Put Intelligent Indexing as a Column (like in Store Dialogs table).
Show Intelligent Indexing lightbulb as a column for Document Trays (the same way they appear for Store dialogs). This little thing will help so much IRL - like when there are dozens of trays.

URL Integration for Full Interface
It would be nice to be able to use URL integration to point someone to a specific part of the full interface. I would like to be able to have a URL that goes to the full interface, but directs people to the target part.
I want to be able to put someone in their document tray tab, without specifying a document tray guid. I want to be able to put someone in the tasks tab, without choosing which workflow they see first. I need to be able to do these things without removing the other interface options.

Ergebnisliste aus einer Suche heraus erstellen
Der Wunsch ist, aus einer Suche heraus (z. B. 40 Ergenisse) nacheinander Dokumente/Einträge temporär zu markieren und nach Durchsicht der Suchergebnisse diese relevanten Einträge als Liste/Auswahl (keine einzelnen Links) einem Kollegen zur Verfügung zu stellen/zu senden (Ergebnisliste, ähnlich oder gleich wie Ergenisse einer Suche).
Ohne das diese durch z. B. Indexeinträge definiert werden könnte.2 votes -
Add an audit tool to locate Jobs
Import jobs can run under multiple users on the server and/or on any workstation. Currently there's no way to find them without logging in on each machine with each user to find connections and jobs. I recommend adding a tool on the server to audit all jobs connecting its incoming Desktop App receipts like Imports.

Aufgabe neu zuweisen von Extern steuern
Aufgaben sollten von einer externen Datenbank neu zugewiesen werden.
In unserem PPS-System ist der Verantwortliche für eine Auftrag festgelegt. Dieser muss dann auch bestimmte Aufgaben in einem Workflow erledigen. Beim Festlegen des Benutzers der Aufgabe wird dieser aus der Datenbank unseres PPS-Systems ausgelesen. Die Aufgabe hat keine Vorgabe, bis wann diese erledigt sein soll. Während der Abarbeitung des Auftrages kommt es vor, dass ein neuer Verantwortlicher im PPS-System festgelegt wird. Die damit verbundenen Aufgaben müssen in DocuWare dann per Hand neu zugewiesen werden. Dies sollte automatisch ablaufen.1 vote -
Trays icons on the desktop showing nb of documents in it (like trashbin empty/full)
As explained in the title, and as shown on the screenshots ; easy to see if you have documents and how many in each of the document trays you have access to. Really cool feature for an improved user experience. (no need to go in DW or to receive a notification)

Versand mehrerer auswählbarer Seiten eines Dokumentes
Ergänzend zu den Wünschen, mehrere auswählbare Seiten eines Dokumentes herunterladen bzw. drucken zu können, sollten diese sich auch per E-Mail versenden lassen. Optional einzeln oder als ein PDF.

Make the zoom level of the Document Overview persistent.
Is there a way to make the zoom level of the Document Overview persist whenever it is summoned anew? If not, can we get that feature added? I don't know why anyone would ever NOT want the Document Overview to remember the size of the thumbnails that has been previously selected...

Zweiseitenansicht wie bei PDF Viewern
Bei der Rechnungsprüfung wäre es für uns hilfreich, wenn wir die Dokumente, in der von PDF Viewern bekannten, Zweiseitenansicht bzw. Buchansicht sehen könnten. Eine solche Funktion würde eine Prüfung von mehrseitigen Dokumenten für uns sehr vereinfachen.

Ability to download a document in Excel format
We have reports that are getting imported into DocuWare as a DOCX file. A nice feature to the download section would be to convert the report to an Excel (xlsx) format. The accounting side of the business could then filter and work with the information better.

Split the print and save security
Split the security for printing and saving within the exporting control. Our company must print the latest technical documentation to deliver with the final product but would like to block the ability for employees to save the content to their local drives.

Printing is always done by converting the document to PDF, and opening in a PDF viewer for printing. Technically the user has now the PDF file and can save it by himself. Right splitting would result in no difference. -

Aufscheinen eines Symbols in der Status-Liste, wenn eine neue Nachricht hereinkommt
Ähnlich wie beim E-Mail wäre es praktisch, wenn ein Symbol in der Statusleiste erscheint, wenn eine neue Nachricht hereinkommt, so müsste man nicht ständig ins Docuware einsteigen.

Indexfilter-Profile sollten früher eine Auswirkung auf die Anzeige haben
Indexfilter sind etwas ganz feines, allerdings hatte mich das Kontextmenü gerade etwas in die Irre geleitet, weswegen ich einen Supportfall 270825 eröffnet hatte: Für mich war nach der korrekten IF-Einstellung als Anwender nicht ersichtlich, bei welchem Dokument ich Indexwerte bearbeiten darf, und wo nicht - das wollten wir dynamisch gestalten, allerdings zeigte das Kontextmenü für ein Dokument immer noch "Indexeinträge ändern" an, obwohl der Nutzer für dieses Dokument gar keine Rechte hat. Das hat sich auch in der Infobox nicht anders dargestellt - erst beim Klick auf "Speichern" kam dann die Meldung, dass ich für dieses Dokument keine Rechte hätte.…

URL builder - IN statement
REQUEST:
Add the ability to use an "IN" statement when calling Docuware through URLs.REASON:
Queries will fail once you exceed the length limitation. It is not uncommon for us to have the query portion of the URL in the thousands of characters. The main cause is repetition of field names.EXAMPLE 1 (simple):
A query that currently looks like:
([documenttype]="FAI" or [documenttype]="FAI-R" OR [documenttype]="GMTX" OR [documenttype]="RECEIVER") [document_id] = "123"would be shortened to:
[documenttype] IN ("FAI","FAI-R","GMTX","RECEIVER") AND [documentid] = "123"

Have server name in admin tool for non admin users.
For users that don't have access to the system configurations, there is no way to know what server you are connected to once in the admin tool. Client has a test system and production. Yes, they have to type the server name in to connect but they want something, either top bar or bottom bar, to state which server they are connected to. That way if they get distracted, they don't have to log out and then log back in to figure out which one they are connected to.

Modify the Query Definition screen
Modify the Query Definition screen so the user can create a working query using the Graphical Editor mode, then switch to the SQL Statement mode and see how DocuWare queries are properly structured. This would allow for a much better understanding of how to write the queries in DocuWare using the SQL Statement editor.
