Nur Stempel anzeigen lassen
Wenn auf einem Dokument viele Stempel angebracht wurden, kann man sich das Dokument durch ausblenden der Layer anzeigen lassen. Prima. Leider kann man manchmal die Anmerkung in einem Stempel nicht lesen. Dann wäre es gut, wenn man das Dokument ausblenden könnte und nur die Stempel sichtbar sind.

Add option to disable loading icon in viewer
When switching between pages in DocuWare's viewer, the loading icon that frequently pops up can be visually disruptive to some users. This effect has become more noticeable with the introduction of scrolling to change pages in 7.10. Additionally, the icon frequently persists shortly after the next page to be viewed is already loaded.
Disabling this icon will allow these users to view these documents more clearly while quickly reading them.

Ich schlage vor, dass bei der Kontierung eine Autovervollständigung eingeführt wird, anstelle von Auswahl über die Auswahlliste
bei der Kontierung ist es immer erforderlich die Eingabe über die Auswahlliste zu vervollständigen, obwohl beispielweise im Feld "Konto" das Sachkonto komplett eingegeben ist, muss für Docuware die Bestätigung incl. Sachkonto-Bezeichnung erfolgen.

Zurücksetzen von Feldern bei IIX Ablage
Wenn beim ablegen von Dokumenten IIX verwendet wird, dann ist das zurücksetzten aller Felder nicht möglich. Die Felder, welche mit IIX ausgelesen werden, lassen sich nicht über den "Zurücksetzen" Button leeren.

Über das klicken auf den "Zurücksetzen" Button bleiben die IIX Felder erhalten.Ein weiterer Button für das komplette zurücksetzten der Felder wäre gut.

Support Azure proxy in the mobile app
Support for Azure proxy in the mobile app.
Currently, if we have Azure Information Protection enabled, we cannot log into the mobile app, but if we disable it, we do not see the same issue. The issue stems from a Azure Proxy tool (AIP) prompting a microsoft log in when we use the QR code. It was noted that the Mobile app cannot process this request as its expecting a DW log in first.
Due to security reasons, we cannot have Azure information Protection disabled, so we wanted to see if there will be any support for comapnies that have…

Volltext-Suche in einem Dokument nicht nur vor- oder rückwärts, sondern in ganzem Dokument
Wenn in einem Dokument über die Werkzeugleiste nacheinander nach verschiedenen Informationen in diesem einen Dokument gesucht wird, z.B. einzelne Artikelnummern, kann aktuell nur in eine Richtung gesucht werden: Vorwärts, oder Rückwärts. Wenn man aber nicht weiß ob der nächste Suchbegriff auf den vorherigen, oder nachfolgenden Seiten steht muss immer nacheinander in die verschiedenen Richtungen gesucht werden. Es sollte möglich sein, wieder das ganze Dokument zu durchsuchen.

Allow management of the Public group for users that are synced into DocuWare
Allow members synched into DoicuWare from the AD group to be managed in the Public DocuWare group. In certain cases, it is not possible to remove the user from the Ad group and as such they are still in the DocuWare system as a user. If we can unselect them from the "Public" group, then the system will be more secure by not giving them any privileges to do anything in DocuWare.

In der DocuWare Web-Konfiguration sollten die Module ( Dokumentverarbeitung, E-Mails aus Outlook) als Desktop Apps gekennzeichnet werden
Für die Module, wo die Desktop Apps benötigt werden, sollte direkt in der Web-Konfiguration erkenntlich sein, dass die Desktop Apps benötigt werden.
Beispielweise ist das bei E-Mails Allgemein nicht der fall.
Für die Detailierte Ordner, Printer Konfiguration sind verbundene Desktop Apps notwendig. Das sollte sichtbar gekennzeichnet sein.

Avoid opening the browser to sign-in purposes (since 7.10)
Since we are DocuWare integrators, we change our Desktop Apps connection all the time.
Since 7.10, we have been forced to open a browser just to open the WorkFlow designer.
Personally, I don't use my default browser to connect to the client's cloud (I assume I'm not alone in this situation), which means every time Desktop Apps wants to connect, it opens a tab on my default browser and forces me to retype the user/password.
It is time-consuming, and it gives us difficulties in some external communication with other services like SMSMod (untimely opening connection tabs).I know security concerns…

allow the deletion of fields in workflow designer without removing the field from merge forms.
I have a form that fills multiple merge forms that I setup before table fields were an option. When table fields were available in forms I was told that you could use a table field with a merge form. It can be done with a workflow. On this particular form I have hidden all of the original fields but it would be nice if I could remove the original fields without affecting the merge form.

Allow select lists to be used for choices in check boxes and radio buttons in forms
I have several lists that I use for drop downs but I would also like to use them for check boxes. Unfortunately I have to enter everything again when I do a check box.

Such-Operatoren für normalen User vereinfachen (abschaffen von OR, AND)
Wir haben ein spezielles Indexfeld hinzugefügt, in dem Informationen wie Lieferant, Projektnummer, Name, Bestellbetrag, Ort und Postleitzahl zusammengefasst sind. Diese Daten werden automatisch über einen Workflow generiert (join)
Dank dieses Indexfelds kann man alle relevanten Daten mit einer einzigen Suche finden. Zum Beispiel, wenn man alle Projektakten der 'Musterfirma GmbH' mit der Postleitzahl '12345' und einem Bestellwert von '5000 €' sucht, kann der Nutzer einfach folgendes eingeben:
Musterfirma AND 12345 AND 5000
Daraufhin werden alle passenden Projektakten angezeigt. Der Vorteil ist, dass man nicht in mehreren Feldern suchen muss.
Allerdings finden viele Nutzer die Eingabe von Operatoren wie * oder…

Add an area that describes where a desktop app connection is being used
In Profile and Settings there is a place where you can revoke a token. The issue is if more than one Desktop connection is listed, you have no idea of which connection to revoke. Be nice to have some sort of data to be able to tell them apart.

Mittlerweile ist die Auswahl "Divers" verpflichtend in der öffentlichen Verwaltung.
In den Einstellungen gibt es bei der Anlage eines neuen Benutzers bisher nur die Auswahl "Hr. / Fr."1 vote -
Workflow Aufgaben organisiere
Workflow Aufgaben sollte man organisieren/ausblenden wie bei Briefkörben/Dialogen/Listen im Profil. Aktuell herrscht hier Chaos wenn man in vielen Worfklow-Gruppen ist. Zudem wenn man verschiedene System Dev/Staging hat ist es unmöglich den Fokus zu behalten.

Webformular Designer so erweitern, dass Größe von Buttons, Checkboxen und Texte variabel gestaltet werden kann
Webformular Designer so erweitern, dass finales Webformular besser für kleine Mobilgeräte geeignet ist (responsive Design). Aktuell sind nämlich Schriftgröße, Radiobuttons, Checkboxen etc. so klein dargestellt, dass diese kaum verwendet werden können. Das erschwert die Arbeit auf Smartphones und Tablets erheblich! Auf mobilen Geräte ist es wichtig, dass Buttons, Texte usw. schön groß dargestellt werden.

Have an option to set the "original file name" either in the UI or in Workflow
The file name, as depicted in the bottom left corner of the viewer panel, is typically the file name used when exporting a document via Workflow (namely to a Web Service).
This can be problematic, when, for instance, a web form produces a document that goes into a workflow. In this case, the web form produces a file with the file name "form-name.pdf" where the name of the form is "Form Name". This can cause issues if the service in question expects different documents to have different names, or if the user has set the document name within DocuWare with…

allow workflow to loop through merge form fields
In my work around to fill in a table on a merge form with a table field data entry it would be really nice to be able to loop through all of the merge form fields. As it is, I need a data entry for each row of the table because if the row doesn't exist it will error and won't fill any of the previous rows. If I could loop, then all of the indexing would be managed simply with a formula and I would only need to do 1 data entry and end the loop when it errored…
