Better usage of the open Microsoft Office format
The new Microsoft Office formats are open and formatted with XML. It would be nice to use this better, for example with comparison of two documents (Regarding versioning) or for automatic indexing for known documents. The index values could be read directly in the XML data. Most documents are created with the Microsoft Office package.

Start applying the Amharic Language in our Docuware OCR Engine
We are currently applying on a big Ethiopian Tender. If we win it then we will be the first DMS suplier in that country and will be opening a gateway to a big potential market in Africa. The Amheric language is required in our OCR engine to win that bid.

Tab Folge und Entertaste im Workflow
Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn ein Workflowfall geöffnet wird, er automatisch in das erste Eingabefeld springt. Wenn man dort etwas eingibt kann man mit der "Enter" Taste Bestätigen drücken so dass die nächste Instanz geöffnet wird in der er dann direkt wieder im ersten Eingabefeld ist. So wäre es z.B. beim Zuweisen einer Kostenstelle möglich alle Rechnungen nacheinander nur mit der Tastatur zu bearbeiten

Datumsformat bei Benachrichtigungen vom User abhängig machen
Im Moment ist es so das die Server Sprache auf welchem der Workflow Manager installiert ist entscheidet welches Datumsformat verwendet wird(Englischer Server = Englisches Datumsformat)
Es wäre sinnvoller das direkt vom ZielUser abhängig zu machen oder zumindest über die Region die am Server eingestellt ist.1 vote -
Die Fehlermeldung bei einem Indexfeld mit Feldmaske sollte man bei der Konfiguration abschalten können.
über eine Feldmaske können Angaben aus einer zusammengesetzten Auswahlliste passend zurechtgeschnitten werden.
Das ist praktisch, da der Kunde so nach irgend welchen Werten suchen kann aber die richtigen Daten eingetragen werden.Dabei wirft DW leider immer eine Fehlermeldung, die zwar nur anzeigt, dass der ursprüngliche Wert nicht passt, dieser wird aber korrekt zugeschnitten.
Diese Fehlermeldung ist zwar berechtigt, aber für unsere Nutzungsweise müsste man sie abschalten können.

Restore function "Open in plugin"
If you need to edit stored documents from Web Client using a different software instead the default software associated to the documents file extension.

Optinal notification when saving from DocuWare Explorer Client
When saving with the DocuWare explorer, the notification popup should be optional maybe with a choice of a non untrusive popup like the DocuWare desktop popup.

Creating users with more than 200 users or 50 profiles
Since last update, organizations with more than 200 users can't create new users via Docuware Configuration (web client), they have to do it through DW Administration, and then an email isn't sent to the new user.
This is a functionality than existed before with the DW Cloud Portal.
I would like to propose that Docuware remove this restriction in the Configuration panel.1 vote -
Limit list of stamp with values of a fields
When you have many stamp it is difficult for the user to know which to choose. The list should be limited according to, for example, the type of document or its state etc.

More Information In AutoIndex Start/Stop Dialog
The choice for Iterated Records in an AutoIndex job is based on what is most expedient from a processing perspective. Though, when the Processed column provides a count of the iterated records, it is confusing. One wants to know the number of records updated in each data source, not the number of records in a file..

DocumentName - Possibility to write back documentname from XML-File
It should be possible to write back the "DocumentName" for example. "overdraftpdf000003" from the Archive xml-File to the database (archive-Field). The Reason in this case is to control the correct import of files.

DocuWare Import - Reihenfolge der Papierdokumente
Ein DocuWare Import Job sollte nach der Barcodetrennung bei der Archiv-Direktablage, die ursprüngliche Reihenfolge von einem Papierstapel beibehalten.
Wir haben Fälle, wo es nicht möglich ist nach dem Barcode zu sortieren. Beispielsweise wenn dieser von einem ERP System erzeugt wird und nicht im Zusammenhang mit der Dokumentenreihenfolge steht.

Mark Manually Added Users Not to Delete Automatically
There is a way to automate the revoking of DocuWare group membership, based upon their AD Group Membership. Unfortunately the solution also deletes those manually created accounts, especially all our Administrative service accounts we've created that run our imports, and provide testing users.
What if it was possible to Auto-Delete Users, EXCEPT those you mark not to delete.

Enterprise Server needs to allow for different Workflow Engine URL based on local web server.
Customer has a main office location (A) and a secondary location (B). Each has there own DocuWare Workflow engine instance.
When an email notification from the workflow engine on B is emailed it uses a URL for site A, site A also uses a URL for A.
A needs workflow URL's for A
B needs workflow URL's for BCause: A & B are different domains and users of B do not have access to A through the company network.

Intellignet index recognize negative numbers with parenthesis
I would like to suggest that Intelligent Indexing and point and click indexing recognize number with in parenthesis as negative numbers.

Create pop-out box when adding/editing a SQL query of a Data Source
Currently when adding/editing a SQL query of a Data Source (i.e. Select List) the field is locked and you can only see so much of a longer query
