehr komplex. Entsprechend viel Debugging ist erforderlich. Also eine sehr zeitintensive Angelegenheit.
- Als Überwachungsfunktion eignet sich leider nur die Controller-Funktion, mit der der Controller dann aber alle WVL-Aufgaben sieht, nicht nur die eigenen.9 votes -

Aus geblendete Indexbegriffe in Listen, Suche, Ergebnis etc. sollten immer alphabetisch angezeigt werden

Define reminder dates for tasks based on due dates rather than define due dates by reminder dates
I frequently have workflows that require tasks to be due by x number of days after an indexed date.
The problem is I can only set the reminder date by a variable, which requires me to hardcode the due date after a reminder date.I have a situation where a reminder date is 1 week before a due date, and the due date should be 30 days after a date index field.
If the document is stored the day before the task needs to be due, the reminder date defaults to the following day (since a reminder cannot be set…

Allow only data records in file cabinet
As it is now common practise to use file cabinets as hidden databases for workflow assignments (i.e. Approval Matrix, Supplier List, etc.) it would be good to have an option in the file cabinet settings to prevent users from accidentally storing documents into those cabinets.
In many cases the local DocuWare Admins who need to maintain those file cabinets are normal users and therefore may make mistakes...

Automatische Erkennung Scankonfiguration auf verschiedene Archive
Es sollte die Möglichkeit geben bei einem Staplescan Dokumente auf verschiedene Archive zu verteilen abhängig von der Konfiguration.
Anwendungsfall: Wir haben Eingangsrechnungen verschiedener Mandanten die in der Poststelle ankommen. Anhand der Barcodes (beginnt mit Erkennung) sollen die Dokumente im Stapel gescannt werden und nach der Auftrennung in den einzelnen Archiven landen.

Allow users to Rotate Multiple Pages in the Document Overview
There are many occasions that multiple pages or whole documents are rotated in DocuWare.
We would like a function where we can select and rotate pages in the Document Overview in the DocuWare Document Viewer.

Bestimme Indexfelder bei Aufgabe änderbar
Es sollte die Möglichkeit geben, dass man bei den einzelnen Aufgaben bestimmte Indexfelder wie z.B. Betrag (wenn Rechnungskorrekturen gemachten werden), KST (dann würde der Stempel kleiner werden) und Bezeichnung (falls wer einen falschen Text reinschreibt).

Filterung von mehrspaltigen Auswahllisten über Workflow-Variablen
Die Filterung von mehrspaltigen Auswahllisten sollte auch über globale Workflow- und Index-Variablen möglich sein. Momentan ist das nur über Dialogfelder integriert.
Beispiel:
Es wird eine Mandantennummer als globale Variable mitgegeben, auf diese soll dann eine externe Auswahlliste gefiltert werden.5 votes -
AutoIndex with Docid
Add the DOCID field in the list of system fields that can be assigned when doing an AutoIndex. To be able to assign this value to a metadata ot fhe document or to be able to use it in BB.DD connections in order to wirtwe it in the local tables.

Create data record with forms
I use forms for data entry all the time. I don't always need to store the document as long as I store the indexes. In forms it has the option of document format either letter or A4. Could data record be added to just store the indexes and not the form itself?

Remove check box in Desktop Apps Import configuration that prevents the file from importing until the file is completely written to folder
Remove check box in desktop app folder import configuration that tells the import profile to wait to upload a file until the file is completely written to the folder. The functionality should be hard coded. I can't think of a use case where you would want to import a file that wasn't fully written to a folder.

Suchoption, ob Verknüpfung besteht
In Suchdialogen sollte es die Möglichkeit geben, dass als Filter gesetzt werden kann, ob konfigurierte Verknüpfungen bei den Dokumenten vorhanden sind. Dies sollte einzeln je nach Verknüpfung überprüfbar sein.

Filteroption in Aufgabenliste als Ausschlußkriterium
Es wäre für uns hilfreich, die Filteroption in der Aufganebliste auch als Ausschlußkriterium nutzen zu können.
Beispielsweise soll nach Aktivitäten gefiltert werden, und hier alles bis auf eine bestimmte Aktivität angezeigt werden.
Perfekt wäre es natürlich die Filterkriterien kombinieren zu können (wie bei der Suche).
In unserem Fall ist es ein Bestellprozess bei dem die letzte Aktivität "Auftrag abrechnen" ist. Wenn ich die Aufträge nun nach Liefertermin sortiere habe ich die ausgelieferten, aber noch nicht abgerechneten Aufträge immer kreuz und quer in der Aufganbenliste.
Und nur deshalb den Schritt "Auftrag abrechnen" in einen separaten Workflow auszulagern, will ich auch nicht…2 votes -
Infofelder im Workflowdesigner
Ich würde es gut finden, im Workflowdesigner Infofelder setzen zu können um Änderungen dokumentieren zu können, oder eine komplexere Konstellation erklären zu können, damit auch ein Kollege damit arbeiten kann ohne vorher Schritt für Schritt alles herausfinden zu müssen.
Diese Infofelder müssten eigentich nur einen erklärenden Text enthalten und frei platziert werden können.2 votes -
Ability for token based authentication when using the API
It would be able to use token based authentication such as Oauth2 to connect to the APIs rather than needing to rely on user name and passwords.

Have the "Document locked" message display larger and longer
Our internal department has requested that when a 2nd user attempts to open a document that another user has opened in a task list that the "Document is locked by" message window be larger and over the document image longer before it fades away (or stay until ok is clicked). They state that it is easy for a user to not see the message before it disappears as they are working on multiple monitors and multiple applications all day long.

PlatformServices - .NET API: Dateien an einen bestehenden Dokument direkt voranklammern.
Es existiert in dem .NET API die Methode AddDocumentSections, mit welcher man die Dateien an einen bestehenden Dokument direkt klammern kann, ohne diese vorher in einen Briefkorb abzulegen.
In vielen Fällen ist es aber gewünscht, die neue Dateien vorne hinzufügen. Dafür fehlt eine entsprechende Methode.
Es ist zwar möglich, die Datein erstmals n einen Briefkorb abzulegen und dann voranklammern, es ist aber unnötig kompliziert da einen "technischen" Briefkorb und zusätlichen API Aufrufe braucht.5 votes -
Connect to Desktop Apps from Configurations page
If all the user licences are assigned and you need to connect the administration account to desktop apps, you have to reassign a licence and login to the front end, then connect desktops apps and then reassign the licence again. It would be much easier if you could connect the desktop apps from the configuration page.
