1. Allow selection of attachments stored with emails with Connect to Outlook

   When an email is being stored via Connect to Outlook, not all attachments are needed. It would be great if people can just select only those attachments within an email they want to store. For example, if there are 5 attachments and they want to store three of the attachments, they should be able to check off which ones they want to store.

   This saves space because currently, we are paying for both the attachments within an email and then the additional copies DocuWare is extracting of each attachment to show in the preview pane.

4. Spaltentyp "Dateianhang" in Formulartabellen hinzufügen

   Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn man in Formulartabellen als Spaltentyp "Dateianhang" hinzufügen könnte. Diese sollten dann in Reihenfolge der Tabellenzeilen an das Formular geklammert werden.
   So könnten bei Abrechnungsformularen mit mehreren Tabellenzeilen die jeweiligen Belege/Dokumente bzgl. Positionen schneller gefunden werden. Das Risiko, dass bspw. zwischen mehrseitigen Rechnungen auch Kassenbelege auftauchen, könnte dadurch reduziert werden.

5. Stempeleingabe direkt ohne zuerst reinklicken zu müssen

   Seit neuestem muss man bei Auswahl eines Stempels mit Eingabefeld immer erst mit der Maus in das Feld klicken, bevor man losschreiben kann. Das bringt den ganzen Ablauf durcheinander und macht es viel umständlicher, wie wenn ich direkt nach Auswahl des Stempels gleich die Eingabe über die Tastatur starten kann.

6. Behaviors on Tables in forms

   Please add behaviors to tables on forms. Just like we're able to add behaviors to any fields to conditionally display, we have a case where we would like to show the table with the appropriate column name depending on a user selection.

8. API - Transfer without annotations

   Since 7.9 we can access Platform API directly in the workflow.
   The transfer call allows us to copy a document from one storage location (File cabinet or tray) to another.
   However, I can't transfer the document without the annotations. It could be a good thing to be able to have the choice to copy with or without annotations (parameter in the call ?).

   The goal is to have the ability to place specific stamps that, once merged, can be used as anchor text for signature purposes. We cannot have other stamps or annotations on the signed document.

   I hope this request is clear enough.

9. Adding a new document version in one step - upload new version

   DocuWare is greatly lacking the option to directly add a new document version - upload new version (select document, confirm). This would significantly enhance the system's usability in certain cases and greatly simplify its use.

10. Title bar icons in the viewer be able to be hidden.

    Regarding the title bar icons in the viewer, especially the “Workflow Decision History” added in v7.11, I would like to be able to choose to hide them, as they are annoying when they are displayed even when the workflow is not in use.

11. die Buttons / Pfeile zum Aufklappen der Dropdownfelder wären an der linken Seite besser als auf der rechten Seite

    Aktuell befinden sich die Dropdown-Buttons der Indexfelder auf der rechten Seite der Inputfelder. Um den Arbeitsalltag zu erleichert / zu beschleunigen, wären diese Buttons auf der linken Seite besser angebracht, da man in diesem Bereich sowieso mit der Maus ist (z.B. wegen Texteingabe). Anbei ein Beispielbild, wie wir es lokal auf unseren Rechnern eingerichtet haben.

12. Allow the Use of the Sync Configuration with Version Management Enabled

    Currently, there is no way to perform a file cabinet synchronization job if Version Management is enabled. While there is a workaround by using the Transfer config for moving files out of the cabinet, this is an inconvenience to the customer if version management was enabled years ago and the file cabinet is filled with thousands of files.

14. Allow Sorting when pulling data to tablefield

    When pulling rows into a table field using the adopt all rows in a fixed order, you should be able to set an order using an order by clause in the sql statement. Examples includes po lines items where you should be able to pull in the details order by the po line number.

15. smarte Suche in mehrspaltigen Auswahlliste

    eine enorme Verbesserung in den Ablagedialogen - oder auch in den Workflow-Dialogen wären eine Suche über mehrere Spalten einer Auswahlliste.

    Aktuell kann man nur in der Spalte suchen, die dann auch in den Dialog / Indexfeld übernommen wird.

    Viel besser wäre, wenn man in mehreren Spalten suchen könnte - und das Ergebnis der Auswahl dann aus einer als Zielwert definierten Spalte gezogen wird.

    In der Auswahlliste müsste man definieren können in welchen Spalten das Suchwort gesucht werden soll. Zudem müsste man definieren, welche der Spalten bei Auswahl der "Zielwert" bzw. das Ergebnis der Suche sein soll.

    Bsp.:
    1.)
    Suche nach "Umsatzsteuer 19 %" und erhalte eine Trefferliste (alle Treffer aus Kontonummer und Bezeichnung).
    Ein Treffer wird ausgewählt und im Suchfeld wird die Kontonummer "3806" übernommen
    2.)
    Suche nach "4730" und erhalte nach Auswahl eiens Treffers aus der Trefferliste als Ergebnis die Kontonummer "4730"

    Einstellungen bei der Auswahlliste:
    verfügbare Spalten [Kontonummer] und [Bezeichnung] + x
    Suchspalten: [Kontonummer] und [Bezeichnung]
    Ergebnisspalte = [Kontonummer]

    Aktuell gibt es für das neue Outlook kein C2O AddIn. Zukünftig werden immer mehr Kunden auf das neue Outlook wechseln.
    Damit sie C2O weiterhin nutzen können, finde ich es wichtig, dass es auch ein AddIn für das neue Outlook gibt.

17. Berechnungen mit Datumsfelder in Formularen ermöglichen

    Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn man Berechnungen mit Datumsfelder in Formularen durchführen könnte.
    Die Berechnung sollte die hinterlegten Arbeitstage & Feiertage aus den Organisationseinstellungen berücksichtigen.
    So könnte man bspw. bei einer (Reisekosten-) Abrechnung auto. die Anzahl der Tage in einem weiteren Nummern-/Textfeld ausgeben bzw. dies als Zeilenlimit für Tabellenfelder nutzen.

18. URL-Integration - vordefinierte Ansicht von Dokumenten im Viewer

    Ein Kunde würde sich wünschen, dass in der URL-Integration eine Option zur Auswahl stehe, um Dokumente, welcher per Integrationslink geöffnet werden, unabhängig von den Einstellungen des Users mit geöffnetem Indexdialog im Viewer angezeigt werden.

    Für die allgemeine Arbeit in DocuWare wird hier meist eine andere Ansicht benötigt, als bei Dokumenten, die per Link bearbeitet werden, weswegen hier eine vorgegebene Ansicht den Workflow bei Usern in manchen Konstellationen durchaus verbessern könnte.

19. Automatische Identifikation bei Ordner-Import mit Kategorisierungsmöglichkeit in der Dokumentverarbeitung

    Ich schlage vor, dass in den Dokumentverarbeitungen für Ordner-Import die Einstellungen für die automatische Identifikation so erweitert werden, dass eine Kategorisierung der Dokumentverarbeitung möglich wird.
    Die Dokumentverarbeitung soll mit einer benutzerdefinierten Kategorisierung/Gruppierung versehen werden können (z.B. Eingangsrechnung, Lieferscheine...).

    Diese Kategorisierung soll in der Konfiguration von Import-Jobs ausgewählt werden können, so dass für den Import-Job eine automatische Identifikation aktiviert werden kann, die nur die für den jeweiligen Job relevanten Dokumentverarbeitungen (z.B. Lieferscheine) prüft.

    Dies würde zum einen das Risiko von Fehl-Erkennungen reduzieren und zum anderen Probleme aufgrund einer zu großen Zahl von Dokumentkonfigurationen (s. SR-186357-Y1F3T) entgegenwirken.

20. Mausradblättern für bestimmte User deaktivieren

    Das neue Feature für das Scrollen durch alle Blätter sollte für einzelne User deaktivierbar sein, da nicht jeder mit der Funktion zurecht kommt.
